Rude is all i can say. I called on Sunday to see if i could get some documents certified, they said yes but just ring ahead to see if they have time, i asked how much and i was quoted $2 for the first document , then 1 dollar for the following ones. I rang today, they said yescome before 5. I spoke to the chemist assistant and she said $,2 per document, i said what the other lady had said, i was happy to pay either way. Whilst i was waiting i could hear them discuss what i sIf and the chemist said it was$2. I quoted what the original lady said and she said it changed yesterday... somehow i dont believe that. If its such an inconvenience offering this servicr, dont do it and everyone be aware of the pricing. Putting your price higher because of the demand is pretty sad considering ive been going to this chemist since i was a child. Ive never been treated in such a rude manner as i was today. Thanks for the great experience guys.

Got my COVID booster here today. The male chemist was very patient and very thorough when I asked which would be better (Moderna vs Pfizer) and if it's worth to getting the booster at all. It was very busy when I went but still he explained everything in detail and I didn't feel rushed, and he was very good with the needle too. Didn't hurt one bit . Amazing service amazing staff, definitely better than my old chemist AND my GP. I didn't even have to wait 1 minute past my appointment time! I also had some scripted meds to buy after, and they were still very professional and kind in their mannerism. Reminded me of the QLD kindness I miss very much here in Victoria. It was very quick too. Highly recommend

Was here the other week to seek some aid for a family member's chronic indigestion issue. I was impressed that they were much more sympathetic and seemed, to me, more knowledgeable than the various GP's we've seen regarding the matter. Hopefully the meds help, but the advice and kindness were both very much appreciated. The price seemed similar to chemist warehouse from my search too, which was definitely a plus. I was told while having a bit of chat with the male chemist, that the management had a change quite recently? I don't know what the pharmacy was like before the change, but I'm definitely coming back to this pharmacy for future medical needs.

Had a bad expereince with the pharmacist here on 22/01/2021. I came to get a document certified, this document required specifc writing with the certification. When I informed the pharmacist of this, she became obviously irritated about this and gave me a lot of attitude, she was short and snappy with me for the length of the exchange. When she finished certifying the document, I noticed that what she wrote was not ledgible which made the document invalid. This meant I had to go home re-print a copy of the document and get it certified elsewhere as I was not willing to deal with this pharmacist again.

We went to this pharmacy after visiting multiple places beforehand who were unable (unwilling) to help with our request. We needed a vaccinator to add our NZ covid vaccinations to the Australian immunisation register so we could get a Australian covid vaccination pass. The pharmacist was super helpful and once we provided all the necessary proof was able to get this done for us both. Super friendly, super quick and also able to help with our other queries. Thanks!!

Never going to this place again, and never recommend for piercing for babies. So unprofessional staff. My 8 months old was in so much pain and trauma because of piercing gun getting stuck in her ear as the staff has used non piercing studs for piercing. Sorry but you should have more trained staff who are well aware of procedure. My baby was in tarjuma and took a lot of time to settle down. Never recommend anyone to take their babies there.

Excellent pharmacy, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. When my dad wound up in hospital, we needed to report to the doctors what medication he was on. I didn’t know off the top of my head, but I knew that this was the only pharmacy he filled his scripts at. Called this pharmacy who went through all of the scripts and dosages against his name with the hospital which really saved the day. Truly appreciated the above and beyond service!
