Une station de service avec un très petit dépanneur. La propriété est pas au rendez-vous, aucune courtoisie, un personnel très mal formé, toujours il y a quelque chose qui ne fonctionne pas Pas de reçu à la pompe Pas de paiement par carte Pas de paiement par les points Pas de gas Et j"en passe Le personnel de nuit c'est tout un autre monde, on a l'impression qu'on dérange son sommeil Si vous avez la possibilité d'éviter de vous rendre à cette station vous n'allez pas le regretter et vous allez passer une bonne journée.

Je viens à l'instant de vivre le pire service a la clientèle ever .... Premièrement la commis écoutes des vidéos avec le son tellement fort quel demande de répéter au lieu de juste travailler et éteindre son cellulaire....trop forçant de trouver ce donc j'ai besoin et me.repond d'un air quasi dégoûter et me dit que c'est ça que je vais prendre..... I do not think i am the one working at this gas station to know where they put their stuff if i knew i would take it pay for it and leave this employee got rude and angry when i told him that I bought veeba indiblue from here three times he know nothing thx to the person ho trained him i will not come back even if it was the last gas station in Montreal just a shame how the customer service is so bad

Une des pires stations. Ma pompe n’a jamais arrêté. Le gas débordait de ma voiture et rien ne s’arrêtait. Je n’ai eu aucun dédommagement pour cela et lorsque indiqué au préposé elle était au courante du problème de la pompe. J’etais un client fidèle a Petro, mais maintenant j’y repense

Very bad service the employee did not even know how to redeem the petro points for me to pay for gas. He rather than try to figure it out told me sorry that he could not do the transaction and asked me to leave so he can serve other customers . Very incompetent!!!!!

Try two different pumps to put gas in my car both don't work. I going to ask the lady what's going on... She informs me there's no more 94 or 91 octane. A sign would have been nice especially after I go from one pump to the other pressing the assistance button.

Oh did i had fun going there or what? For a reasonable amount of money, i got to put that magical fossilized liquid in my car and now I can go places! So fantastic! Bring your kids, your grandma, your neighbor's dog, it's THE place to build precious memories.

Petro Canada is losing clients so I have no idea how they make their money but I guess that’s why they keep getting rich while using clients Probably have to do something with treating clients and not having good service or informed employees

Crazy lying employee Guillaume said a product priced on the tag on the shelf was a promo price that ended. He created this fantasy because he didnt want to give us the bottle of oil for free as it fell under the quebec price accuracy policy.

Les pompes fonctionnent au ralenti. Trop long faire le plein alors je mets seulement le nécessaire pour me rendre à la prochaine station service. Les pompes donnent rarement le reçu. On doit se déplacer à l'intérieur pour avoir notre reçu.

Frequently the pump has no paper to print receipts. Only reason I go to Petro Canada is because they are the only ones that sell 94 octane gas.

Great gas prices here usually cheaper by a cent or two. Polite staff, not a great selection of products inside but come on it's a gas station.
