2 weeks in Croatia, but 3 times in this restaurant. The food is delicious, the portions are big and you really feel all the freshness of the food, the atmosphere is more than great. The employee is nice and very painful. One that I will always remember is "Iso", like a falcon who keeps a watchful eye if we need anything else or if our daughter drops a knife on the ground. I'll leave a friend with him, but hopefully we'll be back in October.

Definitivno ugodno iznenađeni cura i ja kako uslugom tako i hranom te jednim jedinim i sasvim zadovoljavajućim desertom baklavom pored koje nećete zaželjeti drugi desert,jako ugodna atmosfera te konobar koj se zna ljepo našaliti popričati te detaljno objasni bilo kakvo pitanje u vezi menija...svaka pohvala ovakvih restorana je sve manje i manje!!!

Great hole in the wall spot for cevapis. We had stopped by pula to see the amphitheater and wanted some late lunch. The medium cevapi is more than enough to feed a large man. The cevapis were nicely grilled and juicy, and the ajvar (sweet red pepper) sauce was excellent. Bonus points because the water had hearts on the label and matching glasses lol. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Thanks so much!

You'll probably need to climb a bit to get there, but it worth it!!! Mostly locals going there, a very good sign, and a meat lovers paradise. Had the calf liver and spouse the mix grill. House wine is very good also. Patio style with some inside seating. Don't expect super decorative restaurant, but excellent food.

Can't stop giving 5 star reviews at the moment, the food in Croatia is something else. If you fancy traditional barbecue meats then this is the place to visit in Pula. It's pretty cheap for us Brits the whole plater, sides and a few beers all came to 350HRK (£40) A meal fit for a king & queen and everything in between, oh my days this was banging.

Eat where the locals eat and get their take away from. Simple bbq restaurant selling awesome food. Cevap and bread was awesome. Local beer on tap. Atmosphere more like a pub. If weather is nice sit outside on the terrace with wooden bench seating. We sat inside. Service friendly.

Great place for quick lunch. One of rare places in Croatia where you can get Ayran. I eat mixed meat and tasted great. Prices are very good for croatian standards. Mixed meat 7,5€, salads 3,5€, Ayran 0.95€

The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. It about a 10 minute walk from the tourist center of pula and the prices reflect that. Amazing. Very helpful staff, offer options and extras. Great if your a tourists and unsure of what is available off the menu such as sauce, dips etc. they don’t accept euro so local kuna or card only. Very fresh and big portions! I’d return

Simple but delicious. Great place just above the Pula Arena. Huge outside terrace, loads of space, but regardless it’s always packed with people which is a great sign! The Cevapcici are amazing, so is the bread and the mixed grill. Would come here at least once a week for a big protein heavy post workout meal.

Cevapi na ugljen definitivno najbolji u gradu. Veliki i uređeni prostor. Osoblje raspjevano i ljubazno. Kad covijek tako nesto vidi uvijek se rado vraca gdje je pozitivna energija. Za svaku pohvalu. Jedini problem moze biti parking posto nema osigurano mjesto za goste pecenjare. Preporucijem!

Best ćevapa you can get in Pula. Fresh, tasteful, mouthwatering pieces of meat, local beer and friendly staff! Dont waste your money right in restaurants in the centre of city, eat wonderful local food here!

Glad we gave this place a shot. It’s not a far walk from the touristy area. Mainly locals hanging out here. Service was good, waiter was very attentive. Prices were good compared to the big portions served. Would definitely return.
