Made an order from Patra. Two weeks later it hadn't arrived. After three calls eventually someone called me back and admitted that they didn't have stock. Why confirm an order saying I'd have it in a few days when they have no stock. If they'd have been better at communication I could forgive them. Cancelled the order and won't return.

Ordered a Bamboo/cotton Top and Bamboo socks, very pleased with them. A Perfect fit the top stretches, no pulling at seams, lightweight very comfortable and at the end of the day still feels fresh. The socks are the best, naturally breathable, very comfortable highly recommend. Fine pieces of clothing well worth the money.

TERRIBLE! Do not buy from this shop! Their system registered my address incorrectly and sent my item (V EXPENSIVE) to somewhere else! When I told them, they replied that it was my error and they would not help. Appalling customer service. At these prices, you expect better customer service.

Bought Silk Long sleeve T Shirt, the neck line has completely gone in a week and is now just a misshapen hole at the shoulders. Terrible value for money. Have bought other items in the past ,silkgloves whose finger tip stitching became holes after a couple of weeks. I won't be returning.

Bought two pillowcases recently used them for the 1st time for £95 used them for a week then washed them following carefully the instructions ie 30 degree wash and they are totally ruined not fit for purpose I rang up and asked for a replacement and was told tough.

I was given a beautiful blue Patra silk scarf as a gift recently. It is light and soft and I wear it with numerous outfits, day or night. It makes a lovely accessory on my handbag, when not worn, and I have received many compliments from friends and family.

Received some lovely black long silk socks, for Christmas: perfect for staying snug under formal work trousers. Sadly they don't last very long: I 've only worn them a few times and they are pilling a lot and one alrready has a hole above my little toe...

I ordered some indigo colored silk pants and gloves. Then I ordered another pair of those indigo silk pants and a couple shirts. The quality is incredible and I love my lavender rose colored, long sleeve shirts. This is my new go to for leisure wear.

The shop is in a quiet location, with parking right opposite side of the road; you have to ring the bell for someone to let you in. The sale assistant was pleasant and very helpful with information about products. The prices seem reasonable too.

I have a lovely white pillowcase and the fabric is absolutely beautiful! Very good quality silk and extremely soft and comfortable to sleep on. Also nice and light so suitable for all seasons! Would definitely reccommend.

A favourite place of mine to shop for underwear made only with natural textiles. Customer service is excellent if you go in person to showroom otherwise it is primarily a catalogue business online, by post or telephone.

I was delighted with scarf I received from Patra, so much so that I then ordered one for my friend. I'd left it late but received the scarf next day, excellent service and quality. Will happily order again.

I brought some Silk Thermals from Patra, for my Aunt who is very outdoorsy. She loves them, as they are very warm, acting as a base layer against the cold. Great customer service and delivery.
