Part of the largest area of linked woodland within the M25 and comprising Park, Court, Bayhurst and Mad Bess woods. Surrounding Ruislip Lido and its facilities, it offers a wide range of walks and cycle paths from several entrances. Individual carparks in the woods are free but the Lido carpark charges.

My local wood. Love it. Can get very busy so the paths can be chewed up badly after heavy rain. Easy to navigate on the main paths or branch off onto the side tracks. Very dog friendly. Just watch the mountain bikers who can be a law to themselves.

Great walks, popular with cyclists and a nice walk through to the lido with numerous paths. It's easy to park on the side roads.

Lovely place. Quiet, full of squirrels and other critters. Great place to come if you need a contact with nature

Always a great place to walk and the bluebells have popped up this week making it all the better
