We have been using PHT for a number of years. They can never do enough for us. Anne Marie’s experience and knowledge is next level. We have booked 5 cruises through them and are in the process of organising a trip to Europe. Anytime we’ve had an issue even when travelling (never been their fault generally third part providers) they have fixed immediately. Sadly, many issues overseas with missing tickets, incorrect phone contact numbers and transfers just not turning up. Spent many hours overseas trying to sort which spoiled our group holiday to a large extent. Took ages to get the refunds too. Update: As of 2 weeks after initial review, still no response from customer service as stated and now found out two other members of our group are still chasing refunds. Poor form PHT.

When travelling overseas with a comprehensive itinerary it is important to go through an agency but since covid and with the travel industry suffering they are no longer giving any "extras" as I understand the airlines have reduced their commissions
