Original post: Terrible service, rude pharmacist! Consider it as a zero star review! We had a booster shot appointment with them. We arrived on time, and let them know upon our arrival. After 10 mins a lady approached us and said there was a technical issue with their website and asked us to show them the confirmation email. I showed her the confirmation email and handed in the phone. I noticed that she was doing something with my phone, she forwarded that email to their store email address without my consent!!!! Then she gave us a printed form. We filled out and handed in the form. 20 mins passed and nobody came. When I approached the pharmacist and complained about the delay, he said they were busy!!! when I arrived there, there was NO other customer there. They didn't know what to do. The pharmacist instead of understanding and being sorry for the huge delay , rudely asked me to go somewhere else for the vaccination!!!! Never go there. I am doubtful about his knowledge too, since there were two vague questions on the form and he couldn't help me with them. I canceled my booking and they only wasted my time. Rude and unprofessional.

This pharmacy is my go-to the majority of the time, not just the brand Pharmacy 4 Less but this particular Pharmacy 4 Less in MCity. All the staff are super friendly, helpful, and attentive, especially staff member Oemar, he's always attentive and helpful. You're always greeted and feel welcome there. You don't strictly have to wait for the pharmacist to get your prescriptions as well. The floor staff are helpful and if they can't assist with your enquiry the pharmacist usually can. Sometimes, it saves you an unnecessary doctors visit if it's something minor. The checkout process is seamless and efficient when paying by card, and I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes to checkout. I always find what I'm after, prices are reasonable and cheaper than some competitors at times but to be honest, I'm not too fussed about prices as much because their service is really good. Finding parking around the pharmacy is a bit difficult, but theirs ample parking throughout Mcity if you're alright with a little bit of a walk.

Ever since moving to MCity I cannot speak any more highly of the warmth, genuine care and the outstanding customer service this Pharmacy shows me on a regular basis. They are truly exceptional people and go far beyond what their job entails. I recently tested positive to covid and I live alone and needed a number of prescriptions filled as well as over the counter items and the staff offered to deliver them to my front door free of charge, and did so within 25 min! It’s wonderful to see that there are still such decent human beings in this world that actually care. Keep up the great work guys,!! xx

Lovely people, we’d had a hard day with a visit to A&E with our two year old daughter who needed antibiotics. The pharmacist at Pharmacy 4 Less M-City explained that it was an antibiotic that they didn’t have on site, but as they closed in half a hour and he could see we were stressed, he offered to take payment for the antibiotic, went and picked it up from another pharmacy and delivered it to our home. My husband and I are very grateful there are still such kindhearted people in the world and we were able to take out babies home to feed and put to bed. Thank you

Really can’t rate this Chemist and staff highly enough. Polite, thorough, reliable. I went to the filthy big player store in Clayton for years - can’t even remember a visit where they didn’t mess up or have problems with one thing or another. Never seemed to get out in less than 20 minutes even when ordering in their app. Happily drive the extra 5 minutes to get served by the Pharmacy 4 Less crew at M-City usually getting in and out in a couple of minutes. Recommend to everyone.

I was staying in Quay west suite for 2 nights on 10-12 April 2021 in South bank, Melbourne city. Left my medicine at home,luckily I left my script with P4 less M-CITY, so I called them wondering if they can dispatch the script and deliver it to our location, within 1 hour I've received my medication. Thanks so much @ Pharmacy for less M-CITY ,you saved the day,highly recommended for quick and reliable and can do services.

Charged $5 to witness a Statutory Declaration. It is supposed to be a Public Service and not an enterprise. Other Chemists don't charge or they ask for a gold coin donation to a Charity. Pharmacy for "Less" my AZZ. Take advantage of your community and they will & should go elsewhere, which is my recommendation. Campus Pharmacy or Fulton's is a better option

I regularly pop into this pharmacy. It is clean, a good layout with all shelves fully stocked. They sourced an item which they did not stock within a day and happy to price match. Their customer service is outstanding and the Pharmacist on duty and team are genuinely friendly, happy and helpful. A pleasant experience.

We came last night after a late doctors appointment and arrived at 10:08 (technically closed). The pharmacist still was inside and opened up the doors and filled the prescription, so all I can say is that they care about the broader community and therefore deserve far more than 5 stars!

Came to get a perscription filled, they didn't have it in stock which is fine, But then when i went to another chemist i was told that Pharmacy 4 Less marked my prescription as filled despite not giving me my medicine, When contacted by the other Pharmacy they blamed a "technical fault"

Worst run pharmacy in Melbourne. Waited 40 minutes for a vaccination appointment before having to leave (without getting the vaccination). This is not the first time this has happened here. Do not offer a vaccination service if you don’t have adequate staff to provide it properly.

We went to mcity and then saw there was a chemist which cannot be accessed from inside it us an exterior shop so not that great as it was raining but we perceived it iz a chemist some cheaper items but mostly similar to all chain chemists.

Great customer service from the entire team, and the turn around time for ordered meds is super quick too. On top of this, pharmacists actually check up on you when you forget to order routine meds, thanks for the courtesy call!

Well stocked pharmacy with the magic pills I need for headache, sore throat, diarrhea etc. Helpful staff. But some of the cashiers could learn to smile, greet, and maybe reply the customer's thank you with a thank you too.

Always parks in the parent and kids parking EVERY time I go to m-city. Massive turn off from this business. Taking a spot that should be used by actual customers with kids to safely get through the carpark.

Oemar, one of the staffs at mcity pharmacy for less always make me feel so welcoming. He has a big smile every time i walk in. Overall, i would like to give a thumbs up for this store.
