Best service ever, Frank is very honest and takes time to listen/discuss options. Genuine and professional. He was able to sort out issues that other bike shops were unable to help me with ( before bike hub I had visited other places 4 times since early this yr and spent money each time trying to rectify the creaking noise from what appears to be coming from my bottom bracket) He did not try to hard sell or upgrade components on my bike as he honestly didn't think it would be worth the effort and money considering it's a relatively new bike. At the end Frank did not charge me even a penny, even after I offered to pay him for his time and advise/work. He has got me on his happy customer list, will be dropping off my bikes here for future services and repairs! Highly recommended!

Friendly helpful service. I asked Frank at Macs cycle if he was able to package a bike for shipping to Qld that I had recently bought on gumtree. Frank was very helpful dismantled and packaged the bike really well and as it was an ebike went the extra mile with the wrapping and I received the bike in great condition. I also think it was done at a very fair price.

Very solid work here fellas. Needed a replacement mirror for my recumbent and was helped out on the spot within minutes, and they also gave me a complementary multi-sized spanner to add to my travel kit. Clearly they know what they're doing and I'm sure the 5 star reviews will keep on flowing in.

Spoke to the owner Blake who was very helpful and knowledgeable. You could see he has a true love for Mountain Biking and is an active racer himself. Excited to see what plans you have for the shop in the future. 10/10.

Pretty good shop with a wide variety of bikes and accessories on offer. we know nothing about bikes and got some good advice and ended up buying our daughters first bike with trainers and all.

Good old fashioned service from Frank and Steve. Mac's Cycles (Bike Bub Boronia) have been operating for over 20years and the service is still great as always. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Knows his stuff. Fast and friendly service. It is much easier to park your car in Dorset Square near the cinema behind the shop and to walk your gear down the side alley.
