The worst medical practice that I ever dealt with, almost impossible to get an appointment, it takes 28 days to get a simple letter confirming your illness (which apparently you have to pay in cash) and when you are lucky enough to get an
absolutly rubish! I am changing GP. First they tell you booking is only via phone if you call at 8 AM. I was 1 hour on the phone - just to hear that they don't have any slot, and I need to try next day. Next day is exactly the same story.
