Well I must say thanks to the wonderful staff at pharmacy 4 less Ringwood Eastland Michelle is very professional and knowledgeable? And always helpful,,,,,,,,, even when they don’t have stock on certain items they always get it in pretty promptly and let you know when it’s there. I absolutely enjoy the down to earth environment. and the banter. Great knowing you girls and guys. Take care and keep up the good work. Thanks for not kicking me out of the shop lol

Except customer service from all the staff at this pharmacy. Majority of them will learn your name with only a few frequent visits and it goes a long way to make you feel welcome and well taken care of. Which goes a long way in my personal opinion. Would strongly recommend this pharmacy above some of the alternatives. Especially since some of the local competitors are no longer open 24 hours. Also they’re legitimately less expensive.

I second the comments of the people below. The pharmacist at this store (Ali I believe) is very knowledgable and helpful and goes out of his way to assist and explain. Coming here saves me both time and money which I appreciate. I used to only shop at Chemist Warehouse (Ringwood), now I only come to Pharmacy 4 Less. It appears good prices and service don't have to be mutually exclusive.

Pharmacy 4 Less in Eastland Ringwood is a truly great pharmacy, all the staff are amazing very helpful & friendly. Bilal & Wael are pharmacists with a wealth of knowledge & are always so helpful whenever I need any help about scrips or anything else. Haven’t been to the pharmacy in some time. I went on Saturday and the pharmacy seemed different in a good way. Was more organised and a new male pharmacist assisted me. He was very helpful and served me in a timely manner despite it being a busy time. Highly rate the service and l Will deffs be back!!

Can not recommend the Pharmacy highly enough! The personal interactions and professionalism is the best I have had and their care and knowledge has helped my family more times then a GP has. Bilal and the team are the only pharmacy I go to now even though I moved house further from them years ago.

Customer service is impeccable. Above and beyond from all staff, especially from Wael. Dedicated and always helpful. Payrise for this guy please. Even though he was very busy, he tried to help me with my problem. Great smiles all around and beautiful women is a plus. Awesome place.

Well stocked pharmacy with sharp prices and great customer service. Bilal in particular is very customer focussed and always willing to answer any questions on scripts and products. Throughout iso they have remained open which is really convenient in reducing travel.

Busy Sunday morning with minimal staff members to accommodate, so busy that my husband put in 2 scripts & they both had the same sticker & price put on them, If he didn’t pick it up before leaving he would have paid more than double for one of them. Not good enough.

Good location and great service. We needed some documents signed and were turned away by another pharmacy (understandable given that it's christmas eve) but were served here without much of a delay at all. Elaine (the pharmacist serving us) was particularly great!

The only chemist in 39 years that has motivated me to write a review! Ali always goes out of his way to help you and in 8 or so visits I've not had anything but fast, friendly service from him and the rest of the team. A+

Horrible customer service. I bought two defective masks, crooked and poorly finished. I came back a week later, with the invoice and packaging but I couldn't exchange or return them. Don't trust this company.

Unfortunately the customer is not listened and respected in cases of returns and exchanges, even when the items are faulty. Don't buy anything from this place.
