Been ordering from here a lot of times, always online, without a problem. Earlier this evening, been trying to do so, but the website was broken, kept on loading, then finally said that the online service doesn't work, so I should call them to make the order. That's when the funny part started, first of all the guy said that what I'm about to order, I can only do online. When I said that the website recommended to call instead, he said it's fine, but actually they won't even take my order, because they're about to close(at 22:46). When I reminded him that online, on the flyers, on the coupons, basically everywhere is written that they do take orders until 55, he said no, its a different time everyday. When I asked what would've happen if the website isn't broken, and I could've put through my order, the answer was he doesn't know. By that time I just asked if I could talk to the manager, he answered proudly: "I am the manager". That was the end of our conversation. Joke of a customer service, ignoring their own franchise policy, never thought that Pizza Hut could get me disappointed, but it is a joke, not even a funny one on a Sunday night, when you're just about to get some dinner, trying for half an hour online, to get this result...Now we had to order Kebabs from a place we never heard of, looks like our money is good enough for them. Thanks for nothing....

I brought 4 medium pizzas from 25 High St, Whitton, Twickenham, TW2 7LB. Both my young children were sick with diarrhoea. The shop refused to refund me (around £20) because I had nor medical certificate. What a horrible experience. I called them many times to explain and in the end it was referred to Karol the manager. My youngest son took 2 days off school. I told them I would write an appropriate review and they could not care less. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, REALLY BAD SERVICE AND PIZZA

Wow. Just ordered at 6pm. They said it'd be 45 mins. Rang at 7.25pm. They lied and said they'd knocked on the door and waited 10 minutes and also rang our phone. Total lies ...we were watching blummin Emmerdale! Then arrived at 7.38 with a stone cold pizza, garlic bread and chicken strippers. It's not so much the delay ... but the poor response to dealing with a customer service hitch. If you cock up - Whitton Pizza Hut - just own it and you'll get more respect.

We have ordered pizza yesterday evening and it was very disappointing . The lady even did not ask what base we want and obviously they delivered on a thick base . When I called the Pizza Hut in Whitton she said she is sorry and she does not know what to do. In this case you should maybe invest time to train your people and deliver a better service. I worked for long in customer services and we would never treat our customer this way ....

Ordered through deliveroo. Added my address. And watched on the app as my pizza sailed by to a random address 2.7 miles away, I contacted driver and he wasn't prepared to re-deliver, I spoke with the rudest guy ever at pizza hut who just tried to Palm me off. When delivered items were missing to our order, upon calling up to get the item we paid for delivered it took a long time to arrive. No sort of compensation was even offered. Apart from that the pizza was not good either, poor tasting ingredients and toppings sub par. Wont be coming here again!

Pizza hut online lost our £70 order for mother's day. Epic fail. Shop staff were useless and refused to give us our pizzas. Instead they directed us to online support, having first given us customer service telephone numbers that they knew were no longer working. Absolutely dreadful service.

Dont order the pizza from this Whitton . Pizza delivery is very late and Pizzhut sure will lose the bussiness if they continue this manner for taste . I never tasted this kind of worst taste in my life

Bad with delivery, rude staff, sent wrong pizza and asked for it back and gave me my pizza after being delivered to someone else where the seal had been broken which is very unhygienic and unsafe as you don’t know what the other person has done with it. More

Pizza is good but a when I ordered a custom pizza a member of staff accused me off lying that I never said I didn't want an ingredient that I am allergic to. Some staff are very nice but some shouldn't work there at all of their manners

As Pizza delivery goes, this is certainly one of the better places. The food is consistent and is usually piping hot when it arrives. Occasionally the staff can get a little over pressed and rude/short as a result, but can't we all.

Bad pizza presentation, and taste was not accordingly with other pizzas I had from other pizza huts. Also a little while after eating had diarrhea!. Conclusion... never to order again. Another customer you lost.

Horrible pizza. Not the standard you would expect from a reputable brand. My order was sent to this branch by accident. Will ensure it never goes there again. Warning to others out there don't waist your money.

Awful Pizza. On one of the pizza cheese was like spread all over the place. Cheesecand dough were separate.Pizza was not cooked to perfection. Never going to order again from this branch. Really disappointed.

Tried to phone to place an order. Got picked up the calls but hang up without even say hello. Ended up needed to order it online :( Reach the shop which no one waiting, deliver drivers are here.

Situated 2.2 miles from home but refused saying we are too far and out of their delivery zones. Yet the one about 2.8 miles away were very happy and delivered the pizza. Both Pizza Hut branches.

Order was sent to the wrong address, no apology when I called to complain cold and chewy pizza. Never had this problem with Dominos won't be ordering from Whitton Highstreet Pizza Hut again

After my money went to "pending" they send me an email saying "sorry we can't deliver your order". So now I'll have to wait my money for 48 hours. Is that ok?
