They made mistakes on my taxes, which weren't complicated to begin with. I also had to ask multiple times for any information, it was a very difficult process. They seem to be disorganized and unclear about where they are while filing. They also seemed to have false information about US taxes, which is why I came to them. I wouldn't recommend.

I honestly do not know how this company got so many good reviews. I have paid over 100$ to get a simple tax calculation done. According to their calculation I was supposed to get a over a 1000$ refund, but I ended up getting a letter from CRA stating that I need to pay 800$. Absolutely not recommend their services.
