I started coming to this gym regularly since it opened, and I love the staff and the growing community of regulars. I have not had one bad experience coming here as everyone is very nice and supportive. My one and only gripe is the fact they are changing the hours from 24 hours Monday-Thursday back to 5 AM - 10 PM. Only roughly 5 to 6 months ago (it feels) did they just begin doing 24 hours just to take it away. That is just unfair to those who are finding themselves utilizing that 24-hour time frame and reestablishing themselves, especially since it wasn't offered to begin with when the club opened, so some people might not have been fully aware who started when the club first opened. Aside from that, everything is lovely, and perhaps a few gym equipment could get some TLC, but hopefully, that comes in due time.

Have been going for about 2 weeks now and everything started out fine. Gym is pretty good, locker room, equip, and location. The staff started out great but past week they just play around so much it's distracting. You hear yelling and laughing like a group of jocks trying to be being cool. Nothing wrong with having fun but not the atmosphere I was going for. I can get that at any gym. Nice young lady at the counter said bye have a good day & I said you too. Next thing I know the guys just bust out laughing like it's funny. What I don't know or care. Like I said not the atmosphere I was hoping for. Hope it goes back to the way it started out. It was very relaxing and professional. Now it kinda feels like customers are kinda entertainment for some of the staff.

Went to this location because my usual location was closed. (Apparently they are getting new equipment) It was around 7:30-8 It was the most crowded i have ever seen a planet fitness. That isn't why I am giving 3 stars. I will also note that it was incredibly clean. I am giving it 3 stars because though the equipment is like new, I think that had something to do with it's performance. I might be wrong and it could just be because it is different than the other two locations I have been to recently. But the equipment felt very dimensional and stoic. Like I couldn't seem to find a good weight or angle to properly get a workout in on a majority of the machines. And they just felt kind of stiff or like they needed to be greased up. Won't be back. Sorry.

It's been over 6 months since my last return here for medical reasons then walking in being greeted by "Ivette" may I say amazing person approachable in every way makes you feel welcome with her cute and humble smile. This place is lucky to have a respectful awesome person like her. Definitely returning to this location because of her. And on my way out she had went over all the new changes and my black card membership and new perks oh and all the new hours they are open I left knowing this is the place to get back in shape. I feel like they deserve 5 stars I haven't been there yet but I'm saving Time cause I know it's going to be a great experience working out there all summer and If anyone has sum tips for me I have a open mind to try anything I'm 15 about 5'11 and a lil on the chubby side. thank u pf for giving students a free summer pass im gonna use every minute of it. have a good day

Good gym so far and not super crowded, yet. One draw back that doesn’t take away from it though is I wish it had another leg press machine. They only have one and often when I go (mid day - evening ) it can be seen being used frequently and nor do I want to rush anyone’s sets. Good calm staff and super clean. Bathroom is cold if that’s important for you.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Your team is rocking it! One suggestion, you should post your new hours on the door; it will help a lot of people. Thank you for the hard work you do everyday. UPDATE: New gym hours had been posted on door, I just did not read carefully. Thank you for opening 24 hours on selected days.

Hace un mes empecé a ejercitarme en este Gym, me gusta mucho la cama de hidromasaje, también el hecho de que tengan cubículos en caso de que no tengas mucho tiempo para estar en el gym en 30 minutos completas tu rutina de ejercicio , ademas el personal es muy agradable siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte !

Low customer service, no follow up, manager has the last word, district manager is too busy for me. Besides me paying every month and paid the yearly annually fee I also have to make their job easier by transferring my account over to this location from Dallas Texas. This location always answer the phone.

Everyone over at planet fitness has been very kind , Generous thoughtful and understanding. And I'm very happy to be at the Planet fitness, I would like To thank everybody Chris Yvette then the rest of the staff there at planet fitness for making it enjoyable to workout and to take a shower.

I like the Hydro Massage bed, the Massage Chairs, the infrared room, I like that the gym is set up well, clean, well maintained. I like the app. I wish there was a way to scan the machines you use to track your workouts better but over all I am very happy with my membership at Planet Fitness

This is a great planet fitness. It has all the equipment you need for a good workout. And it’s not very busy during the morning and lunch hour. It gets a little busy after 5 o’clock, but a lot of gyms are like that. I like to go on my lunch break. Definitely check it out.

Went to this gym for first time before I would go to the west Phoenix gym but would always be pact this gym is pretty small but there’s not that many people hope it stays that way. Friendly staff and very clean loved the equipment also upgraded treadmill and equipment

Since this place is brand new everything is so clean and there's very few people here, and since there's no big advertisement up front saying it's here I doubt they'll be a lot of people coming so it's a great place to avoid it big crowds.

Awsome atmosphere at this location. The best most friendly staff always encouraging the guest. Place is really clean. Staff takes extra care to constantly check for issues. I love this gym.. beautiful.ladies on staff as well :)

I went in around 0900 am and place is not crowded, plenty of equipment for everybody. Clean and sanitize after yourself. Free wifi. Used the hydrotherapy chair and that was awesome. Plenty of parking spots. Very helpful staff.

This is one of the cleanest pf I've been to great staff always cheerful, and very professional, I want to personally thank Christopher raber, and Mitchell Pierce for going above and beyond costumer service and helping me out

Love working out at this location, it is always clean and employees are always greeting when entering and leaving the building.. 1 downfall be prepared for people to be greedy with a machine to be on the phone.

This is a good gym I like the new features on those machines and everything in here looks nice and this is definitely another location I will start going to. I like the staff too they are really nice.

Great gym. You know PF is a gym for people that just want to be active.. you can body build some what but mostly is to keep active and in shape. Please stop making your tiktoks.... nobody cares.

It's pretty clean... haven't had an issue with equipment... but don't use the facilities lol they don't have seat covers... it's kinda gross.. ypu would expect a gym to have them

Not the largest planet fitness but they have what you need. Shot out to Chris always friendly and professional this guy deserves a promotion for sure. Good location good people

I'm 14 and i would really love to go to a gym, i realized it's time to make a change and im super determined to, but the age requirements are always 18+ which makes me sad.

Fantastic gym- completely new as of 2022/2023. Super clean and generally not TOO busy. Best price- either $10 a month or $25 for Black Card which allows you to use any PF!

If you advertise that you're open at 6:00, perhaps you should open at 6:00. I've been here for over an hour and no one has showed up to open the doors. Very disappointed

Staff is always nice. This Gym is a little hidden in the plaza so it's never really that busy. I really like that because all the equipment is available.
