Went to this Pharamacy to see the nurse after not being able to see an after hours doctor, she was rude, when i walked into the room she looked at me blankly and did not acknowledge me, i had to ask her if it was okay to be in there before she turned her body away with me, my middle aged mother was with me, when my mother greeted her, she looked right through her, when i sat down with a clearly swollen eye, going through her COVID-19 check, she insisted that even if i have been tested i could be carrying COVID and refused to see me, seemed like she didn't want to be there and either hated her job or the people who came to her, would not recommend this nurse, everyone else was lovely, but she was absolutely terrible. Didn't end up getting seen, had to go into the hospital.

I just had a really disturbing experience with racism at this store. I bought medicine to treat bloating and a nice male pharmacist directed me to the medicine and I purchased it off a lovely mature aged woman. I had my medicine in hand and I walked out of the shop after purchase to only to be followed out by a younger woman and accused of stealing the cheap medicine I had just bought in that store. I am a young aboriginal man, I work and live in the coburg area. I just thought we'd be past the racism and prejudice towards my people in this day and age. Guess I am still a young thug on the exterior and it is protocol to suspect me of stealing.

I’m messaging right now at 12:02 am in the car park Well the guy and the lady leaving the store at 11:54-11:55 didn’t help me as my Mrs couldn’t move out of bed I called them prior to coming and explained I needed the medicine and he said ok but he refused once I arrived there that they closed How can you close before 12?? I asked him name to which he started looking at the other side Heartless people

The nurse is extremely unhelpful. Says sorry a lot but clearly just doesn’t want to do her job. Claimed I needed a doctors note but couldn’t show me the sign that said that (b/c she couldn’t find it), and she also refused to accept a doctors note from a hospital, it had to specifically be a GP. This is for an over the counter b12 shot, WHICH DOESN’T REQUIRE A PRESCRIPTION.

Absolutely useless chemist. Confidently told us we could go to the doctor, get the prescription for immunisations, and have the nurse there administer it. Did all of that and was informed by the nurse we definitely couldn’t have them done there. Wasted our time and was annoying. Go to a better chemist who actually knows what they’re talking about.

I go here when I am in Melbourne. The staff Esp Mohomed and Rihad are always super helpful and friendly. All staff are friendly and Ive always walked away from here with what I need and super helpful team. I will definatly return here when in melbourne. Have convinced my family that live in Coburg to go here and they now do & very happy.

Really not sure how this place can get less than a 4 star rating as I have been here many times and it has always seems great. The staff are helpful and friendly and the doctors generally really care and I have seen a few different ones. Definitely recommend and this is from a bloke who doesn't do 'doctors'!

Without doubt the very best chemist I have ever been to. And not just because of the prices, the range of products and the roomy aisles, it's because the staff are so genuinely friendly and knowledgeable! There's a family vibe going on here between staff and customers... a rare experience these days.

I went at 10.30pm with my unwell 4 yo daughter. Needed medication which they did not have available. They suggested for me to go else where and did my offer to call other pharmacies to see if it was available. They suggested for me to call when I had a very unwell daughter in my arms.

What lovely, helpful and friendly staff. I rang and spoke to the Pharmacist last night to see if they had a medication in stock and he was so helpful and friendly. Today in store, any Staff that i dealt with were just so lovely. Thank you for "Stand out Customer Service." Kellisa

Staff are great but there’s literally a beaming sign on the building saying open 24 hours and it’s a lie. Went there to get some urgent medication and they’re closed. Take the sign down or cover it if hours have changed. It’s irresponsible for people requiring urgent medication.

I use these guys for my weekly medication. It’s not simple because I have complex needs. They’re amazing to work with and have never once steered me wrong. Alex and the team are just lovely and are flexible and treat you with kindness and respect. Would never go anywhere else.

Exceptional service fast with prescriptions and prices are reasonable if you’re not happy with the price they even price match it so this pharmacy got you covered. You won’t have to wait 30 min to get your medication like chemist warehouse. In out 5-10 min.

they'll have a item marked on sale with a sticker but when you pay the cashier doesn't check the sticker and will charge you full cost its not fun for this to happen to you when your sick and you cant work and you have limited funds for that week

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Every single time WITHOUT FAIL, my husband and I are given the best customer service possible. The employees are caring, helpful, and radiate positivity. This is the only pharmacy for me. Love them.

Booked a flu shot. 2 conformation emails and 2 texts, but they don't do flu shots!! An email or text would have saved my time and organise shot somewhere more reliable.

This pharmacy used to be the best. Recently they have been stuffing up my prescriptions and they have been rude. I don't think I will continue to shop there anymore.
