Dear Pet Point Veterinary Clinic, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and sorrow regarding the recent experience I had at your clinic while seeking treatment for my beloved puppy. My puppy, who was only two months old, was diagnosed with Parvo and anemia and was under the care of your clinic. I had hoped that your team would provide the necessary medical attention and support to ensure his recovery, but unfortunately, the events that unfolded were disheartening and distressing. During the course of my puppy's treatment, I diligently followed the instructions provided by your clinic, bringing him in for daily visits over a period of four days. Despite reassurances from the veterinary staff, my puppy's condition worsened with each passing day. On the last day of his life, I arrived at the clinic at 7 o'clock in the evening to find my puppy suffering from a fever of 40.7 degrees Celsius and a blood glucose level of 29. It was during this critical moment that I interacted with Dr. Iman, who was on duty that evening. I expressed my concerns about my puppy's extremely low blood glucose level, but I was met with a dismissive response. Dr. Iman attempted to draw blood from my puppy's finger, but no blood was obtained. She then tried again, this time from his gingiva, with the same result. It was evident that my puppy's health was deteriorating rapidly, and the urgency of the situation was apparent to me. However, Dr. Iman assured me that a glucose infusion would be sufficient and that my puppy was "doing well." With a heavy heart, I brought my puppy back home, hoping that his condition would improve as the veterinarian had suggested. Regrettably, my puppy's condition did not improve, and the next morning, at 7 am, he tragically passed away. The pain and devastation I experienced are beyond words, and it is with a heavy heart that I write this letter to express my concerns and warn others about the care provided at your clinic. It is deeply disconcerting to think that my puppy's life may have been jeopardized by the lack of appropriate and timely medical intervention. The dismissive attitude displayed by Dr. Iman and her failure to recognize the severity of my puppy's condition has left me questioning the competence and professionalism of your clinic. I implore you to thoroughly investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. I believe that transparency and accountability are essential in any healthcare facility, and it is my sincere hope that you will address this situation promptly and diligently. While nothing can bring back my precious puppy, I strongly urge you to reflect on the policies, procedures, and the quality of care provided at Pet Point Veterinary Clinic. It is my sincere desire that no other pet owner has to go through the pain and loss that I have endured. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I expect a timely response regarding the actions you will take to address my concerns.

My cat had surgery removing her uterus after her miscarriage in this clinic. I would say it was a good decision going through this with Pet Point Clinic. Dr Khaled and his team were nice and happy to answer any of my questions as I was nervous about my cat condition. The consultation cost approx.150aed and there was no rush but thorough. Price is reasonable to compare to the vet nearby I used to go. Most of the vets try to charge you using your love and worry toward your pet. But here, he went straight to the point of what my cat needs and what will be the plan of treatment and more importantly the estimated price of all. Inside the clinic is clean and using simple colours to make you relax. The smell of the perfume I find very strong but it might benefit that you don't smell the pet odour. They have all the equipment except the X-rays machine (yet). Parking is easy to find around that area. I recommend calling and discuss first. They are very nice and helpful.

My 12 (almost 13) golden Labrador passed away at this place, but I’m not writing to make people feel sorry, it’s the way staff helped my family deal with the grief and made it easier, we went to the vet and Dr. Khaled immediately jumped to action. He performed a physical exam and got blood work done, turns out she had liver disease and problems with her hips. He layed it out in a very unique way without saying plain out she needs to go. We saw the blood test results and as a family we decided to let her go as she was in pain. The staff later said that this was the best option as she was in very obvious pain. We had receptionists calm us down after witnessing our dog look at us for the final time. Thank you Dr Khaled and the whole team for making this process as easy as possible.

Want to say Thank you to Pet Point, specially to Dr. Khaled who perform the spay surgery to our princess Coco. From consultation to the actual surgery. He had taken the time to listen to my concerns, advise and explain to me all the information I wanted to understand. He is a gem! I have inquired from other reputable clinics but they a far more reasonable in terms of price and cost and will not advise unnecessary test like other clinics! The clinic is clean and staff are wonderful as well! Thank you Pet Point!

I want to truly appreciate and thank Dr. Khaled and his team for all their support last friday when we had a panic state as our lil angel suddenly started to puke and have frothing around her mouth, it was an emergency, we called pet point and although Dr. Khaled had an appointment already scheduled he took our case on priority, we are so relieved and grateful to him and his team for their care, and calmness during the treatment which helped us from the stress we had...thank you...godbless u & ur team.

Best vet experience I had all over the UAE, as a pet parent finding a good vet with a reasonable price was always an impossible equation. Myla had a tumor that needed a surgery I have been looking for a trusted vet that doesn't break the bank until I found Pet Point, Dr. Khalid was extermly pleasent person that told me everything I need to know about the operation pre & post, Myla is much better now and recovering. Hi I took my cat krishna in an emergency situation. And must say that Dr Hisham .. Ms Hazel .. nurses Mr Khilaf and Mr Macfur did a fantastic job .. the expertise Dr Hisham exhibits is next level and commendable and more over he must be appreciated for his patience with panicky pet owners like us .. I had an amazing experience with Pet Point clinic, Dr. Khalid did an excellent job with my dog, he is so professional and very kind. my dog had a tumor and he removed it and made sure to test it and report to me the results he was keen about my dog's health and was constantly checking up on her. The best thing about this clinic is that you will not end up paying for something your dog doesn't need, overall they are very professional and trustworthy.

A week ago came here with my poor cat suffering from severe pain and vomiting, she got immediately checked out and diagnosed, immediately got hospitalized and given medications and IVs. I was getting the updates and pics on a daily basis and my every question was answered very fast. I can’t believe that finally today for the whole evening my Gina is finally roaming around me and playing around the house thank you for saving her!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would not hesitate It all starts from the nice reciptionists who are always nice and helpful to Dr Muhannad who is always caring for my cat and magically calming her when she is stressed. Dr Muhannad was comforting and supporting us with all kind of informations we need after our cat's surgery which she recovered from it quite well. The clinic is always clean and smells amazing.

I had the best experience at this vet clinic. The clinic is spotlessly clean, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and patient. They took the time to listen to my concerns about my pet and answered all of my questions. They also gave me valuable information about what to do in an emergency and how to handle common situations. I have nothing but positive feedback for Dr Khalid. He is the best vet I have ever met and I'm very grateful that my dog is always in good hands whenever he needs. We followed him to his newly opened Pet Point clinic from his previous one. Everything is brand new and very hygienic. Even in emergencies he is always very responsive and accommodative. Came in for some x-rays for an injured stray kitten and was so happy with our service. Called in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment the same day. The clinic was clean and modern, they were able to do the X-rays quickly and efficiently. They handled the kitten with care. Very reasonable pricing and the doctor explained our options sensitively and honestly. Would definitely reccomend!

The only veterinary that I trust! Dr. Khalid is very kind and extremely knowledgeable. His clinic is very clean and equipped with the newest technology (even a lab!). I’ve been to many vet clinic in Dubai. Pet Point Vet Clinic is just outstanding. All staff have been superb. Brought my furbabies for check up with Dr.Khaleed many times and never get disappointed with his treatment. The receptionist are very welcoming and did follow up call every after visit. Reception is not helping, my dog threw up and I went to the shop, the reception just mentioned they have many pets in line and one surgery booked. Asked him how long is the waiting time he just mentioned not sure but not checking with the doctor at all. Please, not even approximately waiting time you can provide to the anxious owner?

We had a massive emergency with our 8 month old cat, that required a 6 day stay and a lot of care. Doctors kept us updated via message on the procedures done and her overall state, and were very accommodating on our (many) visits. Fantastic and very professional job, including the final bill - quite reasonable for what was required.

The doctors and team were swift as I had bought my kitten for the first time at the clinic and wanted to know if he could be neutered. The procedure was performed on the same day and as informed by the doctors he recovered quickly and is back to his regular self of playfulness and appetite. Thank you to the wonderful team.

I took my German Shepherd (Bliss) to Pet Point as an emergency as I had cut one of her nails too short and was bleeding pretty badly ( at least I thought was bad) Dr. Aya put me at ease and treated Bliss within 1 minute of being in the clinic. They are not sensible at all. Took my cat for an emergency and they didn’t want to accept him in because of no appointment and I didn’t follow their protocols!! Seriously! When an emergency happens who follows protocols? Or maybe let the pet die but never mess with their protocols?
