Dear Management of Pharmacy4Less, Positive Review for Lynda Tran Pharmacist Manager 8-2-2022 Pharmacy 4 Less, Cranbourne Central Lynda and her team have always gone above and beyond for me. They are like family to me. Lynda's service is excellent and her enthusiasm is very contagious. I found her highly motivated and she would be an asset to any company. Lynda's communication is second to none and her email contact was very timely and her communication was excellent on the phone. Pharmacy 4 Less are blessed to have Lynda. Lynda has helped me many times with my complicated injuries and illnesses. Her knowledge as a pharmacists is a real blessing. She always explains things to me and helps get the best medications for me for many years now. I'm disabled and on a disability support pension. Lynda has always provided the best care and best pricing every time. Lynda shows me, empathy, understanding and professionalism in all of my health concerns and financial situation. Lynda is a kind of person, who is valuable to their company and truly helps her customer above and beyond. Lynda “listens” very well to her customer's and doesn't interrupt at any stage while on the phone with me. “Listening” is an important skill in itself, she shows grace, wise council and she shows patience with me as well, as I have memory loss. I used to have 75 staff as a sales manager and I would hire her, as Lynda is talented and a real person who loves their career and customer's. Lynda deserves recognition to her management team and colleagues. A "Lynda" is very hard to find. Stay safe and enjoy times with family and loved ones. This pharmacy is horrendous. The customer service by the male pharmacist this evening was rude, blunt and treated my sister with the utmost disrespect My sister came here after having a tooth surgically removed during the day with a hand written script for pain relief from the dentist. The pharmacist refused to fill the script. He them threw her Medicare and healthcare cards at her along with the prescription and basically accused her of being an addict and for writing the script herself. This pharmacy should be shut down or whoever the male pharmacist that was working until closing time tonight should be fired at the VERY LEAST! I will also be contacting the healthcare ombudsman and filling an official complaint. She went to Chemist warehouse on Thomsons Rd who are open 24/7 and they HAPPILY helped her. She was beside herself during the ordeal and was made to feel less than and totally disrespected. This pharmacy is THE WORST never go here!!! I know I never will again and I will be telling everyone I know in the area to steer clear!!! Absolutely horribw service!!

Arnold, the Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and takes personal interest in his customers and explains in detail about the medication, how it is to be taken etc. The staff are courteous and friendly and very helpful. The merchandise in the store is displayed well and the store is clean and tidy. I particularly like the 'clearance' of cosmetics. I had an occasion to have my blood pressure checked there and the lady was most efficient and attentive. The store is convenient for me and I am very happy with the service and customer satisfaction they endeavour to achieve. It's a pleasure to drop in there every time to pick up our medicines.

I honestly don't think I have ever dealt with staff like the staff here. They are courteous, polite, and will go out of their way to help you. Even if it was called "Pharmacy 4 More" I would still shop here. I have always believed good things happen to good people and the team here are definitely good people. Thank you Bryan B.

Arnold and the team here always put the time in to make sure you receive professional advice and the right help. To be able to have my transport accident medications billed directly to TAC makes my daily life so much easier. Old fashioned care and service. Thank you.

All I asked for was a price that would have taken 5mins instead got bad attuide of the pharmacist. I will be making a complaint to head office as people dont need to be spoken to it that. You could have handled it way better than you did!!!! Will NEVER return again

If I could give no stars I would I have been going there for 18years the service I got yesterday was so bad I gave me so much stress ask for all my scripts back when I checked this morning they keeped the one I needed which had Drs information on it

I expect a pharmacist to be caring and professional. This one was rude blunt and seemed as though he had better things to do than deal with customers!!! I feel like maybe anyone can get a job here.

Arnold and team are always the nicest and most helpful people out. They always take the time to explain things and it never feels like it’s too much trouble. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
