My husband called to order pizza tonight (08/20/2020) and while ordering the customer service rep sounded so rude! So my husband kindly asked for her name and she stated it with an attitude, my husband proceeded to ask for another person to speak to and told the rep she sounded really rude and strong in the tone, once she stated there was no one else to talk to he said that was ok he didn't want to place an order and she said GREAT!! So I heard this and I called back up to the store and asked the rep for a manager, the representative put the manager on the phone and I asked the manager for her name and she told me and to my surprise it was the same person my husband had just talked to. So I asked her for a corporate number, she stated Pizza Hut didn't have one. I asked her for a regional manager I could contact or just any information, such as an email or anything I could use, this lady who has the role of a General manager proceeded to get an attitude, ask me what my name was, I told her and so she became very defensive and so I told her my husband had jus tried to call and how she gave him a hard time and giving me one to, she stated "Well I could of popped off on him for calling me rude, but I didn't, with your gay sounding husband!!! When this woman said that my mouth dropped!!! I couldn't believe a general manager was going off and calling someone gay and just being irate the way she was. For a moment I told myself this woman must be asking to loose her job, she must be trying to ride the unemployment train. I don't know but her behavior definitely deserves for grounds of termination. She said some things she could never take back and things that were so hurtful. I couldn't believe this today. The staff worker's name is Nicole, General Manager. I most definitely will contact the eeoc or whoever I need to, this behavior from a company or any company is not acceptable

I placed my order online and the realized I had a coupon that was online only for one of the items that was on my order. I called and asked whoever answered was I able to add my coupon she said no because it was an online only promo and I would have to cancel my current order and place a new one if I wanted to use my coupon. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manger and I said okay, not happy but I did not tell her to cancel my order because my husband was goi g to take this for his lunch within the next hour and a half. Wait time said 20-30 mins. I’m am tracking my order and it said it was in the process of being made off 20 mins. At this point now I’m irritated and I called the store to see what was going on. Whoever answered the phone was nice and looked up my order by my phone number and said that her manager MAGGIE cancelled my order! SERIOUSLY!!! I never told her to do that so at this point my husband and I have been waiting for a hour thinking that our food is coming and it’s been cancelled! The customer service was terrible and down right rude! We order from Pizza Hut all the time and I purposely go to another store due to the unprofessional and slowness of this store!

I ordered 2 pizzas. My thin crust was good. But the "PAN" crust that I paid an Extra $1 for was NASTY!! It was like warm thick PLAIN WHITE Sandwich bread with tomato sauce n cheese. I cud have put ketchup on bread AT HOME and not pay $6.99. I'm disable n paid Dart Paratransit to take me there. But I'm being told I have to pay for the delivery AND Another pizza just to have a "replacement" pizza. What BS!!!!!! Also I had ordered online n got there 45 mins earlier than (bcoz of Dart) I asked the girl if I cud get that order made then.. she said "NO"! You gotta wait until that time. I should have known by her attitude that my pizza wasn't gonna be good or right. I should have followed my first mind n went next door to Little Caesars.

Oct 1st I placed an order never received it. I received a call back after almost waiting 2 hours to tell me the pizza never went out and that I would get a refund. Thankfully when my phone started ringing and it was their number we started recording. I have tried resolving this like humans because no one has money to just give away while the employees eat the pizza and pocket the money. I am sending the video to their corporate office and both videos of me calling talking to their staff member who lies and says it's the manager. Don't order from this Pizza Hut if you want you and your kids to eat. They won't do it again once their corporate office see these videos! God bless em!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Whether you order for delivery or carry out it is NEVER on time. I don't mean 5-15 minutes I mean 30 min to 2 hours then they try to give you recycled food that you didn't even ask for. This place is a joke and needs to be out of business, they have no courtesy when you complain and they try to compensate you by telling you the next time you order we will give you a discount. Are you freaking kidding me No thanks won't be using them ever again!!!! I live 8 minutes from this establishment but it takes 30 to 45 minutes after they said my order will be ready for them to make it to me unacceptable.

Ordered food online and the app glitched. It ordered us 36 wings. We only wanted 18 wings. Called as soon as we noticed that it doubled our order. The manager was very unprofessional and not helpful. She told me I should’ve called as soon as we got the order. Considering I was at work that was impossible as i set the food down and didn’t take my lunch right away. She also said we get an email, again, because I’m at work I could not read my email, I set up for updates though text message about delivery. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again and will tell everyone to never order from here as well.

This restaurant rarely brings the pizza out to the car like I had requested when I order. Also, I ordered for the first time from the app, where I saw a button to indicate I was there to pick up. I pressed the button when I arrived, and it told me to call the store without giving me the phone number. The store has also removed the phone numbers they had previously posted on the windows during COVID. Once I looked up the phone number, I called. It rang for a couple of minutes straight.....then I just went in instead. Not the first time either... having said all that, the pizza was great.

This is by far the worst store I have been to. We used them for a work event. I ordered first thing that morning. It was an hour late when I finally went to the store and the lady said oh no we never started the order. She gave me a receipt with a store credit. Today I went in to use the credit and the lady said I was lying and it was already used. I told her no I hadn't we haven't been back since the last bad experience, she said call corporate and then proceeded to pick her shorts when she walked away. Very nasty, very terrible customer service. This place is unclean and nasty.

With places like DoorDash that charge an INSANE amount, its SO great to know Pizza Hut is still SUPER reasonably priced! I went to order a burger ($19 order). DoorDash wanted $35. Ridiculous. For a burger and order of fries? Pizza Hut gave me a large pizza ($11 - stuffed crust too! thats AWESOME!!!), one topping, delivered (with a 25% tip!) all for $21 bucks! AND, I had lunch and dinner for today! What a deal!! Thank you SO, SO much Pizza Hut, for keeping your prices so reasonable. Will always give you my business. Grew up on you, and now I share you with my kids!

I called to order pizza. Woman answered and said I need to put you on a brief hold. I was on hold 15 minutes. She never came back on line. I hung up and called back several times. No answer- just a recorded advertisement. I drove up there to order in person. I told the lady(same as on the phone) I was on hold 15 minutes so I drove up her to order. I ordered a lg thin crust pepperoni pizza. The man who came in after me said the same thing about being on hold for 15 minutes. When I got home my pizza was hand tossed and not thin crust. Not a good experience today.

I called the location on Walnut to order 15 pizzas and they refused to take my order saying this is the location that delivers to my address. I called this location and was on the phone for 15m with no answer then they hung up. I called back waited another 8m for an answer when they finally answered they said they didn't have the deal the location on Walnut had (2m pizzas for 5.99 each). I hung up and ended up ordering "carry out" from a different location. It took me 30+m to order some fking pizza. Ridiculous.

Found someone's facial piercing in my pizza. Since I decided to eat it on my lunch break (3 hours later) I got the rude and unprofessional night manager that laughed in my face. I spoke with the GM the next morning and she argued with me saying that none of her employees wore piercings... it came from a slice of pizza that hadn't been touched since I bought it. I've decided not to ever go to that location anymore even though it's the closest to my home. The pizza hut on Midway is the best one yet!

Placed an order online at 7pm. Called in right after to add something on, got hung up on twice (gave up). Tried calling three more times at 8:30 (never got through). Drove to the store at 8:45 and they had no record of my order, despite my email showing the store’s address and stating my order was placed and would be delivered by 8:15 (see photo). Don’t order online, it apparently doesn’t work. And good luck reaching somebody on the phone. I’m honestly confused how people place/receive orders..

Worse pizza hut they either dont have the right ingredients or simply dont know how to cook and are ok with mediocrity. Ordered pizza and garlic knots only to receive a soggy under cooked pizza and over cooked garlic knots w/out marinara sauce. I complained and they did resend the order the pizza was better but the garlic knots were still a mess with no marinara sauce again. Ive come to the conclusion they simply dont know how to do it correctly. $18 dollars wasted i won't order here again

I placed an order for delivery at 6:50pm, there was no update on the tracking 25 minutes later so I called to check on it. They said it was ready, they were just waiting for a driver so I said okay and waited. 7:50pm comes and goes still no update so I call again. They said it would be another 30 minutes at least. An hour and a half for not fresh pizza on a Wednesday? I cancelled the order and went somewhere else. On the bright side, the guy that helped me over the phone was pleasant.

We ordered the Dinner box, and it was awful. Wings were gross,and pizza made me and my family sick. Customer service was awful as well...understaffed and soo late. We only ordered out that night because my daughter just got home a couple days before from having a baby and we were exhausted from the craziness of it all. Although we're blessed by the new edition, cooking was just not in the cards for that night. So long story short, we won't be ordering from there again.

Ordered by phone around 3PM - told to pick up by 3:30 and they would bring it out to the car like I usually order. Waited in the car - nobody came out. Called the number it said to call at the store and it went to Verizon with the message - "The number you have reached is NOT IN SERVICE.... I called it 2 x - same message both times. I decided to mask up and go in to pick up my pizza and it looked like only 1 person was working. NOT a good experience this time.

Never received my order. This is not the first time that this has happened either. Why I decided to give this place another chance is unknown??? By the time I finally received a call from Pizza Hut about the delivery it was 3 hours after I ordered it. I ended up having to order from Uber Eats instead, which was delivered with impeccable service and very timely. Do not order Pizza Hut at this location for delivery. Save yourself the trouble!

God awful service over all. From the employees who answer the phone to the "management". Called to get pizza and they had cancelled it without notice. I called to get the issue resolved and the "general manager" stated it was not their fault and used profanity to get their point across. This place is absolutely terrible. No solution was even tried to be made, just pointed the finger at the customer with no intention to fix the issue.

Got home and all I wanted was a quality pizza, just paid 16 dollars for a terribly made pizza. Theres to much alfredo sauce and the bread is saggy (undercooked). I can't even pick the pizza up without everything sliding off even after cooling. The sausages are so salty I couldn't even finish one peice. Not sure what's going on in the kitchen but they definitely just lost me business with this.

Worst customer service. Order at 130 pm and called at 3 to check status and they said my address was wrong and I verified my address that I gave and it was correct. They said they called but I did not receive any phone calls and no one left a voicemail. Didn't offer to fix any of the issues and told me if I want it I can go and pick it up. FIRST AND LAST TIME I ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT!!!!

Something is not clean. Pizza was soaked with something. Made me nauseous...sick... dizzy. Call store for refund..got the run around..but of course ..if I could have gave a 0..this would best suit this place .. . The delivery driver lost his mind!!! banging on our office buildings window like he was out here for a warrant round up. I do not appreciate that my clients had to witness such unprofessional service. not only did he bang on the windows but then continued to scream through the window loud enough for China to hear it. I assume he was insane.....I'll be going to dominoes from now on.

We have experienced several problems in the past with this store, but they really blew it today. We called when our order was an hour overdue, and we were put on hold for twenty minutes. When we finally got through, there was much confusion (they didn't even know their manager's name), and zero offers to make the situation right. I will never give this store my business again.

I'm absolutely disappointed. I placed my order at 9:15pm tonight and never received it. I tried calling multiple times and got hung up on every time. When I went up there in person the door was closed and driver sitting in his vehicle. I will be calling tomorrow and getting a refund. I know never ordering here again won't effect them. Order was 30 minutes late, cold and hard to chew. It also tasted like it had been in the cardboard box for a long time and the box was warped from the steam. This is not the first time this has happened with delivery from Pizza Hut. They are frequently late and cold. My pizza was supposed to be delivered at 11:26pm. I placed my order at 10pm and at the time of writing this review it’s 12:17 am. This place is a joke. For the past hour the app it’s saying the pizza is being made. I don’t think it takes 2 hours to make and deliver a pizza. First time I ordered online an employee called and said they can't make the square pizza that goes in the box dinner and I asked her can I have a regular one then I guess and she said they can still make the square one I was so confused and just canceled my order. Now trying to order again and they're closed but their hours are 10am to 12am....?

I had absolutely the worst experience with this location pizza hut. I tried to place a delivery order only to end up going to the Pizza Hut to not only place 1 of 2 of the orders AGAIN but to pick both up. While there waiting for my order they completed cooking the order and held it hostage for an unnecessary additional 30mins.

Rude employees. Multiple times on Uber Eats pick ups they say the order was already given to someone else. That never happens at places like McDonald’s who have their Uber Eats act together. So I will never pick up and deliver for this place again. You waste my time, you’re a nobody.

Driver pulled up with a lit cigarette in his car. It was being directly held over my food. Also the driver could not follow simple instructions to make the delivery. He even called me, I gave him the exact instructions to get to my residence.....he still got lost.

This place is great. I work nearby and grab my lunch here. The staff here know my name when I walk in and know my order. They are so friendly I always leave the store smiling.
