My review, is in response to an error with my order. I've read some of the other negative reviews on here, and I think that perhaps I'm being overly picky. In a nutshell, my pizza was poorly cut. Normally I wouldn't have said anything, but I had specifically asked, for it to be cut into 6 pie cut slices. I guess I could've gone further and said, 6 evenly cut pie slices. But whatever, it don't matter. The point to my review, is that in today's hustle and bustle, make a fast buck world that we live in, the old adage that, "the customer is always right" seems to no longer exist. For the most part, wherever you go, if you complain, you're met with someone who's willing to fight you, and stand there telling you to your face, that they did nothing wrong, and that we're wrong for thinking it. Well, I honestly didn't think that I was going to get anywhere when I called the store, well after 2AM tonight. I honestly just wanted to bring the error to someone's attention, so that they could do better, and be better next time around. What I encountered over the phone, was the most sympathetic, understanding supervisor, that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She helped me to understand the learning curve, as they are in the midst of training new staff. She was patient, and helped to educate me, in the quantity of toppings, and how they are distributed on the pizza. After all was said and done, she offered to speak with her staff, asked me to send her a photo of my pizza, so that she could show it to her staff, to help train them better moving forward. And then she did the unexpected. She offered me a free pizza, the next time that I came in the store. I honestly wasn't expecting that. When was the last time, anyone gave you anything for free? So, I got to keep my original pizza that I ordered, and I get to pick up a new one next time I order, FOR FREE. And I have to say, the pizza that was poorly cut, TASTED AMAZING. THANK YOU E. for your PATIENCE, and EMPATHY. Those are RARE QUALITIES to find these days in the retail world, let alone in the retail restaurant industry these days. E, if your bosses are reading this review, "GIVE THIS GIRL A PROMOTION WITH A RAISE." She DESERVES it. The world would a BETTER PLACE, if there was MORE EMPATHY, and UNDERSTANDING people like her, serving and supporting the industries that they're in. Rather than the quick to judge, right fighting generation, that is always right, and can do no wrong. So here's what I'm going to suggest, to all the reviewers out there, reading this post. If you're not happy with the product you ordered, and paid for, then CALL THE STORE UP, and EXPRESS your displeasure, and DO THAT, BEFORE you leave a bad review on their Google account. At least give the stores managers/supervisors a chance to, get in front of it, and the OPPORTUNITY to make things right by you. And if after all of that, if you're still not satisfied, then by all means, leave your merchant the poor review that they deserve., but at least give them the chance to fix things with you, and hopefully fix things with their staff, and training process, to better improve their end product. Otherwise, how will anything ever improve, if we don't give people the opportunity to try, and make things right. Anyway, just think about that next time, before you post a negative review. I was excited to see them move into the neighborhood n see that they had a vegan pizza with the crust made from cauliflower. It took me awhile to get around to ordering from them, but when I finally did. I felt excited. Now, you need to know that I have a dietary restriction (aside from being vegan) of not being able to eat refined and chemical sweeteners of any kind. As a result, I have built up a low tolerance for sweet things. That cauliflower crust was sweet tasting for my taste buds n I felt disappointed in not being able to eat their pizza. Then they came out just recently with a plant based menu of chyx'n burgers and nuggets. So, I felt emboldened to try the nuggets (I have this policy of trying and ordering vegan options from non traditional fast food places to demo that there's a demand for such items) and yes, IK that it's not fully vegan as it's deep fried in the same oil as the animal meats. I do know what n where I'm ordering from. I was surprised by the flavour profile in that it has a nice black pepper spice taste to it. The nuggets were also wonderfully crunchy and otherwise tasty. Bc of the possible additional sweeteners in the dips, I order the nuggets without the dip as well as no parchment paper liner. Useless for my purposes since I dump the whole cardboard container into my yard waste bin or use it in my compost bin as a liner. Makes it easier to pour out the compost into my yard waste bin. FYI, bc of the recent floodings, they were out of the chyx'n nuggets. I wonder how long it will take for it to be replenished. Thxz Pizza Pizza for the vegan menu options

Love the service and the food. Just wondering why I can't order my pizza online with buffalo blue cheese as base sauce anymore? (Update) Oct 28 2020 Today I ordered online at around 6:06 pm. My order didn't not arrive until 8:26 pm. I called the customer service line at 7:50 pm wondering what happened with my order. In short, I was told that the driver came by at around 6:54 pm and tried to call me instead of ringing the doorbell. My phone was charging but I was home and no one rang the doorbell. When the driver came back for the second delivery, he rang the doorbell. I was not able to get a compensation for my order and ended up with 5 cold pizzas. The delivery driver didn't apologize and said it wasn't him who deliver to me the first time. The previous times I order from Pizza Pizza have been positive experiences but today's experience was really bad.

I got delivery from pizza pizza and I ordered from here because in Hamilton Ontario I used to have pizza pizza all the time and they never had pizza pizza here when I first moved here in 1999…. So when we were driving on Broadway near kings gate mall I saw pizza pizza and I had to have it…. Since I haven’t had it since I moved from Ontario in 1999. The restaurant manager need to follow up with the staff about food safety and how important not picking up anything of the floor and put it on the prep table. I witnessed this. On January 22 around 9:15pm. 2 young ladies working and one of them dropped the paper which you use under the pizza when you box it. She dropped on the floor and few minutes later she picked up the paper and put it on top of the table and everything you use to cut the pizza and pick it of the oven was on the table. I told her that is wrong and she start arguing with me saying she will throw the paper out later. After I told her that is not food safe, she throw the paper away but never cleaned the table. Because of what I witnessed, I will never eat from your restaurant.

The pizza alone is why I love going there, delicious crust and topping options (not to mention the best garlic dip), but they went above and beyond in helping my needs as a customer. Living in western Canada I've been meaning to give this eastern chain a shot for a while. Pros: Good Crust. Open Late night. Cons: The pizza sauce tastes like Campbell's Tomato Soup and sadness. Reminds me of the pizza they used to make at my high-school cafeteria. Notes: Probably won't be back unless everything else is closed. I don't understand how this chain expanded unless there's some kind of nostalgia factor at play. Like when prisoners want prison food again after being out of jail for a couple years.

For an inexpensive pizza place…..pizza pizza is one of the best in terms of value. However, their tomato sauce is way too sour so I always get the alfredo or creamy garlic sauce or w/e it’s called instead. I really like that you can add chilli flakes and olive oil to the crust. Order online from their “featured specials” section for the best deals. The only other complaint I have is that sometimes they don’t put enough sauce on the pizza which is annoying. You can call their customer service to get another one made for free though provided you return the original.

At about 3:00 pm., the tiny girl with glasses kept smiling but wasn't answering my questions. I think she only answered one time. She had an earbud in her right ear. I asked her if there was a combo with drink option. I didn't get a reply. I don't know if she was smiling because she found me amusing or the guy to whom she was talking with her earbud was saying something funny. The pizza was not hot and fresh.

Been regular costumer from the opening. The product and distribution was amazing to start. But as time has gon in their product and simple request (we’ll done garlic cheese bread that actually has cheese and is toasted not just warm(made the request un able to do as it would only be charcoal black) oh and again has cheese as this is why I paid extra). I hope that they can readjust and get back to the quality that Pizza Pizza is known for. If I want 7/11 food I would have gone there.

Worst pizza I've ever had, and I've eaten Hometown pizza. Normally even bad pizza you can eat, it's pizza, but this is the worst. The pizza cheese is almost as thick as the crust and the pizza is undercooked. Went back to have it remade and somehow the remake was worse than the first. They said they put olive oil on the pizza, it was soaked in oil (and not that delicious pizza greece). After that they refused a refund. Spent money and wasted my time driving back and forth. There are better pizza pizza stores in town. I'll never come back to this one.

I'm going back to dominoes. Service was friendly, but the food suuuuuuuucks. 1. Undercooked (raw) pizza crust and fried pickles. 2. terrible lack of toppings for a $20 small pizza. 3. GF crust isnt as good as other places 4. The wings taste weird, I ordered tossed hot but they tasted... smokey? 5. They don't require people to wear masks and the plexiglass between people and the kitchen is way too low. 6. My betrothed's pizza was good, apparently, and the jalapeno poppers were very tasty , so 2 stars.

Well their chicken bites, no big deal. They didn’t have a lot of taste probably would have been better with some sort of dipping sauce. Their pizza I wanted to try because they listed a creamy mushroom one. Here’s the thing I ate it whole with crust and toppings and it was okay but then I ate another piece eating the toppings separate from the crust and the toppings tasted way better without the crust! Would I order from here again? Maybeeeee but it’s not on my top list for pizza.

Got a pizzapizza flyer in the mail so I thought we, my husband and I, would give them a try. Got the two pizzas, four pops, and the dinner and a movie deal. The price was great and the delivery was prompt. The pizza, however, was not enjoyable. I can't put my finger on what it was but I just found the pizza to be gross. My husband felt that the bread tasted funny. I suppose they would be alright if you're on a budget, but this would be my last choice based on taste.

I would like to share my review for this restaurant. Although I have tried pizza many times from Pizza Pizza, but this location was amazing. I was attended by Shikhar and he’s such a cool guy. He gave me best options to choose from. The taste was amazing and staff was great. I will love to visit here again !

Ordered through ubereats; the order page required the customer to specify how well done the pizza should be. I thought this was odd, but I clicked "normal". When the pizza arrived, the cheese was barely melted and the pizza looked undercooked. We had to stick it in the oven to actually cook it. The garlic sauce as the base had a funny smell to it, not just garlic but it seemed a little sour.

Once a week I always get two medium pizza to share with my roomies. Even I always get there at 12 - 1am the services has been awesome. The food amazing. Favorita pizza in Vancouver. The Staff is so patient and helpfully. shikhar has been the best. Every time I come in he is always trying to make sure the pizza comes out the right way.

∆ so just a heads up, even if you live within a close proximity of the building, they might not deliver to you. ∆ i live around a 15 minute walk from there. but when i tried getting delivery, they needed me to repeat myself 5 times, i spoke clearly each time. then i got put on hold for a few minutes just to be told they dont even delivery to my area. im not even that far away.

How much does pizza pizza pay for good reviews? This is some of the worst pizza I have ever had. I've actually tasted better cardboard. Even after a few drinks it's not improved. It starts with terrible dough and topped with discount toppings. Only a pizza Doug ford and his dollar brew could be proud of. Sadly lacking for Vancouver. I miss Starbucks and I never went there.

Yeah the pizza is pretty much as I remember having lived as a teenager in Toronto. Same slice options as 25yrs ago.. pep-roni, Hawaiian, cheese, or PGM...... Ordered through Uber eats. The app stated I was ordering from Chicken Chicken. When I received my order there were stickers from Pizza Pizza on my boxes. No option to order pizza on the app. I ordered buffalo wings and they did not taste good. They had a weird taste to them. They were also cold. French fries tasted great. I probably won't ever order from here again.

My experience was disappointing, the staff seems to be not very familiar with the menu if it's not pizza. The majority of the staff was having fun in the kitchen being very loud so the person who was trying to take my order was struggling to listen me. The food was ok nothing to return for.

Staff were very friendly, but the pizza slices i had from the display were very tough and not enjoyable after reheating. At other pizza shops slices are not normally that tough. Maybe its just the dough and style of pizza pizza? Unfortunate experience for my first time at a pizza pizza. I would recommend you wait for fresh product or just give it a miss completely.

Well, I ordered mine regular, and I got raw.. and gooey, with lightly toasted edges. It was a really beautiful pizza on the outside. I'll try baking on my own.

I’m here to give a mixed review . Will give Sauu 5stars because he personally reached out and included complimentary dipping sauce. However Pizza is ok but could be warmer. Mushrooms and toppings so thin and very little. So 2 stars for for the pizza. Wings were ok maybe a 3. So overall 3 stars. Somewhat satisfactory.

Tried it after seeing an Instagram ad and am happy that I did. Easily my favourite pizza place now. The store is clean and the staff attentive and swift. The XL pizza is a Goliath amount of food! The toppings are fresh and the dough is very tasty. The effort and quality shows. Will be back, again and again.

Went there today. Pizza was pretty good. Cruchy and thick crust hot out of the oven. The staff were really friendly and updated me on how long the pizza would take. Most places are annoyed when you ask for plates but the man working was happy to provide this to me. Will be back!

Something is wrong with this place.. I ordered chicken wings and onion rings last night, there is barley any sauce on the wings but the sauce is all over the box not on the wings I got way less than half portion(10 pieces) of onion rings, not sure if they cutdown the portion.

It's a pizza pizza not much else to say. This location has great staff as well, they are always really nice and eager to help. Ordering a baked Calzone and adding some toppins is really good here! Their chicken bites on the other hand are not good at all.

they serve the worst tromboli i have ever tried before. They used pizza dough for tromboli? The meat and sauce are both industrial and have no specific flavor. The crust tasted burnt by the oil. they copied it from another store in East Van and it sucks

Pizza was fine (including the Unbun keto dough). Website failed repeatedly while choosing delivery location (we live within a few minutes of the location, we're definitely not "outside of area") so we had to drive out and pick up the pizza ourselves.

Pretty average pizza and a small shop, but decent prices and friendly staff! No current indoor dining but they have places you can stand and eat. Nice atmosphere and overall pretty standard. Neat place!

I love the keto crust -amazing ingredients and taste! So easy to concot a healthy delicious pizza online. So many options - including plant-based pepperoni, so one can have their perfect pizza and eat it itoo.

I tried this place for the first time and I must say that it is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The quality of crust is excellent. Would recommend everyone to try atleast once. Great service as well.

I went there yesterday afternoon for a pickup order. The store was super clean and the staff was really friendly, especially the turban guy. The food was amazing, served fresh. Loved it :)

Ordered the 25$ three topping large pizza with 10 wings and 4 cans of pop. The selection of dips for add on are really good with the best one being creamy Sriracha dip.

I love the funnel sticks . Try to give some time to draining the oil after frying it gets really oily at times. Caramel sauce is the best combination to it. Thank you.

Fully RAW pizza. No joke. No customer service from this company/location. We really just wanted to warn them so nobody else got terrible pizza. THIS PIZZA IS GARBAGE.

I like creamy garlic here. Also the taste of pizza is real good,wonder how they make dough so tasty, good deals like score savings on med and large pizzas.
