I had not tried Pizza hut in a while and thought it would be fair to give it ago, how wrong i was. I ordered a creamy chicken and bacon pizza which cost an extra $4. i accepted this and awaited my chicken and bacon dinner. What arrived was a disgrace. not only was the wonky slice cutting awful. I swear to any gods above that there would have been more toppings on the floor of the pizza shop then what i got on that pizza. I counted 3 slices of mushroom, 3 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of bacon. amongst an awful cream sauce that did not even cover the base. i doubt there was 4 dollars of anything on that pizza, there were 2 slices that had no topping at all apart from the sauce. The us army doesn't recruit people below a certain IQ and i wonder if whom ever made this pizza would pass the bar. I will vehemently be against any order from pizza hut in the future with standards like this.

Normally I have great experiences with this pizza hut but I was massively let down. I ordered a pizza on a Sunday night. The pizza was over an hour late getting to my address. When the driver showed up he was face timing another person and it was that loud I could hear it in my house. The driver was not wearing any uniform at all. There was no apology for it being late, the drive just shoved the food into my partners arms and left. The food was not in a bag to keep it warm and when I sat down to eat it the pizza was barely warm. What has annoyed me the most is that I made a complaint with the manager and I haven't heard back from them even after being assured someone would get back to me. Nothing but unprofessionalism from staff and the store owner

So just because they're responding to reviewer comments here doesn't seem to mean that they're trying to make improvements. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is what we received when we ordered a pizza for delivery. In addition to it coming in late and cold, it was horribly... mutilated. As though the delivery person had whacked the box it against a wall. I called them back about this, and was told that they'd need to talk to their manager and get back to me. I did not get a call back. So, late, cold delivery of a destroyed pizza, and no follow-up after I called to tell them about it.

We were happy that our meal arrived hot in something faster than a bicycle. The base was lovely soft and fluffy, but unfortunately that was 95% of the pizza's on offer and I'm not Meghan Trainor. We had gone off Dominos because they had become stingy with their toppings. I didn't believe Pizza Hut could actually make them look good. My husband sometimes described pizza as fancy cheese on toast, usually a gross exaggeration. But what we were presented with looked like damper with a tiny crown of cheese and a slightly disingenuous promise of meat. Not what you need after an exhausting day at work when all you want to do is eat and relax. Please tell me this isn't the best you can do for $71

Wow that's an eye opener. They don't believe in any sort of hygiene I was standing there watching them walk around and prepare the food without any gloves and I mean everyone of them. Worst part is as I'm watching this and a couple touch their face I think how can I give this to my 2 kids. So unfortunately I threw it out and brought them Macca's as they wernt happy with late change of plans. Food takes around 30 minutes for 1 pizza and a garlic bread. Please be careful going there especially if you care about hygiene. We always go to domino's but we were driving past and i was like give it a go. Huge mistake!

By far the worst Pizza Hut. It’s always slow. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in. Delivery is always late, even with pre-booking and they lie when you call to ask how long it will be and they say it’s on the way… there’s online tracking, I can see it hasn’t left. Orders are often wrong and then they make you feel like a criminal when you call to tell them. Hire more staff!!! So sick of giving this place chances. Get up to par with the others or move on so I can order from a different store, I hate that you’re my closest!

i loved pizza. it was my life. Recently I walked into this pizza hut and my life has drastically changed. Would you like to know why? It because of the guy running the place. As i stepped in i smiled and he didn't smile back. I quickly rushed home and sat down at my desk. And here i am. You may be thinking, 'who is this random gurl?' Don't bother. Thought I'd give them a second chance after previously mutilating a delivery. It was 2 for 1 and we picked up to avoid the pizza getting mangled (or only arriving with 7 slices!) like last time - This is a cheese pizza. I use "cheese" lightly. Every one of those "bubbles" is just crust and sauce. No point calling to sort it out because last time that took 3 hours - I'm busy. That's why I thought pizza would be easy.

Couldn't get a receipt or a takeaway menu and when I tried to provide feedback using two different feedback systems it failed. First one was supposed to give a free medium cheese pizza, but needs a five digit store code - this store has a four digit code so won't work. Second one spent five minutes searching for the store name and then froze. Not good enough for an international franchise with significant corporate support.

Best Pizza Hut i’ve ever been to. staff are amazing and pizza quality is great. their cheese pizzas are to die for ! the wing deals on a wednesday are great and i will be back ! staff always greet with a welcome and always provide the best service

I was there as a uber driver to pick my order one of their staff come to me and told me to wait for 5 minutes and after seven minutes it was not ready and i asked another man (looks like he was senior than other staffs) and that man misbehaved with me ..bro you looks bit senior than other staff but you have to learn lots of things how to treat with costumers okey and please try to show some good behaviour

Went to this pizza hut yesterday and there service was very bad, there was indian or south indian guy(fat guy) I greeted him very well as we are from same country and he was very rude and didn't reply to me. I stood there for 20 mins for order and then he ask rudely bring your Uber eats bag. I said I am not here for Uber eats or delivery I am here to order. I am not going there anymore

It was a Sunday. 3 people working. No one wearing uniform. Staff could be more welcoming. The person that served me didn't seem to know how to use the computer. Meatballs were good though.

Employee didn’t greet me when I came in, just kept stacking sodas in the fridge. When he did take my order it was difficult at best. Two other people have come in and walked back out because no one came out to take their order. Doesn’t seem like they have the concept of service under control. Your best bet is to order online or through another Pizza Hut- this one is sub par at best.

Shop delivered 2 hour old pizza and garlic bread from an order that was not delivered earlier. Menulog issued a voucher so I ordered different items but restaurant did not cook new items but delivered stale congealed disgusting food from previous delivery- then denied they even were the store that sent me items when I phoned!

Our food was dumped on the front porch and the driver couldn't even bother knocking on the door or ringing the bell. We live less than 1k from the shop and you get cold food. Don't bother ringing to put in a complaint, according to the staff, the customer is always wrong. Can't be bothered ever using Pizza hut again. There are better pizza shops only a little further away.

1 star is being generous. Ordered Magnum ice creams and never got delivered. When trying to call it kept going through to voice mail. Happy to take my money but not happy to produce the goods. They are a rip off.

Won't be returning ever. Ordered their hot fries and a dipping sauce as I was hungry. Paid for both. Got the fries, not salted and told that the dipping sauces were only for the wings. No refund offered. Staff didn't care and walked off. Better service next door at Dawg Boys.

My husband and I do Uber Eats deliveries together, and we arrived at Pizza Hut Everton Park ready to collect an order, but it was closed. It was 1AM at this time, Pizza Hut had officially closed at 10PM. We had received 5 order requests for this Pizza Hut, but it was definitely closed, all lights were off and it was empty.

Called to put an order into Everton Park store, requested to put a couple of extra items on the personalised pizzas, the man on the phone practically yelled saying they can’t add on the system. Then I guess, found it too difficult and literally hung up on us! Like how much ruder can you get!

This is my first review and holy cow is it going to be bad. Not only did you guys not give two rats about my mistaken order, you refused to make my actual order and get it delivered. So now I am stuck with two pizza and two sides I don't want nor can eat. Well done. Well done indeed...

Got pizzas for my family and 3/4 were terrible. Not only are the pizzas more expensive than dominos but greatly inferior. Will never go there again. Go to dominos. (Check the burnt thin and crispy meat lovers photo, ive had frozen pizzas better, no joke)

we payed $40 for our food, set the address, it automatically entered Albany creek, we dont live in albany creek nor is there any streets with the same name as ours, so we'd not expect it, the support was arrogant and "couldn't" help us at all
