As first time buyers we had never had an opportunity to have a kitchen of our dreams. I had an inspiration of what I would love as my dream kitchen and she brought that to reality! What I was looking for was a company that could guide us through and help us make this happen, many companies asked that we went shopping to understand the materials we wanted, and then let them know so they could put a design together. I wasn’t looking for that, I was looking for a company that could advise, hand hold and guide along the way, Emma and Pine Tree Lane had me sold from our first meeting. Very similar experience to Robert, they started off great, the designer we used is excellent. Issues started when the work started, bear in mind the kitchen is the most important part of a house when you have a family to feed. We are now week 5, with no kitchen. very little by way of updates, no supervisors on site to check the work and therefore we have issues, new ceiling isn’t straight and it needs to be redone only once I complained enough. Cabinets aren't aligned and in my opinion they install things in a very weird order. I’m told it is all to be fixed once the very expensive worktop stone is in but I’m not confident that they won’t damage this. No one actually cares about the standard of work that is being delivered nor that we have no kitchen for Christmas. I would use IKEA next time, far cheaper and to be honest a better service level, they know what they are doing.

Early last year we bought our first house in Dubai. We embarked on a renovation journey as the style of the house was quiet dated. I wanted to ensure we found a joinery company that was locally based. We engaged with Pinetree Lane to redo the entire joinery of our home, which included a custom kitchen, new built in wardrobes, new internal doors and framing, floor skirting and new custom built bathroom vanities. Nimisha and the team were very good at capturing our vision. We were particularly impressed with the overall quality and attention to detail. The fact that they are locally based helped with quick turnaround, fixes and maintenance required. While we had to do a little chasing for status updates, we remain very satisfied with the end product and would highly recommend working with Pinetree Lane.

We ordered full kitchen and furniture for 4 bathrooms with Pine Lane and are very happy with the team, the process, the design and the final results. Exactly as we expected and that’s very hard to find in Dubai. Apart from that : - the showroom is really nice and allows to choose various samples, materials and design styles - the team (Sibin, Nimisha, Pal and Aswin) was very helpful and supportive during the whole process - the workers (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc) are smart and handy, and with attention to details - the whole process was without any problems and any work issues were solved professionally by Pine Lane

My husband and I chose Pine Tree to fit our new kitchen. We both love the end result and has become our favourite room in the house. We loved that we were able to work with them to design it exactly how we wanted and were able to fit pieces of furniture perfectly around the appliances - both existing and new. Pine Tree also designed and fitted two bathroom vanity units for us. The quality of their work is excellent and we are really pleased we chose them to do the work. Highly recommend.

they installed our kitchen exactly how we wanted it. from the consultation, to the installation process, it was such a breeze working with the people in this company. from the designer to the carpenters, communication was not a problem as everyone speaks English, you can tell from the workmanship the quality of the joinery they installed. we've had our kitchen for over a year now and still can't believe they managed to do exactly what we asked... and more.

Service was great to start with, but as the job started their communication and progress both slowed down, until it completely stopped. I then had to chaise and complain every few days for someone to return my calls and give me an update - which went on for weeks. The job ended up going way over original timeline, and communication and service was extremely poor (which came as a big surprise, as we chose PineTree due to its positive rating)

I have received a working desk from Pine Tree Line and I liked it very much! It is quite big and very comfortable, easy to move. Quality is good. The color is quite fresh. I can put my books and stationary in the below shelves under the desk. I recommend Pine Tree Lane to everyone who is looking for furniture at home or office.
