Don't move here, tweakers every where, hady flush king, genrac generator was being cut out. Lived here for 3yrs. Nothing improves. All who work in the park are a joke. I had several things stolen off my beautiful motorhome best one in this park for sure. I can go on an on about my son and I protected Debbie who cleans the bathroom. Bloody nose cop reports nothing gets done. From the bikers driving threw the park at 230am reving there stupid loud pipes. Everything became to much when my generator is being hack sawed out. I pushed my automatic level system and power cord, double slides in and drive out at 1230am.

I moved in going on a year ago, and my experience has been great ! From interviewing with Harley until now, Harley gave me the site and was incredibly helpful getting me in there. I am thankful this park has a man like Harley running things, he keeps the place going. I am an older disabled man, and Harley has helped me all along, and has kept me informed with what is going on. I could not ask for a better Park Manager, he is always working to improve Park Rose R V. He has always been an Asset to this Park, with All that he does to help tenants. The Owner is a slumlord that jack's up the prices as often as he can on anything he can. His manager is a SUPER tweaker that breaks every rule put in place while HARASSING tenant's about the same rules that apparently don't apply to EVERYONE. Theives rolling through constantly and a loud train comes barreling through nightly to wake you up. Imagine the RV Park on the movie 8 Mile.... beware!

Near the airport, Parkrose RV Park located minutes from the Columbia River and Vancouver WA. The park is clean and quiet. Years ago it was real seedy. The ownership and management changed a few years ago and it is a completely changed park. The manager went out of his way to help with a leaky roof vent and is friendly and available.Feels nice here.

Awesome place to be at! Management is super friendly. It's nice to have someone who you can tell really cares about the park and it's residents. I've never had a manager invite his tenants over for the holidays. KEEP DOING GREAT!!

The management here is utterly absurd!! He needs to calm the f down and take a chill pill. Stop 20 questioning me and badgering me every time I come to see my sister!!!! …

Curtis is a good owner he will work with you as much as he can. Like most people if you are upfront most things can be worked out. I still have a few things but good for now.

This place is small and looks very sketchy. The barbed wires on the fence had us running. The price it is not worth it compared to other places. I would not stay here.

I want one of this! The size is just perfect... I wish i can have one and i hope i can drift or make 360 using it..... GOOD DAY!

The park manager Harley likes to assult old men so wouldn't ever recommend living here. Please beware

Bad place. Raising rent often and nothing is safe.. even in the daytime.
