After coming here on a Friday for a second time my opinion of this establishment went from incredible to absolutely terrible. The girl who served me last time was not there. My previous review is below: See previous review: Can you out pizza the hut? Perhaps you can. Perhaps you can't. But regardless of what you believe, I can say with resounding certainty that Pizza Hut Wynnum certainly seems to be un-pizza outable. With an incredible location, constantly riveting conversations with staff and a consistent ability to annihilate my expectations of what a pizza can offer, I would certainly recommend Wynnum Pizza Hut. In particular, the staff member I interacted with was extremely kind and should immediately be given a promotion as she not only offered the best customer service I have ever experienced but also managed to upsell me from a medium Hawaiian to a family Hershey's Bundle which I DID NOT REGRET. Overall, amazing experience that I will never forget.

EXTREMELY KID FRIENDLY.

Ordered 6 hickory wings, garlic bread, chocolate mousse. Wings were not tasty, the garlic bread was dry and not hot and they didn't give uber driver my dessert. Called the store and they agreed to deliver the chocolate mousse in 20mins, they delivered within 10mins but the mousse was frozen and I removed the foil and the mousse has frost from freezer on the dessert. Paid $6.84 for a 95g frozen unedible chocolate mousse. Uber driver was efficient and apologetic about the missing item although didn't follow instructions to walk down the driveway and wandered around the property in the dark and startled me coming up from the back not the front. Anyway I ate one wing, a piece of garlic bread and threw out the food out as tasteless and cold and. Won't be ordering again. Very disappointed. Customer service were polite and respectful and tried to sort out the problem so no complaints about the staff on the phone. Delivery staff were polite and apologetic. No complaints. Poor food. Should have ordered a pizza instead.

Ordered food on Friday 20 April. After an hour we rang to be told “it was coming out of the oven, they were busy and waiting on the driver, they were short staffed” After another half hour rang back to be rudely told it was on its way. Food arrived over an hour late, was cold and order was wrong, i told the driver it was cold to again be rudely told “we are busy” Food was congealed and disgusting, one pizza had the wrong sauce on it and was thrown out. Staff here are rude and can’t even get an order right, if it’s going to be late, call people and tell them. Had a bad order from here once before but gave them the benefit of the doubt, never again.

Not sure why I do it! Every time I order from here I regret. They always put the cheese pizza on the bottom of the pile causing all the cheese to get stuck to the top of the box making it a horrible mess my children don’t want to eat. I’m over calling up to complain and about it I just won’t order from them again. It’s not like I’m ordering the one pizza tonight I spent $64.28 and it was the biggest waste of money. It’s not hard to tell all staff cheese pizza don’t go on the bottom of the pile and the other pizza’s were cold but my daughter did enjoy her Mac and cheese pasta.

Pizza hut wynnum is one of the most reliable pizza delivery restaurants in the area. We have ordered many times and in general the pizzas are very good. On the occasion there is a missed topping or change to an order but compared to other popular pizza chains I find them very good. It would be nice to have a few occasional menu changes available. But at least they stay with a proven formula that works.

We order pizza almost every week and today it was delivered cold cheese spread all over the top of the box (inside) vegetarian pizza not cooked well and very soft from centre that it was hard to pick up the peices . This service for a regular 40 dollars per transaction customer is something I never expected as it's always very good . please look after customers order well as retaining exists customers is the best business practice

I usually come across friendly staff be today I didn't. This young girl, staff member was not very friendly. I have been getting the same pizza for 5 weeks and suddenly I was told that they don't do want I wanted. So they last 4 times that I have ordered from you that I got what I wanted, didn't happen? The 5th order they didn't give me what I order either. Here's hoping this time they get it right. Not happy!!

During Lent I ordered Hot & Spicy Veggie, they gave me Hot & Spicy Chicken, my religious sentiments are deeply hurt. On top of that there is no specific number to call to complain, but instead a standard national number. When I managed to reach through phone, two Punjabis who didn't know I understood their language, talked rubbish including the Manager. God have mercy on Pizza Hut Wynnum.

First time trying out the place after Eagleboys Pizza closed up couple shops down. Picked up couple of basic pizzas on BOGOF Tuesdays for $8. Surprised pizzas are slightly bigger than dominos value range ones and the lady making was very generous with toppings. Could have put more cheese on but otherwise pretty good for budget pizza, will buy again.

Sorry to say but my pizza was really bad and also the garlic bread. I should have gone to Wynnum Pizza and ribs but they were already closed. I won't be buying ever again from Pizza Hut. Wasted $35 but the driver was good. $5 tip.

I’ve order Pizza Hut pizza over other pizza chains because the quality you used to get was great, I don’t know if the owners changed but the quality definitely plummeted overnight!! Pizza Hut Wynnum is horrible!! I tell everyone I can so they don’t wait their money there!

I ordered this meat lovers pizza for my kids and not even the cheese was melted. How can you eat a pizza without that delicious stringing melted cheese is beyond me but the fact that I paid $30 for two pizzas that were less than average and even my kids were hesitant to eat speaks for itself.

Average service waited 35 min for my order only two pizzas and a garlic bread when we got home it was not good I asked for a surpreme and got a meat lovers

Tried ordering online however I received a notification via their website advising that I couldn't order pick up or delivery until tomorrow. I rang the store who advised the meal offer would be their instore price and not the online price ($6 more). Please fix the online ordering system.

Ordered 2 pizzas, one looked like it had been left out all night, greasy and burnt, definitely inedible, I rung up and they wanted photos!! I insisted on a refund, his driver came round with this and took pizza, this spoilt our night and has put me off pizza hut for good

I like Domino's better, Domino's sauce is excellent on the more expensive range. Pizza hut were slow to deliver, the pizza was good but a little soggy because of delivering time. Maybe I might have increased my rating if it was delivered faster and therefore not soggy.

Somehow, Pizza Hut does amazing chicken wings, and for a pizza place that's saying something. I buy their boneless wings every time. In terms of pizza, they're never stingey with the toppings and always offer great meal deals!

I keep trying to place an order with this Pizza Hut through Deliveroo and it keeps getting rejected. Poor form by them when I place an order 15 minutes after they open and they most likely aren’t busy at this moment in time.

Order regularly online. Always been happy with the quality of the pizza. Customer service has been great. On the rare occasion that there has been a problem with our order they have sent us new pizzas without any drama.

Food was great other than the fact I ordered jalapeño bites (6) and got 3 jalapeño bites and 3 spud bites. Kept the spud bites as requested and was given a mess of jalapeño bites, not sure if I should eat them....

Super slow service, they ran out of garlic bread and instead of asking me for an alternative they just gave me something else, didn't have enough change to give me. Sort it out management.

Taste was not upto level as i was expecting. I have tried coopers plain, stretton, and forest lake and they have great taste. But service is fine, delivery time is also good.

I had pizza today at their store got hairs in pizza discussing Not hygiene Not going there again and be careful whoever orders pizza there check it first before u eat …

Cannot make a pizza...always need to go back or call/email them to fix something simple....always come back with excuse of the base style...... converted to Pizza Cappers.

Quick suggestion, you may need to follow up with the tax department. The ABN on your receipts states that you are not registered for GST and that you ABN is cancelled.

Absolutely disgusting!!!!!! Pizza had hair in it. The garlic bread was burnt and the management refused to replace any of it. Will NEVER buy from this store again.

Burnt our pizza then asked us to wait for another one...Just waited 30min...I asked give me one pizza free and will wait...they said no...will not go back..

It's good Pizza, if you're feeling like eating pizza, you can't go wrong with pizza hut. It's not speacial by any means, but it's definitely tasty
