I was so happy to find Sarah! I came to see her for issues related to lower back pain. Her expertise as a physiotherapist was key to my recovery! I still do the exercises that she recommended and I haven't had any pain crisis ever since ! I love how professional her clinic looks and how it's very conveniently located! (Just a few minutes walk from Guy Concordia metro) Her human approach is amazing and she goes above and beyond for you! I also loved the fact that I can easily do the process for insurance purposes with my employer. Definetly a must if you're looking for a physiotherapist.

Toolia to help me with a recurrent knee problem which had been present for years now and was stopping me from progressing when I was running. She was able to go beyond the physiotherapy treatment of my knee and used her expertise as a kinesiologue to analyse my physical condition specifically for my running goals. She listened to my concerns and goals and made me a specific training program that help me get back into running. I am now stronger and I have improved my running distances by a lot.

Toolia is a great physiotherapist that takes the time to listen and understand truly where the pain comes from and as she is also a kinesiologue she gave me a great exercise program that helped me gain strength in my sport (boxing). She is very empathetic and passionate, caring truly for her patient. I always refer her for anyone who needs a physio or kin! I also have done Breathwork coaching with her and this had helped me a lot with my anxiety, mood and sleep!
