If there was a zero star would have given that to this Pizza Hut Arabian Ranches branch. Poorly staffed with a poor leader who has no idea what’s going on. Ordered pizza at 6.50pm told will be delivered by 8.10pm. Ok 1.20 hours for delivery maybe weekend too many orders. Nothing delivered till 8.30pm called call Center who kept on transferring to store manager who kept on disconnecting call while claiming to call the driver. After like 2.05 hours driver showed up on door step with stone cold pizza. Save your money and time order from a place that delivers on time and atleast sends a warm pizza after 2hours of delay. Company needs to do something about this branch it’s a black mark on there reputation.

I made an order at this place where they promised 35 minutes being delivered, after 3 hours didn’t show up. I called the restaurant a few times and they told me that it was in the kitchen even the manager told me that they were on the way, never even cooked. They didn’t give any solution and even the put that my order was delivered, lying about that and making the things complicated for getting my money back. I cancelled because I couldn’t wait anymore and they were lying about that when the restaurant was even closed. The worst experience ever in a restaurant in Dubai.

This is absolutely the worst Pizza Hut restaurant. They consistently can’t deliver to a reasonable timeframe and the call centre are not any better. Promises of management call backs which never happen! There staff and management are a disgrace. They just hang up on you when they can’t provide a timeframe for delivery. We ordered our pizza at 8pm thinking it would arrive latest at 9pm as a treat for our kids on a Thursday night. Still waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes after placing the order! It’s now 22:45, kids away to bed after a make shift dinner having been excited about pizza! Shame on you!

To be honest, the best branch across the Emirates “pizza hut Arabian Ranches”, it is not the nearest branch to my home, but at least is on my way from work. The fastest service, all the pizzas are available and the pizza is very rich with the stuff, not like any other branch to be honest. Also, the staff there are very friendly from the cashier to the branch manager. Actually it deserves the good rate.

Our order yesterday was 45min late. On the last THREE occasions there has been items missing from our order and/ or it has been 30-45min late. This is completely unacceptable. The manager at Arabian Ranches, Mr. Islam appears completely inept at his job. The excuses he offers are incoherent and unsatisfactory. This was the last straw for us. What a disgrace for Pizza Hut!

A very big inconvenience that the store doesn’t have ATM machine!! So their solution was to cancel my order instead of them solving the issue!!!! This is Dubai! Very bad service for such an important City!!!!!!!

Extremely bad service, the waitress almost didn't understand English, we told her multiple times the same order, she got it wrong, one of the sides arrived when we were paying for the food. The place itself is dirty, outdated and in desperate need of renovation, the absolute worst staff ever, this is not a Pizza Hut, they shouldn't have their license.

Our Pizza was delivered cold and looked like and tasted like it had been cold for ages. Worst pizza I have ever eaten and threw most in the bin. Called the manager to complain and all he offered was to deliver another pizza and not a refund. He was rude and put the phone down. Will never eat from pizza hut again.

Great for convenience if you live in Ranches but not an ambiance that you want to dine in - the place is in need of a refurbishment..

Arabian Ranches' Pizza Hut restaurant offers good franchise quality pizzas with sides like ginger bread that are very good. The decoration of this restaurant is average, other restaurants of the brand are more welcoming and charming. I have a problem it is the wait to be served which is slightly slow.

If I could give you 0 stars I would!!! How dare you decide on your own accord to cancel my order without even contacting me - my family has been sitting waiting for our food to arrive and only to find out after ME calling YOU that YOU have cancelled my order! How absolutely absurd is that???

When nothing else will do, Pizza Hit pizzas hit the mark! Friendly staff and fast service when you have hungry children and adults to feed is just what we needed. There is a small salad station but it has everything you need for your healthier options.
