Doesn't even deserve a 1star. Ordered a pizza meal online at 9.30pm. it said delivery would be 35/45 minutes. 1hour later no delivery. Tried to call the store no answer. when they did answer they immediately put the phone down again. At 11pm I got through the lady was rude and argumentive she said our delivery was leaving the store. I asked what time my food was cooked she replied 10.30. so my food had been sitting in a box for 40 minutes and not even left the store. I told her to cancel my order, but because I had paid by card I had to phone customer services to get a refund while on the phone to customer services at 11.30pm my pizza arrived at the door even thought I told them to cancel I didn't want it. 2 hours for a pizza, then I was told I will have to wait a week for a refund to go back to my account. Absolutely shocking service. If you are hungry don't order from here and certainly don't pay by card as you will wait longer for your refund.

Useless just isn't strong enough... I only placed this order because I got a £10 off voucher for my last pizza being so late, lo and behold an hour and a half goes by still no pizza... When I phone up they tell me I didn't answer my phone, after a bit of digging I discover the number they have bears no resemblance to mine by even one digit, yet they still insist that it's my fault, because it was my fault they were not prepared to make me a fresh pizza I was then expected to eat a pizza that would of been close to 2 hours old... Also had I not called they were seemingly more than happy to just keep my money After much debate and strong protest from the customer service guru I was on the phone with they agreed to "remake the pizza"... It arrived barely 20 minutes later (The same pizza, just reheated) It seems impossible for these morons to get an order right or to correct the many mistakes they are so adept at making...

I cannot believe Pizza Hut don't read the comments. Pizza Hut is my favourite pizza delivered hand down. This branch has a serious problem of burning things that none of the staff accept please read the comments.My Nachos we're burnt to a point where it tasted like popcorn. My wife's pizza was half burnt and mine too. There is clearly an issue in this branch. Call them back and like a computer three different staff members saya its picture perfect. Delivery driver came to give replacements and saw the state of what we gave back and couldn't believe how inedible it looked. As the person on the phone clearly accused my wife of lieing we asked the delivery driver to show them once he was back ur obviously they dismiss it. How much stock do you go through till Pizza Hut head office realise there's a problem I am clearly not the only person. Wake up

I live in Charlton village and walk up to buy two meat feast Pizzas minus pork, with pork replaced with pineapples every Friday. I’ve always been happy with my orders till I was served with ham pizzas no chicken and a sprinkling of what looked like beef mince meat instead. When I raised this today with a staff member on the tills called Fayhan, who initially was reluctant to give me his name , he feigned ignorance of knowing my wife, my daughter and I, although we’re local regulars and that we buy there regularly. What do I’ve to do to get the right pizzas we ordered or a refund? I bought one meat feast anyway as it’s a family tradition and inspected it and it was the right order

Terrible service! I bought using the website and after 1 hour I haven’t received the pizza (the website informs a delivery time between 30-45min). I called the place and I had the worst service that I had in my life, basically the person who answered the phone hang up on me while I was trying to speak about my order, saying that If I had placed an order I should wait. The guy has not even wanted to listen to me! I called again to try to explain that I was waiting for more than 1 hour and he was extremely rude not giving information about my delivery and telling me to wait again with no patience. To complete this awful situation, the delivery guy asked me if I already had paid (meaning the guy didn't have a clue about my order). Pizza Hut, you lost a client!

Experience with this Pizza Hut was wrong on so many levels. Ordered a menu deal (pizza+side+drink) online. The delivery guy arrives, and asks for the money upfront. I pay him, and his gives me a pizza and a side, but no soft drink, which was included in the original order. I tell him that there was also a soft drink included in the original order and he rudely replies that he has no idea and that's not his job. I ask for the receipt, and he shows me a paper smothered in ink, where you cannot make out anything, let alone the items that are in the original order. He then leaves immediately. On top of that the pizza was cold, and tasted like they took it out of a refrigerator and heated itn the microwave. Avoid this particular Pizza Hut at all costs.

Disastrous! 1 star is too many! If they had walked here with the delivery it would have got here quicker! Hungrily looking forward to a meat feast and a pepperoni feast for my friend we optimistically ordered online. Thankfully I opted to pay on delivery so the only good thing to say is it cost me nothing. What a terrible service. 50 minutes after ordering... nothing! I phoned and after several attempts they found the order. After several questions they told me that the pizzas had been sent out over 20 minutes previously. I told them if it came cold I would reject it. Over ten minutes later I gave up and went for a Chinese meal. At the Chinese takeaway I got a call from the delivery driver asking where I was!! Never again.

They deserve minus stars!!!! I called up and ordered 2 large pizza's making a few changes to toppings. On arrival ive found 1 pizza has mushrooms (i'm allergic).. I called and was told by a operative they will not be sending another pizza and that it was my mistake despite me being clear on the phone and also in the company of a friend who can vouch. The operative was agressive and rude telling me he was the manager and decided against sending. he then put the phone down informing he is in the store until 11 agressively. I called back to ask for his name as he refused to give in the first call he claimed its "mustafa" and then said the store manager will be in later on today. I am still stuck with the pizza i cannot eat!

Personally I have never left a complaint on the web before, but this needs to go up. The customer service I have received from pizza hut has been very poor, borderline atrocious. If i ever hanged up on a customer at work, TWICE then I know I would no longer be employed. Even the "manager" hanged up on me and used the excuse 'we are very busy', which is no excuse for bad customer service. Pizzas have arrived late,cold, wrong toppings, which has never prompted me to make a complaint, but the customer service of Charlton pizza hut has made me utterly sick and I will be exclusively ordering from dominoes and papa johns in the future as I have no complaints about their customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

Worst customer service! Honestly so disappointed. You get 1 star for having good pizzas but I would give this place 0 stars if posible. How can a pizza take so long? Hi I had ordered Veggie Supreme Pizza from your Charlton pizzahut branch today. It was suppose to be all Veggie supreme minus Mushroom and plus jalapenos. I got a pizza full of jalapenos. When I called branch manager then he vehemently said if you ask for jalapenos then that's how we give pizza full of jalapenos. Don;t ask if it becomes spicy then. I was expecting pizza to be tossed lightly with Jalapenos and not one with full of jalapenos. It was one of most disgusting pizza I ever had. Brazenly branch manager said you can complain to Head office if you want. deeply saddened over quality of pizza and simple arrogance of your branch manager not ready to acknowledge his mistake

Worst Pizza Hut ever. Absolute pants. So the guy has me on the phone for 10 mins not knowing we're I live. Fair Anouilh I give him a pass, then brings my delivery and its wrong. I call back, get pathetic apologies and says driver is on his way back. An hour later still noting, I call up again, sorry we're busy?! We can't get your right order to you tonight but if you order again we can offers a free drink? Errr are you stupid? Then says we can give you a free large pizza? Thought I'd try pizza hut for a change. Placed order online at 15:35 on a Friday afternoon. 30 minutes later I get a phone call saying that delivery will be an hour from when I placed the order (which they claimed was 15:45). Pizza actually arrives at 17:05 for a total delivery time of 90 minutes. The pizza is not exactly hot. It's not been sliced. It's a pretty grim pizza all round. No sign of the chillies that were supposed to come with the nachos and the provided dip was not what I ordered. £20 down the pan, pretty much. Guess I won't be ordering from here again (and you shouldn't either)

Food ordered to be delivered around 8pm, it’s now 9:15pm and after calling your store and told there was a problem and should be about 45 minutes, well past that time and your phone line is engaged all the time, my partner has had to go to the store and try and collect out “treat night” dinner. After seeing other reviews I now say to EVERYONE, do not bother with this store, rude people on the phone when you can get through, then they just don’t answer the phone, the franchise should be removed from them asap

I ordered online rang up and asked if they could prepare for me for my lunch break (which they did) I turnt up at 1 and it was fresh out the oven.. even upgraded my pizza for me free of charge to my suprise! After the website crashed I called to confirm if my order had gone through, between being passed between two members of staff multiple times we established my order hadn't gone through. So I ordered online, then the wrong pizza arrived 50mins later. Called the restaurant who sent a new pizza a further 50mins later and it was barely warm, after also asking me to leave them a good review for 'sorting it out'. The delivery driver also asked us to leave a good review. How about good polite service the first time round to earn a good review?

There’s always something wrong. If it’s not a delay, then they’re sending the wrong food, or missing dietary requirements. This time around, they sent me the wrong things, missed dietary requirements again, and are now taking forever to refund me. I won’t be ordering anymore, I’d rather go to their domino’s or papa johns, or even just a random pizza shop because ordering from here is not worth the hassle.

Don’t see how they’re still running. Ordered a pizza, 2 hours later nothing I called and they said there was a delay. Then for a notification saying the pizza was delivered when it wasn’t. I called the store and explained them the person hung up on me. Tried calling back, got ignored each time. Decided to drive down there only to meet 2 other customers with the same problem. Told to contact customer service which I’m still waiting for a response from. Never again will I ever order front this place. Prefer dominos anyway

They don’t wash their hands, the store is extremely dirty, they don’t use fresh dough the manger is very rude, a liar you wait 1hr + for a delivery which is ridiculous and when you call up they lie about it’s left the store when it has clearly not been made yet. Also don’t ever pay by card because you won’t get a refund straight away you have to call customer service and it takes a week or two for a refund. Ordering and collecting a pizza here was a very bad experience don’t even bother here. Wish I could this 0 star rating.

If I could give them -0 rating, I would. I ordered pizza and got a confirmation email. After tracking I got a message that it had arrived but I didn't receive my order. I called Charlton hut and was told they couldn't see the order on their system, was then asked to contact customer care which i did. Unfortunately all customer care said to me was that they contacted the hut and was told my order was delivered. The annoying part for me is that all the are very very rude unprofessional. Not good when order not delivered. Next day told to find numbers yourself. Call bk at 4 and spk to manager. Who tells you he will send you a free pizza that you already paid 18.50 for. Then tells you if you take it to customer services he will not deal with you! Anyway saved my pizza till today, no complimentary apologies in fact had trouble with order again as no one knew about convo on Sat. Rude staff and what's more rude manager. This has got to be the WORST pizza hut / takeaway in the area. Forgot food on the order, took well over an hour to turn up, then when attempting to ring whoever was on the phone kept hanging up. Ordered a pizza and the wrong one was sent. The next pizza that was sent to rectify the issue was wrong again. I didn't order anything special, just a normal chicken pizza - no additional toppings or changes! Not so hard is it?! When I tried to express my dissatisfaction, the man on the phone was rude throughout the call and at one point even said, "be quiet, I'm talking". He claimed to be the manager when I asked. I was frustrated and angry at the pathetic service. DON'T use this Pizza Hut...EVER!!

I waited 2 hours for my pizza and it still didnt arrive. I then called up and spoke to the employee who had absolutely no manners, he told me that the pizza had been delivered and insisted that it was already here even though i was clearly calling because it hadn’t. He then told me that they cant refund it because i paid by card and sent the order again.... only for me to wait another hour for it to arrive cold. Never ordering from here again. I've been getting deliveries from this place for more than a year. They have delivered within 50 minutes apart from one occasion when it was the weekend and they were busy (I think it took 1 hour 15 mins). The pizza is well cooked. The nachos and cookie dough are sometimes slightly overcooked but it's not a big deal and they still taste great. I would recommend this place compared to alternative popular pizza chains in the area, one of which delivered burnt pizza.

We ordered from Pizza Hut last night at 7.40. at 8.40 we contacted the store to enquire where the food was. We were rudely informed that it was 10 mins away before the conversation was abruptly ended when (I am sure inadvertently) the phone was hung up. The food finally arrived, cold at 9pm. The accompanying 'free ketchup' sauce was not there, the food was unappealing, cold and dry. All in all not a good experience. I would not order from this take away again.

Called to tell them that my pizza was burnt and was informed by two members of staff that it was picture perfect. I asked how they know that and they informed me that the person that cooked it told them! Finally after speaking to a third person I managed to persuade them that I am not lying and they agreed to send a new order out. The nachos were also burnt and inedible but after the fiasco of complaining about the pizza I thought it’s not worth mentioning.

Ordered from here and they said it would be 25 minutes and it had been over an hour so called them and the stuff member on the phone was very rude and said it would be another 30 minutes which is just ridiculous as we had already been waiting over the time they had given us. He wasn’t keen on giving us any other discount either and was not apologetic. I thought Pizza Hut is a place with quick service and gopd food but this place has just let down its name.

They have no customer service skills. We ordered cheesy garlic bread it arrived without the cheese. I paid for it by chip and pin on my doorstep then we discovered there was no cheese. The manager suggested I receive free cheesy garlic bread for my next order. Forget it they have lost my custom. I'll go and collect from my local excellent pizza hut restaurant. Time and time again they have given poor service bye bye pizza hut delivery Charlton.

I told them to call me when they arrive with my pizza but instead they left it with my housemate downstairs, I then called them only to find out they had delivered it 30 minutes prior and it was left on the kitchen table cold. The pizza itself was very average. Moral of the story is they need to follow the customer's delivery instructions. I recommend this place only when you're desperate and hungry

FUMING. My father went to get a pizza, before ordering he had asked the employees whether the meat was halal or not, which they answered yes. When he got home, I googled it out of curiosity whether it was halal after having one slice, turns out none of the meat is halal and all the employees lied about it. Called them and they refused to give my money back. LYING EMPLOYEES WHO TAKE FOREVER TO COOK.

Firstly I don’t understand what is with all the bad reviews it is genuinely a decent Pizza Hut, yeah the delivery may take awhile but that is too be expected, I ordered a meaty one pizza for collection for only £8.99, grabbed the pizza and headed over to the local park and it was just delicious I had to take a slice before taking a picture , if you don’t like delivery times then just collect it!!

My pizza was extremely hot, best pizza I’ve had in a long time I am so happy with my experience with essa, he seems to take a lot of pride in he’s work. Thank you and I hope you deliver my pizza again next time

Twice I made an order from this restaurant, and after ordering, I read reviews and was afraid to get a bad pizza, last time everything was delicious, and this time everything was also delicious, the delivery was slightly out of time, the time changed twice, but the pizza was delicious and warm and the rider was fast, I happy with the order 13.99 + 2.99 and service fee 0.49 £

Rude staff. Accidentally ordered the wrong thing so I rang up to change it, and I could hear the staff talking in the background suggesting I was lying. Told I have to ring customer service to cancel the order and use the number listed online. But there isn't a number to ring online, only an email address. Avoid like the plague if it's Friday night. Took well over 2 and half hours of me calling to finally get through to them after I placed an online order that never showed. They then tried to tell me I hadn't answered my phone when the driver arrived, even when he made some more deliveries and came back to try again...no calls received at all. Awful.

Don’t order from here the order hasn’t even arrived and it’s been 1h 25 minutes and I only live round the corner. They won’t even answer the phone to let me know how long the order will be. Thank goodness I selected to pay by cash because when it finally arrives I will refuse the order as I’m so hungry I’m ordering from somewhere else.

The food was initially delivered to the wrong address. Pizza hut insisted they collect the wrongly delivered food and deliver a fresh order to my home. When we sampled the food, it was stone cold. I complained to Pizza Hut Charlton but received no apology or fresh hot food. Will never use Pizza Hut again if that is there policy.

Order was 30 mins late!!! Then when it got here the pizza was burnt!! There was 11 tiny wedges in the box, cold!!! And chicken dippers, cold!!! Unhelpful, rude and dismissive staff member. When i asked for the manager, he told me not to interrupt him and then when I asked again, he told me he was the manager. Nearly two hour wait for a pizza because of a problem their end and he has the nerve to tell me to get off the phone so he can go and make my pizza.

Ordered a vegan pizza, they sent one with dairy cheese on. When i called they didn't care, even though they could have killed someone allergic to dairy. Said there was nothing they could do about sending me a new one or refunding as it was through Uber Eats. Shocking service

Terrible customer service wrong pizza was sent called up to try and have it rectified and was told there is nothing they can do by dismissive and unhelpful staff member. We are regular customers we won’t bother going back at all now! Don’t waste your money!

Ordered at 9. It’s now 11.30, they’re not picking up, haven’t delivered my food. Disgusting service. If they don’t shut down soon, I’ll actually complain. Horrible service, disgusting employees. I was promised that it would be delivered and nothing came.

Nasty staff members. Who continue telling lies. Late delivery, cold pizzas and after weeks of waiting still No REFUND!! Reading other reports the manager Mohammed and his staff need to be fired for misrepresenting the organisation. GET RID!!!!

Always order from here and food sometimes varies from good to bad but most of the time it’s on the food side. Their service for me has been great as well and so would definitely recommend.

I've seen this place many times and I decided to regularly eat here because the food is very good. Unlike other locals, the chef's that works here actually cares about his food and he never makes it wrong or burns it. So far, I know only

Pizza was nice but the staff (went in around 7pm on Friday) were beyond polite and helpful... They all deserve a lot of credit for dealing with annoying customers who complain about wearing masks, yet still remain polite and professional.

I always order on pizza hut app. Foods always hot and arrives on time. The app makes it easy to keep track of your order and grab great deals. My go to Pizza Hut, never had a problem.

Totally rubbish! Placed an order via website, wait 40 mins which is the estimated time they gave. No delivery, call them to ask for an update. They told me they never received the order and asked me to placed an order again on the phone!

If I could give it zero rating I would .. Called on the 14/09/16 at 21:27 and was told order will be 40 mins , 50 mins later I was told , no one placed the order and it suddenly disappeared .. Putting me on hold over 6 mins to trace the

I've have give one star because I cant leave no stars. The service we got for the store was terrible, he was rude and unhelpful. The pizza was good when it arrived, but it was over an hour late. I would never order from here again.

Really bad, order potato wedges and got delivered something else, and they said will deliver the correct item in 90mins for just 0.2miles distance, they didn't pick up calls and correct item wasn't deliver after 90mins. Really bad.

I am so pleased with our order. All of our pizza are warm and freshly made. Denis delivered our pizza in time and is very approachable. Thank you for working hard to serve our craving for pizza :). Will definitely order again.

They frequently deliver way too early for expected delivery times which some would say is good if your hungry and want a quick order, but too many times they have forgotten an item from the order... Not good customer service

Excellent service! We’ve been ordering from them for years, quick delivery, always fresh and hot pizza. Rutu has been great resolving some points issue, great customer service. Never been disappointed, 5 stars for years!

This Pizza Hut joint is just as good as any other one of the chain. The pizzas are pretty cheap and delicious. Delivery time was a bit slow, but considering I ordered when they were the most busy it was understandable.

Used to order from here twice a week however in the past few months the few orders that I made were absolutely disgusting. From one of the best deep pan pizzas to inedible food. Definitely won’t order again. No bueno

Bland, bland, bland! I should have read the reviews before ordering. By far the worst food delivered and way over the delivery slot, which was already nearly an hour. It was a lukewarm, rubbery waste of money. Avoid!

Should have read the previous reviews before coming in to order my food. Took ages and when it finally came, it wasn’t the one I ordered. Will never come back although it’s less than 5 mins walk from my house.

Soggy And cold pizza and the extra toppings we asked for was not there despite being charged extra for them. Cheesy garlic had no garlic but just cheese. Not impressed with this delivery.

they take one hour to prepare the food and 20 mins for it to be delivered. and staff are not welcoming, they have an attitude when it comes to asking how long order will take.

Pizza was wrong and the attitude from staff was very rude. I had to go and collect the correct pizza as they was not willing help. I wouldn’t order again.

Pizza is great at the evenings when you come by yourself to pick it up. I'm calling 15 mins before with order and pizza is always prepared for my pickup.
