I shopped at this store for 8 months. I constantly purchased dog food, toys, breath mints, etc for my 2 dogs. I have always found the people to friendly and helpful. However, I will not shop at this store based on my my experience on November 5, 2017. I received a call stating that my last purchase I made on November 4, 2017 did not go through properly because of their system. I was asked to return to the store to run my credit card again. They could not re-run the purchase over the phone. I said I would but this was an inconvenience. When I got to the store the told me my account was suspended and that they would unfreeze it and run my card. The manager then came out and said that she set something aside for me. It was a $5 off coupon. I spend $200 to $400 a month at the store. I told the manager I found the compensation a little insulting based on that it was their system error and or clerk error. If I was not a frequent customer and if they had not had my phone number on file the store would be unable to contact me to recover they money. The manager stated that she watched the security footage and then claimed the error was my fault implying that I intentionally I stole from the store. I will not shop here again.

Well, I’ve been going to this pet store to wash my dogs for the past 2 years. Every 2-3 weeks I go in and wash my dogs. I get my card stamped and go about life. Usually a great experience… Well this evening I went in and was chased down by Lori as she needed to advise me that “YOU need to pay before washing your dogs!”. It took me by surprise because well I usually take my anxious dogs to the back wash them and pay on the way out, for the past 2 years. It’s routine. I say “uhmm I’ve never heard of this rule before.” Not that it’s an issue, but the way she approached me about it was an issue. Lori then says “ Well it’s a new rule, some of you people ruined it for everyone.” I said “YOU people, what do you mean by YOU people?” She said it with some force. Lori, decided to approach me as a thief, decided to accuse me and insult me a paying customer of 2 years. It’s disgusting to have an experience like this. We are in 2022 and still have to deal with racism. It’s really disgusting. Do better. As a company you shouldn’t condone behavior like this. There are many different ways your employee could have handled the situation but instead this is how she chose to respond. I have never been so insulted.

Great place. Just the nicest employees and they really know their stuff. I have 4 dogs to shop for and like other dogs mine are picky as heck. They have to have a certain food and snacks or don't bother even handing it to them . Last summer when fleas were uber bad Pet Supplies Plus helped me alot with remedies. I dont like using chemicals in my dogs I will if needed. This year fleas not bad at all. Anyway go to PSP and you will be happy you did. Very nice folks and prices are well going up but hey so is everything else. It is worth it to me knowing my dogs are eating a quality food and quality snacks. None of this Chinese made horse meat. Sorry if I offended anyone but it is what it is. Chinese import tons of poor quality dog foods and snacks. I buy American made only. But that's me. U buy what you want to. None of my biz what yall buy. Stay safe, be kind to one another and love your pets.

My first trip here was in search of something to feed an orphaned chimney swift. They were friendly and extremely helpful, and I was able to keep the bird healthy for 5 days, after which I found a bird rehab place to take him. So, when we got our Welsh Terrier pup, I decided to go back to this store. It's not as big as PetSmart or PetCo, but they have had everything I was looking for, including a booster seat with lamb's wool, every time I've gone in there. They are knowledgeable about dogs as well, not just someone pulled in off the street and put on the register. I'm sure you can buy plain food at the grocery store cheaper, just like you can get a burger cheaper at Micky D's than at a steak house. My dog deserves the best, and this store has it in stock!

This was the first time I've used a self-service bath, and it was fantastic. The staff were very helpful in explaining everything and making sure that I and my pup felt comfortable. I also used my bonus points from other purchases to cover most of the cost, which which would have been money well spent even without the discount. Everything we needed was provided, and the real bonus: BOTH I and my dog came out clean and dry. Me, thanks to the raised, walled wash areas and waterproof aprons provided free of charge, and her, thanks to the towels and even a warm blow-dryer, again included in the meager price if $14. You can also purchase multiple visits which greatly reduces the price. In my opinion, it's well worth it!

What a waste of a trip! These guys hold a pet clinic from 5-7pm through VipPetCare and I drove across town to find that I went to a store whose clinic doesn’t begin until May 3 (would have been nice if it was obvious on mobile). Anyway, I had 10 minutes to get to the next store, called and spoke to the clinic girl who said they leave at 7. I told them I would probably be walking in right at 7 and please wait one minute as I will be there. Got there right at 7 and they told me it was too late. Forget customer service. They get one star for caring about the clock more than a few minutes. Hollywood Feed gets my business.

I love this store! It's a bit pricey, but you can't beat the service. When you walk in, the store is clean and you see at least two employees. They always greet you and offer help. If you bring a dog, they ask first if they can give your dog a treat. I have two, one is friendly, but the other isn't. Every employee I have met always approaches the dog slowly, ask if they can pet your dog and then offer their hand for the dog to sniff. When your done checking out, they always offer to help you carry your purchases to the car if it's even slightly heavy.

Nolan is an asset to this business. My daughter and I have been in the store several times and assisted by Nolan twice. Both times he was on shift. The first time he went out of his way to give my daughter some balloons, the second time he saw my struggling to carry several cans of dog food, and ran me up a hand cart. He’s always a pleasure to deal with, and makes us feel more than welcome when we come in. These are the type of employees that separate a good neighborhood business from a great one. He deserves all the recognition he can get.

I used to order my pet supplies from Chewy, but living right around the corner from Pet Supplies Plus was super convenient for me, so I switched over to shopping here solely. The prices are awesome, & the inventory is always great, they consistently have what we need. The atmosphere is really cool here, the music is always a happy vibe and everyone is always cheerful and helpful. Just awesome all around. I bring my dog’s here for the vet services they have here monthly, always pleased with how great everyone is.

We went in looking for a dog harness. The staff was very helpful finding one with the right fit. However, the one we really wanted was out of stock in his size. For being a surplus store, they were a little pricey in my opinion. The store was very clean and very well maintained. Everyone greeted us with a hello. Overall it was a very good experience and will definitely go back there, if we ever need another harness. The one we chose is very sturdy and fits him very well! Very easy to put on and take off.

I hate to do this but this is literally my second time going in at night and the lady name Sherry is so rude. The first time my dog had an accident while sniffing around and she got so upset and said “ I should trained my pet not to do that” today I came in to bath my dog and asked her if it was okay for me to trim my dog and she gave me attitude about it. I hate that this is the closest location to me but in my opinion I will forever stick to the Wycliff location even if it’s 5 to 10 min further.

Employees are generally friendly and helpful. Store is always well stocked except for canned cat food - which all stores are having problems stocking thanks to - let's blame it on CoVid/Global Warming/Supply Chain/online orders. Take your pick. Was really surprised this trip to hear from person washing his dog that no towels were available to dry his dog off after washing it. Deducted a star because drying your dog off seems to be an essential part of the entire washing your dog process.

Very friendly employees and great customer service! They will help you find everything in the store and get you with the biggest smile. However, I'm giving this location 4-stars because this store doesn't carry any of the healthier wet cat food brands or flavors. If you're looking to purchase brands like Truluxe, Tiki, or Lotus try another Pet Supplies Plus. Other than food, their selection is pretty good. They carry walnut, newspaper, clay, and crystal cat litters. ❤

Really nice people great place to shop for your pets good knowledge some things are a little overpriced and they don't have quite as big as selection as you know PetSmart or something but there are really good place to shop and I do wish I could get that sweet scoop cuz that cat litter has a with enzymes that will knock out any odor before it even starts but they only sell it in like a 20 or something pound bag too big it's hard for me to carry other than that it's great

I love going to the Pet Supplies Plus on Forest. The staff is friendly and they get involved with customers, connecting over our pets. They are helpful and go out of their way to help and make sure customers have what they need. If something is out of stock, they step up to arrange a substitute or get what you need as soon as possible. Great customer service with a personal touch is sadly missing in retail today. It is live and well at Pets Supplies Plus on Forest Lane.

1st time coming to this store. 8 mins from my job. My usual feed store I go to close at 5PM so I go on weekeds only. Here I can go right after my job. This store closes at 9PM. Found the Victor Pro89 Dog Food and I grabbed it immediately!!! I also found dog treats rich in protein that they sell by the pound!!!! My 3 pitbulls love them. They have 3' Pork or Chicken Treat Sticksfor $3! Cant beat that price!!! Will keep coming back!! Have a lot of stuff here.

I enjoy coming to this store. The night shift crew is always welcoming and helpful. This store has a variety of pets food which helps when you have a house full of different species of animals like I do. I would recommend this store to any pet parents in the area. I would like to have someone that knows how to trim nails, unfortunately, they don't have anyone skilled to do nail trims even tho it is a service that they provide.

The staff is Great!!!!! they always ask me how I am doing and what can they help me with, tell me about new products and sales that are going on. I have dogs, rabbits, birds so PSP always has what my pets need. So I would recommend this store to everybody they have what you need for your pets. This is hands down my go to local place for pet food and supplies. Customers are greeted with a smile, help is always nearby, and prices are good.. especially with the store loyalty card, which is free. Pro tip: good coupons are available regularly in the Dallas Voice. Avoid the huge mega chains and support this clean, well managed business in our community.

Its the perfect store. As soon as you walk in you get a warm welcoming hello. Every employee does their very best to help in any way they can. When they have a product out of stock they will do a special request to get it for you as soon as possible. I love this store I have been shopping with them for 7 years and never have I had a horrible experience.

First time for me. Went with a friend to buy cat food. ...lots of cats...need lots of age related mixtures. Pet Supplies PLUS was well stocked and had knowledgeable staff to help him make selections for his flock of cats. Great variety. Great prices. Great staff. And they have great choices for dogs too! And ofter more exotic pets too.

If only we had a Pet Supplies Plus in South Irving! I love this store so much I make the drive into Dallas to shop there. They always have the things I need for my 3 dogs and 4 cats in stock. The store is always spotless. The employees are always friendly and helpful. It is by far the best Pet Supply Store in the DFW metroplex.

Training in pet supplies plus is a dream and the doggie cookies are the best. There is a large supply of good brands of dog food and a medium area for cats. Also small area for small animals. The team members are always positive and talkative. They also have a great memory of people. Recommend this store all the time!

I've been going here since it opened up years ago after the blockbuster closed down. The staff has always been nice and helpful if I'm looking for something. One good thing about having a rewards card is the keep track of your purchases and can look up things you bought but have forgotten which one you needed again.

I used to go to Petco To shower my dog but after my first experience using their dog washing station I will never go back to Petco again. On top of them being cheaper than Petco they offer a five pack dog washing voucher for $40 and it nearly pays for itself after three singular washes. Will be a member here forever

I only came to purchase some dog food for Not my dog. I would probably give 5 if I had a pet and shopped here more, but I spent 5 minutes here and I was gone. The cashier was friendly enough, but I don't know much else about the store except that they carry the high end food my father purchases for his dogs.

I discovered Pet Supplies Plus because I was looking for a self serve dog wash station. This place is genius for implementing this service in their store! It's super affordable compared to the other self serve dog wash stations, and the locations are key. We love coming here! Staff is so friendly as well.

Orders are processed quickly and I've had new tags in as little as 3 days! The quality of the plastic tags are excellent, they don't chip or fade and the engraving can be readily cleaned with some 409 and an old toothbrush! I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus...they are the only one for me!

I am here at least twice a week. The staff here is amazing! Always super helpful, they go the extra mile to help you figure out what is best for your pets. My dogs act a fool every time I take them inside and the staff is so sweet to them and help with whatever it is I am looking for.

Lovely staff who are always helpful when I’m in here. They really seem to know what they’re talking about whether it’s about food or toys! While I haven’t used it yet, the dog washing station looks like a great way to wash your babes without making a mess in your own bathroom! :-)

Staff is wonderful and helpful. Went to 3 stores and could not find Royal Canin wet food for Yorkies. Before, I could usually find 2 boxes per store. Now I can't find it in any store. It's expensive, $13 per box, but they have it for shitzu and dachshund. It's really frustrating.

I used to shop at petsmsrt but they have a small supply and overcharge for cat litter etc. I have three dogs two cats and a parrot and I love the staff and assistance and inventory at pet supply plus on forest lane and marsh in Dallas. They steer me to sales and discounts too.

Lots of food, toys and accessories for dogs, cats & other critters. Their dog toy & treat aisle is huge, and even offers a by the piece/by the pound section of their own lower-cost treats. Huge selection of premium foods, as well. Staff is very knowledgeable & friendly.

Friendly staff. Store does not carry Iams cat food in the cans anymore, yet still carries Iams dry food and Purfect Portions. Great selection of treats and toys. Even caters to fish, birds, and gerbils (and other furry creatures like them), as well as dogs and cats.

I went to crickets and discovered that Pets Plus is the only place for the best fed, very healthy crickets in my area. Not to mention an incredibly clean, well stocked pet washing station! If you need pet supplies, try here first. It is well worth checking it out.

Kid that waited on me sweet but didn't know what he was talking about... I raise chams and needed lighting . Told me red and blue lights blinded the reptiles.. they are for heat. Lol. He meant well but needs some education. Did excellent job taking care of me.

This store is privately owned which to me is more personable. Prices are pretty reasonable, especially when they have sales. I always get good coupons makes it even more affordable for me. I only go to Pet Supplies Plus cause of their great customer service.

All the pet supply places available to us this is the one place that will have what you want. It's employees are well informed albeit they need people skills but know what you need so don't be miffed by there name they are a quality pet store.

My dog had a wonderful time at Pet Supplied Plus last night. She dragged my cart everywhere, sniffed lots of amazing treats and met lots of adorable other dogs. And I bought some dogfood and treats with a coupon. A good time was had by all.

Good sale prices. They seem to run out of those sale items pretty quickly. You must also have one of their pets plus cards to get the discount. Which is no big deal, you just get a card once you're there at the register.

There really wasn't as large of a selection as I expected and they didn't carry any of the 3 things I went in looking for. The layout of the store also wasn't very inviting, and the workers didn't say so much as hello.

Love my dog Stella who is a American pitbull. The attendant's are knowledgeable and the store is packed with everything. My visit a vet was available in the store. Almost couldn't get Stella to leave. Dog gone it.
