The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. They always provide you with multiple options to suit your needs. My dog and I love going there. I have always purchased low quality dog food prior to going to this pet valu. Their recommendations truly helped my dog with having a better health and resolving his issues quickly.

The young blonde lady that is the manager named Kelly is rude and pushy. She was trying to force me to buy high end dog food when I came in for my normal medium priced food which is called Ultra and I’m pretty sure that is PetValus brand.

Took my two large dogs to the dog wash. Fantastic! So much easier than trying to bend over a bathtub. All supplies are included. Definitely going to be my regular dog wash. The employees were friendly and helpful. 10/10.

My dog got to pick out his third birthday present and the staff was really nice and patient despite him taking forever to decide. Dog wash is also top tier, will be making this my regular self serve spot.

The staff here are so friendly. Nathan went above and beyond to help me out in finding a new food that would best fit my dog. I also grabbed a few toys on clearance. I definitely will be back again!!
