All three therapists I saw here are beyond amazing. I was highly recommending this place to my friends. Sadly, I just had a very disappointing experience. I came to my appointment at Physio Ed today, which I made in person on Saturday, and I was told I WAS NOT ON THE LIST. The therapist I was about to see was booked for the time I was scheduled for - with another patient! I am 100% certain the appointment was booked for today, I booked it on Saturday in person. I was told that my appointment was “not in the system”. That is it. I was sent away with nothing. I did not get any cancellation note, anything. I put an effort to come on a busy work day, and I was sent away, because my appointment “has not been booked”. I repeat, I am 100% sure I did book it in person. I cannot express how disappointed I am. The therapists are amazing, but this experience is beyond disappointing.

Sadly i didn't have such good experience extremely rude and unwelcoming receptionists who on leaving were eating their lunch at reception desk and with such a small squashed space the pungent smell wasn't a nice atmosphere. Just very very very unprofessional mean unfriendly staff tbh. I'dnever even recommend to my worst enemy it was that bad. Not my cup of tea sadly. Physio sesh itself was ok tho happily my acupuncturist/chiropractor sessions at the new place i go to works better for me

Ed and his team are angels on earth. I am so grateful for the existence of this practise. I finally saw Ed last week for the first time (having been seeing some of his other therapists for 10 years), within seconds of checking out my injury he identified exactly where it came from and exactly how i was going to repair it. i literally burst into tears, it was like being SEEN and VALIDATED for the first time in my career as a professional singer. I'm immensely grateful for Ed. THANK YOU.

Ed is the best Vocal physio we have in the country. I've been coming here for years now and the knowledge Ed has and the care I've received has been absolutely brilliant. The manual therapy is painful but necessary and makes a huge difference immediately. Anyone with Hypermobility who has jaw or voice issues is in safe hands!

This new clinic is set in a gorgeous art deco building and has been designed to make you feel comfortable yet remains proffessional. Its got a great gym area for rehab with all the kit youll find in the gym and more! The staff and therapists will go above and beyond to make sure your back on the move! Excellent.

I saw Jenny for a muscle issue under my ribs which has been plaguing me for over 10 years. Within 2 sessions she had sorted it. Did some (painful but worth it) massage, and gave me a few exercises to do at home. I am so impressed, having suffered for so long. Jenny cracked it 100%. Thank you!!

Absolutely dreadful! I had treatment with a female therapist here and was left in horrible pain and inflammation and swelling for days. Her bedside manners were disgusting to say the least, defensive, arrogant and patronising. I would say: avoid this place like the plague!

Physio Ed is an excellent physiotherapy practice. I have been treated by Ed Blake on and off for many years. He is a top level practitioner, hugely experienced, highly professional and affable. The practise is run very well and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ed Blake.

I have been using Physio Ed in Belsize Park and Harley Street for a 6 Months now. Nikki at Belsize park is by far one of the best physio's I have used. My shoulder and neck pain has now completely gone. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Best physio experience I have ever had! I’m amazed at how Ed knew instantly what the issue was and it was so interesting hearing anatomically what the issue was. He’s made me want to become a physio!

First vocal massage. A little painful but will go a again as I could hear the difference straight away. Staff were all wonderful fitting me in so last min and madison was lovely

I came to this lovely place for my knee pain which was caused after an indoor snowboard session. Nikki fixed me in one session with her magical elbow massage. Highly recommended

Nicole was amazing and really helped me with my hip impingement pain both at the appointment where it immediately felt better and with the spot-on exercises she prescribed.
