"Fabulous view of the surrounding area"
"Not sure if it's because we feel like walk into a trap a guy totally hijacked us politely when we went there, he said he's the guy the guard the cleaner of the lighthouse"
"El Hank is probably best viewed from afar"
"The places looks great, their was a man who offered to take us up for a fee of USD 10 per person, it is a lot for Morocco but it was worth it! The view is great, you get to see both the very poor and very rich part of the city as shown in the pictures attached!"
"Being here allows you to blissfully unwind and effortlessly find peace within yourself and take a break from the city hustle"
Fabulous view of the surrounding area. You can get an almost 360 view of the ocean and city. Around the lighthouse on the ground there is quite a lot of trash and broken glass. You have to look where you step. There is also steep cliffs behind the lighthouse down to the ocean. If you are careful you can climb down and get to the sea.
Not sure if it's because we feel like walk into a trap a guy totally hijacked us politely when we went there, he said he's the guy the guard the cleaner of the lighthouse. All of a sudden voluntarily guide us when we want to take a photo there, or actually I do think it's totally fine if you skip this place.
El Hank is probably best viewed from afar. It was closed to the public when I went, and there was no information posted anywhere about it's significance or history. The area is surrounded by a slum as well. If I could go to the top, it would probably deserve a much higher review.

Being here allows you to blissfully unwind and effortlessly find peace within yourself and take a break from the city hustle. Soak in the calmness of this place, the view of the Atlantic and embrace the serenity that the El Hank Lighthouse offers. المزيد
Quick 5 minute stop at the lighthouse. Went during sunrise, but day was too cloudy to get any views. Area is mostly abandoned and lots of graffiti and broken down housing surrounding it. The observation deck area which is few minutes drive … المزيد
We could only view the lighthouse from the outside. There are houses around the lighthouse where people live. We were greeted by a Moroccan resident living there, and he began to tell us a story about the lighthouse, which was interesting, … المزيد
The area has some great views of the coast, but the lighthouse itself is shut and pretty much abandoned. The whole area is very run down and dirty. There is no point in going to the lighthouse itself. المزيد

Would not recommend going out of your way to see this. Do not approach the blue house to the north. You can get the same views anywhere else along the beaches. المزيد
I was in Casablanca in April 2014 and I absolutely loved the sunset washing over the lighthouse. Took some lovely photos around the shore and the lighthouse itself.
The view from the lighthouse is amazing! The entire shoreline along the mini-cape has a craggy terrain, beautifully sculpted by the battering waves. المزيد
The Lighthouse is still working, casting it's beam on the waves. Unfortunately the promenade itself is not that clean, which can ruin your walk.
on a beautiful plot with so much wasted potential . feels unsafe and quite scary. cant go in i think or at least we couldn't. المزيد
Quartier el hank casablanca the best place in Casablanca Where you can see the sea and the sunset in a wonderful view … المزيد
Looks nice from outside. There are is very annoying, this is no really public place and the area gives you a strange feeling
Don’t go to the lighthouse, it’s officially closed and apparently squatted. We had a weird encounter with some people.
I heard they are now fixing the main light inside, and the body of the tower is not opened to the public.
A real big lighthouse, amazing view but the area is like abounded, must improve with some shops or cafes.
Stand like this lighthouse at sunset on the promontory and you will see the Atlantic Ocean wallpaper
