Let me tell you, I will never order from Pho Thi Fusion ever again. We support our local restaurants by either dining in or out at least 3 times a week. Since COVID, we have had the luxury of pulling our child out of daycare and channelling the funds that we would have normally spent back into our community by way of restaurants, activities for our child and many of the community activities. Which brings me to this review. We love pho and the bold flavors of a big bowl of soup. We've ordered from PTF in the past. Not disappointed but not a WOW factor. Its either PTF or Barrhaven Vietnamese Restaurant. We enjoy BVR very much. So, we placed our order at PTF, over the phone and was told it would take 30 minutes. I got to the restaurant at the expected time and let them know I was there. I waited an additional 5 minutes. 10 minutes had passed. Then 15 minutes. At that point, I inquired about my order. I was told that it wouldnt be much longer. At that point, I expressed my frustration and told the waitress that you told me it was 30 minutes when I placed the order. I told her that it was close to 50 minutes since I placed my order. She very rudely replied, "Look. You have to expect a delay. Do you see how busy we are?" She grabs the order receipt, looks at the time and says. You placed your order at 5:52. Were waiting on the spring rolls..." And she walks off. At that point, it was 46 minutes ago since I placed my order. I didnt get my order till 6:47 PM. This time it was the waiter who gave me the order. I wasnt pleased with the service I received from her nor was I happy with her "higher than though" attitude so, I vented to him. He just stood there and said nothing. No comment or reply to try and de-escalate the situation or provide a valid explanation, so I just left. Needless to say, I get home and everything is cold! My broth was at 98 deg. F (Yes, I checked it out because it was that cold!), my egg noodles were so cold that they were sticking together and was nearly impossible to separate so I was left with a bunch of clumps of knotted egg noodles. My satay chicken skewers were even colder! The only thing that was salvagable was the spring rolls (made fresh...) and the bean sprouts. Utmost horrible service and equally terrible food. A pic of a knotted clump I manage to untangle from the chunk.

My recent visit to Phở Thi Fusion was nothing short of a gastronomic adventure, a delightful exploration of culinary fusion that brings together the best of different culinary worlds into one delectable experience. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance that perfectly set the stage for the dining experience to come. The decor, a blend of traditional and modern, created an environment that was both comfortable and intriguing. The staff was genuinely amiable, demonstrating exceptional attentiveness and thorough knowledge of the menu. Their suggestions were tailored to my palate, a clear indication of their dedication to personalized service. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the innovative fusion cuisine on offer. Phở Thi Fusion took the essence of traditional phở, a classic Vietnamese dish, and harmoniously incorporated elements from various global cuisines. The result was a menu bursting with creativity and flavor. Their signature fusion phở was a revelation. A symphony of rich broth, delicate noodles, fresh herbs, and expertly prepared meat, made even more exciting with unexpected flavor notes. The marriage of traditional Vietnamese taste with bold, fusion accents was a journey for the palate, hitting all the right notes of savory, sweet, and umami. The accompanying appetizers and drinks followed the same exciting fusion approach and were presented beautifully, amplifying the overall dining experience. Every dish was clearly prepared with care, using high-quality ingredients that shone through in each bite.

I'm a huge pho and sushi lover so I was so happy to find a spot in Ottawa that caters to two of my favorite foods. The first visit was good , I went at a busy time with my two children . We enjoyed our meals despite it being so busy. The second time round I ordered pho that I was to split with my Son and sushi. As I was having my soup I felt something sharp in my mouth. I instantly thought it was the mint but it hurt so bad and almost choked me. I was able to stick my finger in and remove it, it was a tooth pick. I called the waitress that served us to explain what had happened. She apologised profusely which was good and asked if she could get me something else. I must say I was at least pleased to see that she was apologetic , however, I've had less serious things happen to me at other restaurants and found that the mangers went an extra mile to provide me with exceptional.customer service especially when a concern was brought to their attention. I may be asking for too much or maybe unreasonable but I would have expected a little more effort from the restaurant considering this could have been hazardous. I'm glad it happened to me and not my son. Otherwise I have nothing bad to say about the food. Just thought I would leave this review for the restaurant to explore better ways to ensure exceptional.customer service is provided to your customers. This could be reported to the health and safety board

HERE WE GO AGAIN: Tried cancelling a Uber order that was ordered in error! Monday APR. 17TH, '23 evening! You just dropped the order at my front door and left! NO RINGING OF THE DOORBELL, ETC! I tried to cancel the order but NO LUCK! The lady with black rim glasses has a poor attitude and has messed up our orders when we come in! Forgets items and I specially tell her and even point to the menu mem item. Real great listening skills or maybe NO SPEAK ENGLISH! last order ordered extra peanut sauce and never got it! You charged me $1 for it....so great job checking the F…order before delivery it! SPOKE TO SENIOR EXECUTIVE AT UBER EATS AND THEY WILL REFUND THE FULL ORDER AMOUNT plus give me first month Uber FREE HEY FOLKS’ GREAT WAY TO TREAT SENIORS ON A FIXED INCOME, DEALING WITH CANCER AND COPD!! Hot & sour soup was 3/4 full, watered down & not much ingredients! The restaurant was always great but now, will not order ever again! Asked for red onions in soup for picked onions! Spring roll cold & stale! California roll old & dry! The beef dish terriaki (steak bentos) one could not chew AA beef. Tough, dry & would not feed to my dog! Threw most of it out! For $31 51 the meal was a joke! Beware folks, they are heading for the rubarb!

I ordered through the Skip the Dishes app tonight. If there is a zero star option, I would have chosen it coz both services are terrible. Pho Thi called me an hour after placing my order asking me to call Skip the Dishes driver to go back to the restaurant coz she forgot most of my order. Why is that even my responsibility? The restaurant should have done that! When the driver came, I told her what the restaurant told me and she was very hesitant to go back. She was carrying a small bag with her, which obviously was not my whole order, she didn’t even hand me the bag and just took off. Fast forward to 40 mins since she arrived at my house, I haven’t heard from her nor the restaurant! What a terrible service from both. My husband called Pho Thi for an update and my order is still sitting on the counter. There was not a single employee concerned enough to think if we’re starving. No apology was given from both sides. Order was placed at 6:30pm, ended up cancelling the order at 8:20pm. Pho Thi even made me contact Skip the dishes if I want a refund. All I want was to have a nice, enjoyable meal for my family on a weekend, turned out to be an absolute inconvenience!

I went there with a group of seven, most of whom found their food ranged from ok to good. I rounded way up to three stars because of the other's experience. The waitress was obviously new and without adequate training or supervision. Three people got their spring rolls reasonably quickly but then there was a five minute wait before the next three people got theirs. She had to be repeatedly reminded to bring cutlery and napkins. One of our party eventually left the patio in search of napkins. I had to point out that I still hadn't been served my soup as she cleared the plates. My soup (which was decent) finally arrived when the others were almost done their main courses. I tried to cancel my entree but was told it would be out in a minute. After 10 minutes I went looking for the manager. The woman at the cash said there was no manager present but I would get 50% off, but not cancel my order. Another 10 minutes goes by and my entree arrives in a takeout box, not spiced as requested. It was ok. Paying the bills took a long time and was overwhelming the waitress. Well over 90 minutes for seven people ordering lunch specials - glad it wasn't a Friday.

This place is great! One of the few places still open late (dining room), 2 am! They really cover the East Asian fusion. Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, Japanese (including good sushi). They have some authentic items and some Americanized ones. You can choose your spice level on many dishes. Silverware and chop sticks provided. Very accessible, including nice clean washroom. Great service, attentive and not pushy. Great bar selection too. The place is really clean and well maintained. I would say this is a great place to choose when people with different tastes and preferences want to dine together. Big portions, I brought some home for my dog. The owner(s) seem to have really figured out the market they're in. Great job!! Oh, they do a really brisk delivery business, I saw UberEats orders getting picked up constantly.

Went for lunch with 2 friends, server didn’t explain that when I asked for 10 rolls it means 100 peices of sushi not just 10. No confirmation at all on how much food was coming out to me. Even though 2 out of three of us only got a small lunch. Then proceeded to argue with us about it instead of coming up with a solution. Manager was in Vietnam and she said if I don’t pay for all the food she would have to. So there’s obviously no protocols and they aren’t treating their staff well. My bill was 130 for lunch. Luckily she got the chef to stop making it before I payed. Ended up being 80$ Even if it was my fault and I didn’t understand the menu. The customer service was not good. Seemed like she could have just stood there and argued with us all day. Ended up not even eating because loss of appetite for me and my friends and had to get everything to go. Probably won’t be returning. The sushi was also extremely tiny for the price.

Edit: See response from the restaurant. Thank you for responding Pho Thi. I figured it might be a spice in the container, but thank you for clarifying. I will ensure to call the next time I order. Ordered from Uber eats today - Hanoi pork, 2 order of rice wraps and the chicken satays. Food tastes very good. However, on the site, it actually asks you whether you want fish or peanut sauce for the rolls. I requested fish sauce, and received watery peanut sauce. I also requested extra peanut sauce for the satays, and received none (called, and apparently the chef "splashed" some on the satays - see pics). The pork was very good, but it looked like there was dirt in the container (could be a spice?). I would also point out that the restaurant did ask what they could do for me, but really all I wanted was to enjoy my lunch. I suggest you contact the restaurant after you order to make sure they have the correct items. I want to continue to support local, but this does make it difficult at times.

I came here yesterday with 3 of my friends and "Pho ap chao" gave me a pleasant surprise as it turned out to be one of the best, if not the best Pho in Ottawa. As a person growing up in Hanoi Vietnam, "Pho Thin ap chao" aka "ginger beef noodle" is no strange to me as it's considered to be one of the finest Pho for Vietnamese local foodies. And oh man, let me tell you, this bowl of Pho is by far the closest one that comes to my heart. It blends in all of the features that make up a truly great Vietnamese bowl of noodle soup. The rich broth, the fresh rice noodle, the tender meat, the refreshing herbs and most importantly the authenticity, all created the perfect taste of this dish. If you are not sure what to eat, no need to look any further, just search up "Pho Thi" restaurant and try this phenomenal bowl of Pho. I'm 100% sure it won't let you down. :)

The nicest thing I can say is it was not the worst thing I've ever eaten. I saw someone mention that the pieces were small, I did NOT foresee this, and I have included photos (no banana for scale, sorry) to try to save someone from this sadness. The salmon nigiri was inexplicably round and so small it was about the size of two joints of my finger-- comically tiny. The second photo is a dragon roll: it was overstuffed with so much seasoned cucumber that it had literally no other flavour. If you look at it closely, you can see the world's smallest shred of some kind of fish substance wedged above all the cucumber. It was unspeakably depressing, and after a 50$ order I'm still starving. I'm sure their other food is great, don't get the sushi. Truly.

What a terrible experience! Awful food and even worse staff. They left most of the tables dirty for a long time, took 20+ minutes to take our order when it wasn’t busy (not even a drink order), were hostile because we didn’t want to sit by the door when it was -26 outside, and were visibly gossiping and pointing to us. Brought the wrong food on top of all that. The food has always been inconsistent here. We had fruit flies hanging around which is also a sign that the place is unsanitary. Likely would be better if they let actual adults run the place versus teenagers. Absolutely no care for the service, restaurant cleanliness, or meal. 0/5 experience.

40$ down the drain. We ordered through Uber Eats, and I will never order from this place again. We ordered the Pad Thai as well as the Tom Yum Goong soup and we would not recommend either. The udon noodles were very over cooked and barely had any vegetables, the sauce on them was clumpy and grainy as well. It’s portion size was tiny, and less than half the container was filled up. The soup was better, but still bad. It only had one piece of shrimp in the container that was supposed to be “large”. It was not like any of my experiences with Tom yum, but rather extremely unpleasantly sour and left a really bad aftertaste. Would not recommend.

This restaurant makes me very happy! I have celiac disease , so I can’t eat gluten and cross contamination is a very real problem for me. They are very aware and I can confidently order my food and know I am not going to get glutened. Thank you thank you thank you. That aside , the food is fresh and full of flavour. I highly recommend.

Food and Service makes-up for décor As you walk in you notice the place is not greatly decorated but very clean and greated with a smile. We were four of us out for a good meal and this restaurant delivered. The young lady who served us (Miss Tina) was outstanding, friendly always smiling, new the menu well and made us feel like we were number one. Some of us started-off with drinks. 2 Pina Coladas (best we have ever had and a Caesar. Our meals were Shrimp Spring Rolls, Rice Paper Wraps, Vermicelli Dish (awesome), Ha Noi Grilled Pork, (great) and a Lemon Grass. To top it off a Vietnamese cold Coffee WILL GO AGAIN and again....

Wonderful staff. We went with a large group for a birthday, they were the best - We brought a cake, and they immediately offered to put it in the fridge for us; they dealt with our complex orders, they took a song request, they were happy and helpful, all-around AMAZING staff. The place plays nice music, it was fairly dead (sunday night), and it has a surprisingly nice bar, too! Food was quite tasty, especially the deep fried wontons. Also, the place is open until 2:00am, which can come in clutch when you have to work the night shift but you still want to eat afterwards

Have done many take-outs before but forgot to post a review. Went to dine-in solo that evening as I had a craving for chicken pho and fresh shrimp rolls. And of course a Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. The chicken pho was not the regular one that I usually get but a lime version from northern Vietnam: it was tasty but the lime was overpowering and the broth tasted a bit oily. Not a favourite. Usually I have the shrimp Tum Yoong Goon and it’s awesome. Overall the prices are a bit high but the service is great.

I just bought some takeout today. I paid twenty dollars for pad Thai and when I opened the container it was like someone ate half of my dinner. Portion got smaller and they didn't include very much veggies or tofu. The loss of vegetables is so extreme it almost seems like the recipe is different to include less variety of vegetables. I can't consider a place to have "vegetarian options" if they decrease the amount of vegetables and portion size. I can't trust this place will feed me properly anymore

Pad Thai was way over cooked to a mush and sauce looked like curdled milk, no other ingredients just couple pieces of chicken. Curry dish was basically soup, hardly anything in it. Sushi was not filled very much, 4 end pieces were basically empty and packaged with my hot food so when I got home it was hot sushi. Only decent item was the chicken satay. This place used to be good but went way down hill the past 6 months. My last 3-4 orders from here were a complete letdown. Used to be my favourite local Thai place, I used to eat here weekly, but I won’t be returning again!

This is quite literally the first review I’ve ever written in my life. I had to Write it in case other poor folk get the vermicelli dish. I ordered the vermicelli’s dish with grilled pork, grilled beef, and spring roll dish. It came with three extremely small pieces of (pretty sure beef only) and one piece of fat. The other half was pure lettuce and sprouts, so barely any noodles. I was still hungry after I ate it, and I spent 24 dollars on this. Don’t recommend this at all.

Everything is great except the size of the sushi rolls is tiny and poor value. We have been coming here for many years. In general, the food is very good quality and it's a pleasure to dine there or take out. However, for the last year or so, I don't know if things have changed on the sushi counter, but the value has gone terribly down. A $15 fusion roll is the size of two rolls of quarters. Owners, if you're listening, please consider bringing the size of the rolls up to what you would find in other a-la-carte restaurants or lower your prices.

Alright people! I think I have found my go to, and close to home Thai restaurant. I must say, great and quick service, which is not very very common here. We ordered pho ga la chanh (chicken with lime leaf) medium size, (they have 3 sizes) which is like a soup and pad Thai. Both the dishes are amazing. Make sure you go empty stomach. It’s almost $20-$25 per person kind of a meal, and I would definitely recommend it. Especially barrhaven people! You must go.

Ive been a customer for years now and they usually do not disappoint with the food and service however when it comes to take out it is a different story. Luckily I rarely do takeout however I advise you take a look at the food prior to leaving the restaurant. Last night I ordered take out and got home to find the food looking like it was sitting there for days before it was served to me. The food was burnt and it tasted like plastic especially the chicken. Very unfortunate as this was my go to place.

Tonight was very busy. I heard one server say that she's never seen it this busy. The food and atmosphere are very nice. A nicer vibe in Barrhaven than the Oak and Heart and Crown. Tonight saw the limits of their customer service though. People were coming to the bar to get their drinks that had been sitting on the bar waiting for pick up. The bar staff seemed overwhelmed. A bit more experience behind the bar would make things flow smoother. I'll definitely be back but maybe when its not as busy.

I wish I can give more than 5 stars! The staffs were so amazing and they would really give you an excellent customer service. We’ve got spicy rolls, rice dish, and banana crispy rolls. All of the foods we’ve ordered were so delicious and high quality foods. I would recommend dining in so you guys can meet these amazing staffs! This restaurant will be our go to place!! I ALSO LOVE THE INTERIOR OF THIS RESTAURANT!!! IT’S SO MESMERIZING.

I was skeptical to try the place due to some of the more harsh reviews, but my friends and I were pleasantly surprised by both food and service! The sushi was fresh and well rolled, the chicken satay skewers juicy and flavorful, and their Bun Bo Hue was authentic tasting with a fairly large portion as well. They have a bar which is an amazing addition to this already impressive Asian Fusion restaurant. Will definitely be coming back to their friendly service and tasty dishes :))

Got a beef soup and all my beef was fat trimmings. (BTW I got the Flank and flank is supposed to have no fat on it) Also got Chicken wrap but they were too lazy to even take it out of the plastic wrap meaning it just came straight out of the fridge and no one checked it Peanut sauce was definitely old as it was clumpy and tasted rank. -10/10 if I eat any of this I would definitely be sick.

A completely terrible experience. We had the food delivered, and have eaten here many times. This time my first thought was it did not taste good at all, not long after that my wife was violently ill with food poisoning. A phone call to the restaurant garnered zero sympathy, left a message with staff for the manager who never called back. They get 10/10 on the "I don't care" chart for sure. Will never go back.

The waitress was friendly but I can't really comment on the quality of the food because I completely lost my appetite after seeing their disgusting washroom. The toilet looked like it had never been cleaned and the broken wall soap dispenser was replaced by a pump on the counter which was full of water. Water, not soap. Dirty floors and sink. I can only hope there is another washroom for the severs and cooks to use, otherwise this seems like a public health risk.

We love this place but recently I went to have dinner and my experience was not great. Our waiter made a few errors in our order as it was very busy and he seemed rushed. Full restaurant and two servers? It looked as if the Skip the Dishes drivers were there non stop. I think most restaurants turn off the Skip Ap when it gets busy to provide minimal service to dining guests. An idea.

Went with high expectations on my wife’s birthday. We have been here few times and had good experience. But this time it was disappointing to find eggs in the fried rice!! We are vegetarians and we had mentioned that to the waitress. Halfway thru’ we ordered a plate of spring rolls, which we never got and st the end asked for refilling water, which we never got it and had to ask another staff! I guess staff needs more training.

I keep trying to give this place a chance and am disappointed every time! This place used to be great, new owners, again, and the sizes of everything has shrunk to a third of its size, taste nowhere near what it used to. Service is terribly slow, order accuracy is off, and the guy making the sushi answers the phone with his gloves on to then go back making sushi with the same gloves. Will not be coming back, love affair over!!

We ordered take-out from here a couple nights ago....our first time eating their food. Food was awesome (Pad Thai was YUMMY), and we got the coconut chicken soup (the BOMB). We also ordered and paid for a 3-piece order of springrolls (which I thought strange...I mean, who orders 3 springrolls?), but we only received 2. (Didn't realize until we got home). But they were delicious!!!

Whenever I go to dinner with my mom and sister, this is always our first choice. There's something for everyone. The atmosphere is very sophisticated and classy. It's a small place, so make a reservation for peak hours because seating is limited! I recommend the shrimp spring rolls as a delicious appetizer. Definitely try this place out if you're in the area.

Under 40 bucks for a date (two dishes and shared app). Spicy salmon sushi roll was excellent. Funky wrap (crispy chicken) was excellent. Pho was normal pho but done quite well. Excellent meat to noodle ratio. For under 40 bucks this is one of the better restaurants in the area for a quiet dinner. Will definitely go back to try their other dishes.

This used to be my favorite spot for Sushi. Unfortunately, I ordered Sushi from there today and had an unpleasant experience. The sushi was FILLED with breadcrumbs (there was barely any fish) and when I called to complain the initial response was, "Some people like it this way." NO one will pay for filler. This will be my last time eating here!

  • Nasir Minhas

Had the chicken & beef pho, well done, every bite was delicious, would of given a 5 star, if they were a bit more generous on their portions for the price, will definitely eat here again, also convenient that they stay open later than other pho restaurants around.

Great taste, good service, and quite the variety of food styles to pick from here. They can get busy and the wait can feel long at times - but I’ve never been disappointed by the flavours and quality of their dishes here. It is a little more pricy than your typical pho restaurant but you pay for what you get. The dessert menu is a must try!

  • Roxane Harvey

I used to come eat here all the time. It was our favorite restaurant but lately the food has been mediocre at best. I ordered the tom yum soup with tofu instead of shrimp, and I received broth with a ton of tofu... We also ordered a bento box and the salad came with no dressing. I gave it a 2 stars because the sushi was excellent.

  • Grace Ee

Honestly, slightly overpriced for the food. Portions for entrees were good, broth for pho was also good. However, the appetizer was disappointing as well as the fish dish. The fish was quite hard and tasted wrong. I recommend the pho though!

Great food! Service is good as well but can be better. They need to be attentive with customers. I think because they are under staffed.

This place has been open for a very long time, and I've been going for years. The food itself is quite good, with reasonable prices. I usually get a vermicelli or pho. The sushi is decent but its role for me has mostly been an appetizer. The decor is modern, dim, and it's not overly loud. Definitely worth a try.

  • Joanne DiPietrantonio

Ordered tonight and it wasn’t very good. The chow mein was half the size it used to be. Same with the rice wraps. So disappointing it used to be such a good restaurant. More expensive and less food. The time we ordered before this the peanut sauce was off. I guess we’re done here. Barrhaven Vietnamese is great!

  • DJ

I’ve been going here for years, since they opened. Decor is nice, service is friendly. Quality of the food has gone downhill and is inconsistent. I ordered the curry and spring rolls yesterday. Not bad but not as good as it was. There have been times I’ve ordered takeout where the food was burnt and inedible.

  • Nordy Ngo

Awful portions. Ordered at 7:03 via Uber Eats. Very little noodles, essentially $3 worth of meat in the order and enough veggies to feed a small bird. My parents own a restaurant, I know what its like, but please do not cut corners on customer orders. I tried to give them a try but will not be returning

They have good pho and decent spring rolls. The bun thit nuong is also good but not my favourite in Ottawa. Plenty of options to pick from and even vegetarian options.

We've been eating here since we moved to Barrhaven! Great, fast service and the food is AMAZING! The pad thai and teriyaki are honestly the best I've had anywhere, and the portion sizes are super generous. I tell everyone to eat here!

Do yourselves a favour and eat at any other establishment in town. The food is tasteless and where is the meat? The noodle soups are tasteless and the manager states the following: " What do you expect for 11.99? The Bento Box, save your money people, it's an empty package of garbage.

Probably the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant in the city. If you come here for pho, try it with the bread sticks. I would also try the other specials they have. Bún chả Hà Nội is a personal favorite.

Pad Thai was sooo good. My only complaint is that the takeout portion felt a little bit small, my container wasn’t even completely full. Not a huge deal, but it’s SO good, I wish they filled it for $20.

Recently went for the first time this week to eat in. Clean, nicely decorated restaurant. The staff was friendly, though I suspect new on the job. Minor service errors. The food was also great. Had the Pho soup and Pad Thai. The later was so big I took more then half of it home.

  • Car Var

We used to loved this place and always comes for Pad thai and soups. Lately wasn't good, especially tonight the box isn't full anymore, the beef is so chewy and burnt, taste is blunt, so disappointed for the money we paid, should have gone to Mc Donald or A& W instead …

  • Amanda Owen

The gluten-free options were amazing! They had plenty of dinner options and a dessert option for celiacs. The music here is very calming and creates a nice dining atmosphere, and the staff are very kind. Would recommend.

Returned order for refund. Spring roll tasted like oily dough, soup was incredibly salty, salmon was dry, thin, and hurt to swallow. Two stars because they were willing to give a refund. This location was better than the merivale location, but now they're both not great.

  • Bokhader

I've never rated a restaurant with a one star before, I would even go lower if i had the chance. Worst restaurant ever! Food tastes like dirt, speaking of dirt the salad actually wasn't washed & literally had DIRT! I regret even giving a try! Sorry but this is the truth.

Good calamari with nice dipping sauce. They also have the pho special, a variety of meat in rice noodle soup, that is worth the price. Every time the service is quick and efficient, and there servers are polite and know what they’re doing. My go to place for pho!

  • jessica A

This place is really good! I've been coming here for a long time. The food is always fresh, and they are very generous with the portion sizes and the veggies. My only recommendation is that spice level differs with chef so don't always except a 3 to be not spicy!

  • Natalie Bastianello-Lamoureux

We went there for lunch for the first visit and the server was very cheerful and offered explanations for the menu items. The food was very tasty and good quality. It's too bad we lie across the city because I would definitely go back. It was a great experience.

  • Isabelle Mathieu

We love coming here! Their pho is good, the prices aren't too bad and their meals are amazing!! Every bite has a different taste because of how they layer the food! We have never had a bad experience and we come often! they would be perfect if they delivered!

  • A Perry

I've eaten here several times, both in house and takeout and we are never disappointed. The food is always tasty and the service is usually friendly. I've tried several dishes from the Wok section, their sushi, and their pho and it is always fresh and tasty.

Very unpleasant experience dining here. Not busy, but got my order wrong several times. Asked for water many time before they eventually brought it to me. Food itself...could be much better, many other places are better than this. Not coming back again.

Phenomenal, an extremely good restaurant and atmosphere. I always get the Phone and it us delicious. They are fast at making the food and are very kind. Could not recommend more for any type of dinner whether it be casual or something like a date.

Ordered to take away for our anniversary. Food was well prepared yet we didn't wait long. Staff was helpful and we look forward to a post-COVID time when we will enjoy the restaurant's atmosphere as well.

Really liked this place, first time there. I got shrimp spring rolls, rice paper wraps and seafood chicken noodle bowl, super comforting food and quite delicious. Small staff but younger and very polite.

  • Dan Peressotti

If you expect authentic try somewhere else. Pad thai was sweet even though we ordered it very spicy. The curry had some sort of peanut sauce in it. It just doesn't meet even the most basic expectations.

  • Justice J

Their beef pad thai is heavenly with just the right amount of kick and flavour. I always get cravings for it, it's so good! Prompt service, takeout is always ready in less than 15 minutes.
