Very average. We tried the meat and also the cheese Borek. Both lacking in filling, cheese was so bland you wouldn’t know you were eating cheese, and both abnormally oily. We also tried a salami sandwich - also scarce with the filling and bread is not what you’d expect. Prices seem to be different for locals vs tourists unfortunately. 1 star for food but 5 star for location/convenience to eat on the go.

You can find this small bakery outside the Pile gate - it's less than 5 minutes walking. Sandwiches, meat and cheese pies and a small selection of pastries. Very fresh and considerably cheaper than anything you will find with the walls. And you may be able to find a spot to eat with a bit of greenery and some shade.

Incroyable meilleur petit dej ever. Le pain est juste délicieux avec la salami et la tomate. Incroyable. De retour en France j’en rêve encore 1 an plus tard. Accompagné d’un petit jus d’orange pressé. Ne paye pas de mine mais la vendeuse était super gentille. Sandwich avec Kulen ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Burek met aardappels waren echt niet zo goed. Het deeg was taai en de aardappelvulling was saai. Als je de vulling incl. uien en soort groentebouillon smaak gewend bent bij een aardappelburek, dan word je hier teleurgesteld. Prijzen zijn ook hoog, maar dat is vast vanwege de locatie.

Eine sehr preiswerte Burger-Bar (hat vor 3 Wochen neu eröffnet), geführt von 2 sehr charmanten Damen. Speisen und Getränke in guter Qualität, Burger und Pommes werden vor dem Gast frisch zubereitet, und suchen in dieser Stadt ihresgleichen. Ich komme gerne wieder …

Overpriced. Not value for money. I got the cheeesepie, which was dripping from oil. The donut was not fresh at all. I tried to give the bakery a second chance, but even though they say they open at 6:00, there was nothing available for sale at 6:15.

Why have to wait for ages to be seated at all the touristy bland restaurants when you can come to this bakery and get service straight away and sit wherever you like in town. For just a couple of euros you can try a traditional Croatian …

Went here a couple of times before entering the walled city. Great sandwiches and local pastries. Reasonably priced compared to in the city, and nice service from the staff. A good place for lunch on the go!

The best doughnuts I've ever eaten my life, and all for 1 euro. The sandwiches were amazing too. Hit this place and buy a lunch to bring over to Lokrum Island for the day.

Great pit stop before entering old city. Prices are cheaper than old city and quality is good. Best pie for us was the beef and onion soft pastry pie. Kids love the pizzas

Una salvezza a Dunrovnik, la città più cara del mondo, qui invece prezzi onesti e ottima qualità. Imperdibile lo strudel alla ciliegia. Personale gentilissimo.

Tiene bastante variedad, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta lo pequeño que es el local, todo tiene muy buena pinta. El pan está bueno, y de precio está muy bien.

Excellent bakery! Super fresh bread, got a salami sandwich on the way into town and came back later for another on the way to the beach. Highly recommended!

This has been our go-to bakery during our stay in the old town of Dubrovnik. A bit less expensive, no waiting line and most importantly very tasty!

Delicious pastries, both salty and sweet, cheaper than inside the citadel, and they accept card too. I particularly loved the chocolate croissant.
