Service is terrible this is the second time i have had to wait over a hour and a half for my pizza to arrive, and to add insult they forgot to bring my hot wings. Having to call up more than 5 times to request an update on my pizza is unacceptable. When i asked to speak to the manager the same employee then pretended to be the manger. Not knowing i know who the manager is off the back of things going wrong the last time i ordered from here. The manager is a young asian guy who seems to take everything for a joke. I wanted an extra portion of wings as a good will gesture and they didnt want to give me it and i told them im having a streesful customer experiance and i was told back that im the one stressing them. Got the wings in the end but didnt eat them incase they tried to poison it (Wouldnt put that past them). If i didnt pay over the phone i would have given them a fiver, I will not be giving this place my money again and its too bad the stoke newington branch doesnt deliver to me. Guess its dominoes from here.

The absolute worst customer service. Delivery arrived late( thankfully still warm) but wrong order. Called up to get order replaced. Was left on hold for over 10 minutes only for them to disconnect the call!!! Called back and got the same rude response and that they were too busy to replace my order and will issue a refund. When I asked how they propose to do that since he has not asked me for any card details he hung up!!!! Shocking. I’m glad Pizza Express has opened just up the road. I will never order from this place again. It’s not the first time they have promised refunds and never do. Your staff are beyond rude, unhelpful and most definitely incompetent.They’re not even worth the 1 star.

Absolute disgrace. Pizza hadn’t arrived after an hour so I phoned them. (Had to call multiple times for someone to answer) was told they were delayed and no longer taking orders because they were backed up. (They lied - you could still place an order on the site) after an hour and a half I phoned numerous times and no one answered. After 2 hours the status changed from “being packed” to “arrived”. Clearly the pizza was never out for delivery. I eventually managed to get through on the phone and was basically told it was my fault as they couldn’t find the house. To top it off I still haven’t been given a refund and keep being asked to provide more info. Will never order from here again

I flipping hated it the whole experience! The customer service was so poor, I was totally shocked by each member there including the manager. They might as well of stayed in bed, as it seemed as though they didn't want to communicate to paying customers or want to be at work. The phone was constantly ringing, the person on the till kept on telling us that we should wait which I believe is pathetic as he could of taken my order, and gone to prepare it. ONE thing that I'm happy about is that Domino's was further down and if you were to compare each pizza restaurant you would see a huge difference. I recommend that nobody should go there, or even phone there because I guarantee your food would be poorly made and cold.

The worst pizza store in Hackney. I called the store to ask how long a delivery will take because in the past it has taken over an hour to deliver. The lady I spoke to passed me on to the manager. The manager told me it will take at least 50 mins. He did not even give me a chance to answer then slammed the phone down on me. I decided not to spend my hard earn cash here, and called Papa Johns instead. The pizza arrived from Papa Johns within 30 mins of ordering nice and hot. Don't waste your time going to Pizza Hut Hackney. The manager is rude, they are unreliable and the pizza will arrive cold after 1hr.

THERE WAS HAIR ON MY PIZZA. Firstly the food arrived 1 hour and half late yet when the food arrived it was cold and hard. Secondly when I opened the box there was a long brown piece of hair which made me feel sick. I rang the restaurant straight away but the staff where absolutely useless they did not seemed surprised and just agreed to send me another pizza which was also cold and arrived an hour late so there was no point. This Pizza Hut is the worst restaurant they need new staff and a hygiene check. This was disgusting I am put off Pizza Hut for good.

I've been waiting over 2 hours for my pizza. Still haven't received it. 1 staff member who answered my phone call as I was enquiring about ordering online, was rude and not willing to help me as I couldn't figure out how to do something. A lady was polite to me and the third phone call was not useful at all. Just rude. Very disappointed. They also told me after waiting an hour and half, that expected delivery time was an hour and 45 minutes.. I've now been waiting 2 hours and 20 minutes. Not satisfied at all. Will not be using this shop again!

Have been going to this pizza hut for the past 2 years and idk if it's new management or what but yesterday I received the BEST PIZZA HUT PIZZA EVER FROM THEM. even after a bus trip home after collecting, THE CHEESE WAS CHEESING AND THE TOPPINGS TASTE SO FRESH . I will be returning soon as it even taste great the next day. I got 2 pan Large Pizzas: BBQ MEAT FEAST( JALAPEÑOS NO HAM) & VEGETABLE SUPREME. Phenomenal. This one was definitely a 10/10 would recommend.

Pizza Hut is great. Love it at the strand, baker Street and Walthamstow but the mare street branch is an absolute joke and an insult to the brand. They have no understanding of moderation and overfill pizza with a hundred jalapeños, and then they deliver it cold and forget to provide my side of wedges (november) and just yesterday they took 3hrs to deliver my missing cheesecake. HQ should rescind the licence from this debacle of a franchisee.

The food was late, and pizzas were cold. The delivered pizzas were incorrect from what was ordered. Called the store and they specifically put me on hold by just not talking and continuing whatever they're doing. This seems to be a common trend and experience with other customers. Horrible service. Waited over an hr, for driver to say he couldn't locate my address and is going back to the shop with our food tried to assist but was hopeless as he was very rude and impatient. Called Manager to inform him of the inconvenience and rudeness of driver. Manager said he will replace the order eith a new one. What a LIAR the food came freezing cold by this time my children were hungry. Avoid at all cost!!!

I bought deal from leaflet for 24.99 and it included ice cream. And they didn’t give the ice cream and they have excuse that we didn’t ask for the ice cream when it says it comes with the ice cream on leaflet. When we speak with the manager they were so rude when we explain we didn’t receive the ice cream. Also the pizza was cold when we received it. With no dips very dry. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Pizza Came half an hour after stated delivery time, when it did turn up the driver had no change, he left with the money I handed to him and I was under the impression he was going to come back with change but he didn’t, I called Pizza Hut to inform them what had happened and they told me he would be back with my change £3 and change but he never did, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

If you want cold pizza that takes a long time to be delivered this is the place. I ordered two pizzas (complained about the first) both arrived cold. One of those pizzas look like it had been cut with knife or dropped whilst inside the box reason why the box was dented. I don't understand how it is so difficult to get a hot pizza from this place. This is last time ill order from here

This is the worst Pizza Hut. Orders are always wrong, and cold. They can never find your address, and always try to get you to collect instead. If you live on an estate, they won't deliver to you, instead they force you to come and meet them on the high Road. They never carry change on them either, to Try and force you to let them keep the change. Rude and unprofessional. Avoid!!@

I feel like as a store, brand , business and whatever they want to call themselves. I ordered a late night pizza on-line and they honoured the order, even though they were closing in 10 minutes. The pizza was delicious and a side of salad to order. I never ordered before and I think it was good food & good customer service. I called as a courtesy to confirm they could accept the offer. I say call ANY company if ordering later. I am not fussy, not precious and understand this is only "fast food". However, the descriptor "fast food" is an insult to this descriptor. The definition of "fast" is not delivery that takes 2 hours plus to arrive. "Food" is not uncooked lukewarm dough that is unsuitable for even a stray dog. My strong recommendation is to avoid.
