Terrible communication from the start from Ace who never calls you back. Paid £550 for a Phantom for my sons Prom on 27th June. Driver was a lovely chap a credit to them. However Phantom turned up with all 4 wheel centres missing making it look scruffy and incomplete. Emails ignored till I mentioned I was leaving a review then Adam called and was quite rude. Said I was not a genuine customer and it was not their fault they got stolen the day before. If I was that concerned I should of turned car away, he had done me a favour sending it etc. Too late notice to turn the car away when the prom is in half an hour obviously. Shocking attitude even said I will come to your house and talk to you face to face. Very condescending saying what do you want? Didn't think it was a genuine complaint to send a car with bits missing. Even my sons mates noticed and laughed about it. Five minutes later he calmed down and called to apologise for the way he had spoken to me. Offered £50 refund, come and see us and have lunch in the showroom [ I said we wouldn't be doing that as too far] Then said send me your address and I will personally send your son a gift to apologise. I emailed my bank details and address and got the refund. I thought I will not leave a poor review if they stood to their word and did what they said. It is now 18th July and no gift received so here is your review. It is a sign of a good company how they handle things when things go wrong. I have been ignored, insulted and let down by false promises, not an opinion, a fact. I have not given a one star review as I did get a £50 refund. [I would of rather had a complete car that looked better in the photo's obviously] I have taken 3 stars off for the car, the ignorance [both email and phone calls] and the attitude when I complained.

We hired a roll Royce for our wedding in October last year, the driver made us late for our reception. I have been waiting for an apology for a year but got none. While the driver arrived promptly, as soon as my wife and her dad got in, he was asking for proof of payment, can you imagine being asked this on your wedding day especially as we had fully paid for the service, my father in law told the driver this is not the time and place for this. After the church service, we got into the car and the driver carried on asking for proof of payment or we had to make another payment, I asked him how come they are unable to verify their payments and have to leave it for their customers to do on their wedding day, he insisted that my wife had to show him her bank statement confirming when we paid. We got to the reception venue and this carried on for another 30 mins, my wife had to get her phone at the end from her maid of honour, the signal was very bad at the reception venue, so it was obvious to guests there was an issue which wasn't very nice and then we ended up being late. I hope they have changed this policy, the last thing anyone wants to do on their wedding day is confirming whether or not they have paid for a service they have already paid for in full

Booked x3 Rolls Royce Dawns from Phantom Hire and i have to say at the start i thought they were slighly expensive than most companies out there as i was getting cheaper quotes when i was shopping around but when i called and spoke to the sales team I instantly felt at ease and spoke to some really knowledgeable guys who really know about there cars. I wanted something which wasnt really common but classy at the same time so they recommend the Rolls Royce Dawn. I still had a feeling it was too good to be true so i asked if i could view the cars in person where they then welcomed me to come down to the showroom. I came down to the showroom and when i say they had one of the cleanest / organized showrooms i have ever seen i really mean it, after being in the car trade previously and going to the big Volkswagen & Audi Showrooms I definitely know how they are meant to be presented. They offered me coffee & water upon arrival and welcomed me into there office. From there everything was just amazing and i just paid the deposit after such a good impression. The cars turned up on the day ontime and looking amazing. Cannot thank Phantom Hire Enough!

Used Phantom Hire for the first time going for their stunning Red Rolls Royce Dawn, a car that we were certain we wanted from the first time we came across it. Awais from the customer service team was great from our initial enquiry to reassurance a day before confirming dates and time and then a courtesy call after the drive. Amir our chauffeur was truly brilliant. Punctual and polite, going that extra mile to make our morning special. The Rolls Royce was gorgeous and the groom was so happy. Amir even allowed us to direct him to a local point of interest prior to the wedding to take some photographs (he even played photographer for us!) My fiances cars were cheaper and were booked from elsewhere but turned up late and the chauffuers were not the best to speak to. We hired the Rolls Royce Ghost for a family wedding and happy with the service! Ace was very helpful and knowledgable throughout the process and made it an easy transaction. On the wedding day there were a few delays at the Gurdwara and the office was happy to extend the booking and accommodate. A lovely touch was the personalised Reg with the couples names on it that we could keep as a memory! I would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future!

I recently used Phantom Hire for a chauffeur service to my wedding. I must say the experience was phenomenal, which was also agreed on by my wife. The driver was friendly and he did not hesitate to cater whatever we asked for. We hired the Rolls Royce Ghost Series II, and I must say it is an amazing car. Amazing service from Awais when inquired about the phantom for sister wedding. Always kept me updated until the big day. The driver was very friendly and professional. The down side I would say is driver was late by 15mins but informed me before hand which was nice. Also the car did not stay at venue, but I think that due to parking issue. I will come back again in the future due to the excellent service given

Great and professional service, would recommend it for your own wedding. Initially spoke to them over the phone, detailing all my requirements and they were very accommodating. The show license plate they provide was also a lovely service. The chauffeur was very friendly and professional. We were running half an hour late but he waited patiently.
