After three trips with the system being offline and having to take time of work each time. I finally managed to get there with the system online. The first part of opening an account was fairly painless. Then when it got to paying the deposit part, right as I was at the front ready to pay I was shown away and told sorry the system is offline.
Smooth and efficient. Very surprised it was not a painful experience. I went to get utilities transferred to my name. I went in a Wednesday at 12:30
