I highly recommend Pet Connection Veterinary Clinic, which is actually a safe heaven for your pets. I along with my pet (Lucy) was on a three month visit to Dubai. Lucy was feeling lethargic and completely stopped every kind of intake. This made me really upset as I was unable to find the real cause. Upon a friend's recommendation , I reluctantly took Lucy to Pet Connection Veterinary Clinic. I consulted Dr .Walter regarding Lucy's condition who diagnosed the problem straight away and recommended a surgery by Dr Elisa Diana. I didn't want Lucy to go through a surgery but the courteousness and professionalism of Pet Connection Team some how made my mind. Lucy had a surgery by Dr Elisa and her team . They kept Lucy under complete observation till it's consciousness. I am pleased that Lucy is doing perfectly fine now I am greatly moved by the kind behaviour and professionalism offered to me & Lucy by Pet Connection Team. Visited the vet to treat my wounded budgie (Losa), she had an accident, and her chest was swollen like a balloon from one side, not to mention that she broke her beak and she was bleeding from the noise, she was not flying anymore and sleeping most of the day with her head facing backward, but she was at least eating, I visited another vet before Pet Connection and they provided antibiotic for the wound, but the chest swollen appeared the next day so I visited the Pet Connection vet, Dr. Walter examined her and decided that her crop was paralyzed, the swollen was because of an air sac damage, which can not be treated and it should heal by itself, Dr.Walter injected her with cortisone twice (in two different days), and couple of days later she became fine again , the swollen disappeared in about 10 days. It was a good experience and the vet staff was even kind enough to provide a voucher for my next visit. Thank you so much Dr.Walter for your help, you saved my precious Budgie.

Wonderful experience with Pet Connection. They did a great job with first ever surgery for my cat in Dubai. As a newbie it was very difficult to find a good health care for my cat. After visiting some doctors I got a chance to meet Dr. Walter, he explained everything to me in a very clear manner. Apart from professional expertise Dr. Walter has exceptionally good sense of humour, half of your worries will fade away by just talking to the kind soul. The service I received from Dr. Walter was excellent. He ensured I had a smooth experience about all surgical procedure and follow-up for my cat. Staff was supportive, kind and friendly. They listen to all my concerns patiently. Highly recommended!

Dr. Walter is the best avian pet I know in Dubai. He and the staff are gentle towards my little budgie. They do stool tests to find out any bacteria troubling your bird and do the necessary treatment. My bird is feeling much better after the visit . They give vitamins and pellets good for your bird health. I pray they become the best Veterinary clinic in Dubai with best facilities and equipments to treat delicate birds and animals . I thank god everyday for sending me and my kitten Rio there! The best clinic with the best staff. All the nurses and assistants are very kind and you can see that they have soft hearts for the animals, they are really different from any other clinic I appreciate all of them! And Doctor Walter ! Nothing I say can describe how much I appreciate him I used to be anxious when I take my pets to any vet, but with him I feel that they are in safe hands he genuinely cares and he has the most beautiful spirit ❤️ I live so far away from the clinic and it’s so hectic to drive long distance with pets in the car, but it is worth every second!

i took my macaw since he swelled the feeding tube, they didn't waste time as soon as i go to the premises Mark took my bird and started with the procedure, on top of that they also helped me notice few of my birds health issues and Dr. Walter was kind enough to explain me everything, they all are very professional and friendly and its not like any other place, where it says"strictly employees only" they took me to the microscopic lab and made me see the blood cells and explained me everything. of course there is the money thing, it is little expensive and Mr.Mark ,he was very helpful.

Dr walter used to treat my cat for 9 years, I stopped going because he seemed like he’s all about the money and his solution is always pumping my cat with antibiotics and so many costly injections for my cats gum infection. Every visit for my cat had so much medication and injections for treating gingivitis. I always came out from Dr walters office with a huge bill to pay. He has tons of experience but doesn’t seem genuine at all. I would recommend Dr Elisa she’s very good and genuine.

Absolutely love the clinic and their staff. Dr Walter is incredible to say the least. He has saved our cats and even a pigeon from illnesses where they had a bare chance of survival. Ms Ahlam who assisted us today was amazing and very helpful as was the lady at the counter who assisted us with microchipping our kitty. Mark is so helpful assisting the doc with the consultation as well. I recommend Pet Connection to everyone who is looking for affordable healthcare for their pets.

Dr. Walter and Dr. Emre was very professional and pet friendly, my kitties never cry whenever they got examined by them, even with vaccinations and other tests, they are comfortable with their doctor. The staff is always accommodating, even with such short notice they will try their best to accommodate you, and they never missed to send you a reminder every time you have a booking, which I'm very grateful because me and my partner is always busy.

The veterinarians and the staff are hospitable not to mention their professionalism and love for animals. They were able to managed the illness of our puppy and they felt at home there. Though they only have one-day (Monday) for pet supplies delivery, rest everything is wonderful including their all-in-one clinic, equipped with all the necessary facilities for every pet tests or scanning.

Well trusted and very accommodating staffs & nurses. I brought my Galah Cockatoo in this clinic and Dr. Walter treated my little birdie, very well. We had been going to this vet since 2018 and their service is very good. Doctor & staff are very friendly, accommodating & helpful. Only this time we have to confine 1 of our cats for observation. We took a badly injured stray pigeon for treatment and they treated him and looked after him so well that within 2 weeks he recovered and was ready to fly. Very poor service unprofessional doctors don’t put your pet life in risk I took a kitten to this clinic with flu issue I was charged 700 AED but couldn’t Mobilize my cat which was required according to other veterinary doctor she was given only an injection the condition of the kitten turned to more worse
