Really poor service with incompetent staff. I ordered via the website, which initially would not let me log in to my profile. I placed the order and tried to select delivery but the website would not retrieve my details. The website would not find my address when I searched for it. I selected pay on delivery. When I selected the finalise order button it did not take me to a confirmation page but placed the order for pick up. I ran the store straight away and spoke to the ‘supervisor’ - a girl named Crystal. She did not seem to understand English very well - when I asked to speak to someone else she said she was the only person there. I explained that I wanted the order for delivery and wanted to pay the driver when he arrived. Finally she managed to understand that I wanted a delivery and took the address after confirming that one of the items I ordered was not available and she had to substitute it. I was then told the order would take an extra 15 minutes (making it 30 mins in total) I waited an hour before calling the store to find out where the order was. I spoke to Ricky, who also had difficulty understanding what I was saying. I had to speak slowly and sound things out to him. Ricky told me that the pizzas were still sitting in the store but were due to leave soon and should be with me in the next 15-30 minutes - I live 950 meters from the store or about 3 minutes drive.... Ricky also said that the pizza’s had already been charged to my credit card!! I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I spoke to Crystal again as the manager ‘Dan’ wasn’t there. As I was on the phone to Crystal (who could not seem to help me or explain what had happended) - Ricky turned up with the pizza’s and requested the money!! I explained that they were already charged to my credit card and had taken an hour and a half to arrive!! The pizza’s were cold, poorly made and took an hour an a half to arrive. Pizza Capers Spring Hill seems like a Muppet Show!

I was wandering down the road till I sniffed an amazing smell, as I went in to take out a small portion of their Smoke Cured Pepperoni. They gave their cheese super generous and you won’t get tired of it. The stringiness and freshness and sweetness are simply amazing! The smoked sausage is slightly spicy, which enhances its deliciousness. I have never had such delicious pizza in Taiwan. I recommend all Taiwanese people whom are planning on visiting Australia to try it. 今晚在路上聞到很香的披薩味 就跑去外帶了他們家小份的Smoke Cured Pepperoni 他們家的起司給的超級多而且竟然不會膩 那個牽絲以及鮮甜的程度簡直絕了！ 燻腸的部分帶點微辣 提升了他的美味程度 在台灣還沒有吃過這麼好吃的披薩 推薦所有來澳洲的台灣人一定要來試試看

I should have read the reviews before ordering it. I’ve paid $18 for a dry and poor quality pizza. If I had gone to Dominos I would have a way better pizza for $5. It was so disappointing and frustrating when you’re in a rush during lunch time, and you have no time to buy something else after you received your pizza poorly made like that. I even paid extras and the mushrooms and toppings in general were so dry like a reheated pizza. Never had anything bad like that. Could not eat everything putting into the bin.

I had a very bad experience in Pizza Capers Spring Hill today. Earlier I had eaten in their Jindalee counter and when I reviewed them in Google, the owner replied back saying they run a $1 wings offer on Wednesday. I was happy to know that and thought of trying it in their Spring Hill counter where the shopkeeper refused to give that offer and she wasn’t even ready to listen to me. I showed her my last review(attached) she still denied. Also she was bit rude, don’t know why.

Just went personally and brought home (I live next to them, I minute walk) for the first time a Peri Peri and Prawn pop corns, Trust me it was way better than other usual places(Dominoes, Pizza hut), It was refreshing, most of the people go to the usual places(Dominoes, Pizza hut) as they have offers, and they can provide food for cheap. Please note I am not a Pizza Fan for that matter, so If I had 2 slices of it, they deserve the credit.

Hello These guys are dozzy and not giving the proper order. Because i odered to them from uber and when I checked my order there was missing items and uber guy also know this thing and then i called to pizza capers and they said i am so sorry for that you can come and collect and then i came to here and they start fighting with me. These guys are dozzy. Don't order them please

Stingy with toppings. Expensive and slow. Really unimpressed. With the price tag compared to dominos we were really expecting quality and that was not delivered. The bases were chewy and dry, there were barely any toppings. Only plus is they delivered in the time they said.. 50 mins though. With dominos upping their ante, you’ve gotta keep up Pizza capers Spring Hill.

Better off going to dominoes. Pizza was horrible, smothered it in hollandaise sauce to make it worse, 70% of my brownies was uncooked so it was just batter and they were the worst brownies in history. Only thing that didn’t have a problem was the bottle of coke. Not one to ask for a refund but will be this time as that’s a joke.

Hesitant to 5* this as I've had some mixed experiences. But I took another punt recently and it was amazing. Will bump up my review on a subsequent visit.

Pizza tasted like it was reheated from dominos. Minimal toppings and was very disappointed at the size of the large pizza. Pizza was cold and we only live just around the corner. For the price you pay I would advise to go to an authentic Italian pizza restaurant.

The pizza was delivered quickly; however, the pizza itself (large rustico) tasted just awful. The ingredients partly burned, the rocket leaf was forgotten, and most importantly the pizza dough had a consistency like rubber. Bummer, won't order here anymore.

If your going to any other pizza place in spring hill your missing out... Phenomenal service by Thien and the pizza was great... Not dry or sloppy.

I will never ever go to this pizza shop again. they are so expensive for a large pizza is $25 It was disgusting I could not eat it. they were 45 mins and they said they would be 20 mins it was cold when it finally got here we gave it to the dog.

Tried their Reef and Beef last night, it was so delicious! The staff were so nice and friendly, and the food came out super fast :) Definitely going back!

The tofu pizza was really really really really baaaad! Don't recommend.. just look how it looks on the website vs what we got, look at the carrots looks like they were playing with it. Domino's all way …

Excellent customer service, we booked delivery online and due to traffic there was a delay. A lovely lady called and informed us. The pizza was only a few minutes late, but the courtesy call was very professional.

First time ordering Capers Pizza. They where cold on delivery, the siracha chicken wings where VERY rubbery and not spicy at all! The garlic bread and lemonade were your saving grace.

Ordered a Karage Chicken pizza Sunday night and was extremely disappointed with it. The driest and stale tasting pizza I’ve ever had! I would not recommend this shop for pizza.

Calling at 8.55pm for placing order for tomorrow and nobody is picking up the phone. The website says open till 9 Pm and i have the screen shot when i was calling the store.

Tried the Jamaican Jerk Chicken Pizza with a side of Jerk Chicken Wings and my taste buds were amazed. Equally impressive service and friendly people. See you next week ;-)

The staff are generally friendly, however pizza ordered online took 35 minutes to be prepared, an additional 20 minutes waiting after the website says it would be ready.

Had a bad experience with this store. They take a week to respond to issues, and wouldn't attempt to work with me to resolve the issue. Edit: I did, hence the review.

Exceptional pizzas - great choices of toppings. The delivery service is worth the slightly longer arrival time and the pizzas are always hot and fresh. Recommend.

Just ordered BBQ bonanza and alfunghi and didn’t really like them. The pizzas were too salty and the cheese was overcooked. I don’t recommend this place
