Hello dear people! I was staying in Park Regis is Business Bay for a whole month and my experience overall is really good. Rooms are clean and home keepers are there every morning to fix the room, change bedsheets and towels and they are making sure that everything looks great and is neat cleaned! I would love to mention Michael who is the one of people from this hotel that helped a lot and was making sure everything is good for me. About the service in general in the hotel, I was mostly satisfied. Sometimes it happens that the card for room is not working so I had to go down to the reception a couple of times for them to fix it. I would also like to mention Shoaib and Praveen who helped a lot as well with anything I needed in the hotel. I had some inconvenience when my boyfriend visited, we checked him in, payed additional (for the same room, stayed for 4 nights) and two times they called me from the reception to check him in, even though he already submitted the documents and paid for the stay, so I was a bit pissed that it happens that often(again 4 day stay) and they don't check their system before they call me to come down from almost 30th floor at 2am in the morning. Restaurant food, breakfast is so-so. But I can say that they have really good baristas who are making great cappuccinos. All in all, I am glad i stayed there because of the staff I met and had great time with. Once again, thanks a lot to Shoaib, Michael and Praveen, you made my life easier. ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Regis Business Bay Hotel from November 15th to November 19th, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, the service provided by the hotel staff was truly outstanding. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their attentiveness and friendliness made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location is superb, conveniently situated with just a 25-minute walk to the iconic Burj Khalifa. This proximity allowed me to easily explore the vibrant surroundings and enjoy the breathtaking views of the city. The facilities at Park Regis Business Bay Hotel are more than sufficient for a delightful stay. The amenities provided catered to all my needs, making my time at the hotel both relaxing and convenient. I would like to give a special shoutout to the Bell Captain, Muhammad Zaheer, whose exceptional service and approachable demeanor truly stood out. He went out of his way to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. From offering valuable local insights to promptly addressing any queries or requests, Muhammad Zaheer played a significant role in making my stay at the hotel extremely wonderful. In conclusion, my experience at Park Regis Business Bay Hotel was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service, convenient location, and ample facilities. بختصر لكم تجربتي مع الفندق بشكل نقاط. • الفندق جديد وسعره مناسب. • تعامل الموظفين ممتاز جداً. • مدخل الفندق صعب شوي لأول مره (مدخله من المواقف). • تتوفر مواقف مجانية للسيارات. • بعد الساعة ٩ بالليل لازم يجيك الموظف يفتح لك بوابة المواقف لأنه الموظف الخاص بخدمة إيقاف السيارة غير متواجد. • الغرف الديلوكس المطلة على القناة المائية مافيها فرق عن الغرف العادية لأن القناة بعيدة والمنظر مايستاهل (لانها منطقة تحت الانشاء). •طلبت غرفتين بجانب بعض ولكن لم يتم توفير الطلب بالرغم أنه الفندق غير مزدحم، وكإرضاء تم ترقية الغرفة لغرفة أعلى مطلة على القناة والمضحك بالموضوع انه الغرفة مافرقت عن الأولى !. •التكييف غير جيد بالنسبة لي وتم تغيير الغرفة والمشكلة مستمرة (التبريد ضعيف وصوت الهواء عالي). •في أحد التعليقات قرأت ان جرس الانذار رنّ أكثر من مره وفي فترة اقامتي رن ايضاً مره واحده ! (يقولون بسبب التدخين). •توجد رائحة سيئة بالمخدات (اتوقع جودتها أو سوء التخزين هو السبب) • ضغط الماء بدورات المياه ضعيف جداً. • الفندق بالموقع قريب من دبي مول ولكن تستغرق ١٠ دقائق بالسيارة وذلك للإزدحام بالمنطقة وكثرة الإشارات. •مخرج الفندق غالباً مزدحم وقت الصباح لضيق الشارع امام الفندق ووقوف السيارات بسبب الاعمال والشركات. •الفندق مناسب للعائلات. •عموماً بالنسبة لي الفندق ليش سيء ولكن التجربة لن تتكرر

Our stay experience at Park Regis started on a turbulent note as our bag full of passports and iPad was left in the taxi and luckily, Mr. Raju from the concierge team supported in filing a complaint at the RTA helpline and track the bag which was returned to us in the next 2-3 hours. The hotel was packed as we went during the Christmas holidays so we did not find the service up to the mark. The hotel is neat and clean and the staff seems friendly and cooperative, however I feel they should be better prepared to handle such a large influx of guests during peak holiday time as basic services like coffee mugs, hot milk were not replenished on time during the breakfast service. The concierge did not turn up to collect our luggage during check out even after repeated requests. I believe the hotel can do much better and has good potential to be one of the top star hotels of the city. Good people, decent stay, lacklustre service to sum it up in short.

Park Regis is a must-stay hotel in Business Bay, Dubai. The service was truly exceptional, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and polite, especially the Filipino lady. Another standout staff member was Linda, who consistently wore a warm and welcoming smile while performing her duties. However, I'm rating them with 3 stars due to an unfortunate observation during my six-day stay. There was a particular supervisor who repeatedly mistreated Linda. This mistreatment extended to body-shaming her in front of guests, using derogatory language about her weight, and other forms of verbal abuse. This occurred on several occasions, which was very disheartening and unpleasant. I was shocked and disappointed that no action seemed to be taken to address this issue. If this is how staff members are treated, it reflects poorly on the establishment. This was the only aspect of my stay that nearly marred an otherwise excellent experience. I strongly urge the hotel management to address this issue promptly.

Firstly, the insects I reported were not bed bugs but rather cockroaches. Secondly, I would like to clarify that I decided to stay in the same room after being offered complimentary parking for two days. My intention was not to take advantage of the hotel, but rather to be flexible and consider this suggestion as compensation for the inconvenience caused by the issue. Finally, there is no need to contact me further. My short stay at Park Regis Business Bay has been very pleasurable. I arrived in Dubai with an early red eye flight and wasn't really hoping for an early check in, but Mihiran from front desk made it happen quickly and he gave me a nice Burj Khalifa view room (with also a partial seaview). Room itself was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast has been good as well, maybe would have been nice to have a Lavazza Espresso coffee included. Staff has been amazing and they really provided top notch service. The already mentioned Mihiran and the bell captain Muhammad Zaheer assisted me with care and kindness, despite the fact I don't really look glamours or rich. In general, all the staff has been polite, kind and helpful.

‎ الفندق يعتبر متوسط من ناحية الإقامة؛ ليس متميز ولكن ليس سيء. الموظفين في غاية الأدب واللباقة وحُسن التعامل، خاصة الموظف (أحمد) في الاستقبال، ذو أسلوب راقي جداً في التعامل لم يعجبني عدم استطاعتهم حل مشكلة التكييف في مقر إقامتي رُغم اتصالي بالصيانة أكثر من 3 مرات وتم حضور الفني وأبلغني بأنها مشكلة فلاتر المكيف وكانت جداً مُتسخة وذهب لتنظيفها وأبلغته بأن المشكلة ليست من الفلاتر حيث أن الواضح هو عدم وجود غاز فريون ولكنه لم يأخذ بكلامي؛ واستمرت المشكلة حتى خروجي من الفندق (3 ليالي)! لوبي الفندق صغير أو معدوم بالأحرى، يحتاج إعادة تصميم. المسبح سيء جداً وصغير جداً ولا يصلح إلا للأطفال، الغريب أن المساحة المتوفرة كبيرة ولكن لم تُستغل جيداً! موقع الفندق غريب نوعاً ما، فهو يأتي عند بداية كُبري سيارات نادراً تستطيع إيجاد تاكسي بسهولة. سرير النوم في الغرفة غير مُريح أبداً.

Park Regis Business Bay Hotel is a hidden gem within the area. They have excellent and attentive staff especially when we are travelling with a toddler. Breakfast is really good and a wide variety. I would like to commend on Kamran from housekeeping team who helped kept my room spick and span and Raju from the concierge who is very quick and fast in getting our car from the carpark. During checkin at 6AM we didn’t book an extra night but the reception team was accomodative and we just have to pay AED 200 extra for the extra early check-in. Definitely recommend!

فندق جميل يقع في منطقة الخليج التجاري يوجد بداخله سوبر ماركت يمكن الوصول اليها ببساطة من داخل لوبي الفندق دون الحاجه للسير في الحر، لوبي الفندق بسيط وصغير لكن الغرف واسعة ونظيفة وجميلة واطلالاتها جميلة يوجد مسجد جميل جدا قريب من الفندق اهم مايميزه هو المسبح الداخلي حيث يمكن للاطفال السباحة فيه اثناء الصيف دون الخوف من حرق الشمس والحرارة العالية المنقذين في المسبح متعاونين جدا ولطيفين يوجد بعض الازدحام والتأخير احيانا عند استلام الغرف يوجد بالقرب منه مركز تسوق يحتوي على معظم مطاعم الوجبات السريعة كنتاكي ماكدونالدز... انصح به

The room itself was nice and clean. The bed was good to sleep on. But the shower could be more powerful. The toothpaste they give you was very tiny. I had to go and buy my own the restaurant room service was very poor. I only asked for a cup of ice to be sent to my twice it took over 45 minutes to give to me and some times they don't have a enough for a free cup of ice so they try and charge you for a bucket. It's only a small thing, but that is the sort of thing that would put you off from staying here again. Service is king.....

I have booked the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, but I had an issue with the bathrooms. Changed rooms 3 times because the bathrooms had a problem. I stayed there for two nights, wasting my time waiting for the technician to follow up on the bathroom faults. I came to rest, but I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. I wasted my time waiting for every technician to come into the room to fix the bathroom issue. I also experienced a delay in every service I requested from the front desk.

الفندق تعامله سيء وفي عامل اسمه PRAVEEN لا تتعاملون معه وخاصة لكنت سعودي يرفع الاسعار ويخليك تدفع فوق حجزك ولا مارح تدخل الغرفه وجلست ٣ ساعات في الاستقبال عشاني دافع من ابلكيشن وطلبو مني ادفع فوق حجزي ٦٠٠ ريال وطلبت مدير يتكلم عربي يقول مافي وصراحه اول واخر مره وانتبهو يدخلون الغرف اذا طلعتو بدون استاذن منك يقلون تنظيف وهم كذابين اخذو اغراض شخصيه لي وكلمتهم مافي اي تجاوب وطلبت منهم يرجعون للكاميرات يقول ممنوع وعطيته الوقت والتاريخ ولي اسبوع ادور وراهم مافي اي تجاوب ويحولني من شخص لشخص وفي واحد عربي يقول ماتسوى اغراضك عشان تطلب فيها وادق عليهم لين عرفو رقمي ومعد فيه اي تجاوب بختصار فندق سيء جدا

I arrived here really late and the staff was so friendly and made my stay really pleasant. At the end Zaheer helped me with all my package. A big thank you. In the morning I became coffee served and at the evening they made the best curry. Would choose it everytime again!

Hotel exceeded my expectations. The view from my room was SUPERB (pictures do the talking) as well as the amenities and comfortable bed. Two suggestions from my side are: 1) make the gym 5* as currently the equipment is old and 2) breakfast could be better in terms of offering natural meat rather than processed. Finally, Mehraan was superb - extremely helpful and even gave me a late check-out. Hotel highly recommended!

Stay was good and service. All staff was very cooperative. They promised me to give invoice of AED 75 tourism tax at the time of check out but they forgot. Actually I asked them the invoice the moment I paid and they said they will give it at check out.....but they didn't... Rest all is ok. But I need that invoice to claim it

Nice views to channel and burj. Room was nice and service was polite. Location is amazing to go to dubai mall even walking snd for the rest of Dubai for visit at taxi you can consider like in the middle of everything. Valet parking available. فندق جميل يقع في منطقة الخليج التجاري بدبي business Bay مساحة الغرف متوسطه وبخصوص الغرف المطله على على الخور ( البحر ) جميله خدمة اكثر من ممتازه من التيم العامل عدا موظف من الشمال الافريقي معاملته جداً جلفه وهذا يمثل نفسه لابد من الادارة المشغله للفندق اتخاذ مايلزم تجاه ذلك لكم مني كل تقدير .. اقامتي بالفندق كانت لمدة ٣ ايام بخصوف عمل كذلك احب ان انوه بأن مسافة الفندق الى المترو ( محطة الخليج التجاري ) حوالي ٢٠ دقيقه مشياً بالاقدام تزيد او تنقص من شخص لأخر .. كذلك يبعد عن برج خليفه حوالي ٢ كيلو متر

First time to take our breakfast in this hotel. I really loved the services of all the staff in the restaurant especially Mr. Kailash for his excellent service to the guest. Very hands on of the needs of each guest. Their breakfast is excellent too. There is a lot of variety and price is worthy. Highly recommended. A must try.

My stay here was fantastic and the service was impeccable. The rooms are well handled with care. From the front desk to the room service with a special mention for Michael. I do apologize for forgetting the names of the people from reception and for the concierge as well. Do watch out for rush hours as it will take time to get in if you get caught.

Be cautious while staying at this property. They overcharged me for the New Year’s party eve party and told me extra arrangement are being made as there are no seating. However, seatings were available. Yet another suspicious thing is how every hotel staff approaches you to mention their name on the hotel reviews. I have filed complaint against them with Dubai Tourist Police.

Our stay is very nice with great view and great service. As we have business near the hotel, being able to store luggage before and after check out is very helpful. The staff are all polite and Zaheer assisted us well with our luggage storage during check out.

It was pretty easy to get there and to get down town from here. We were a bit astounded though about 2adults and 2kids to sleep in 2 120cm beds. As we only arrived around midnight and were all tired we just wanted to go to bed. But the hotel nicely sorted it out the next day.

لقد اهتمو بنا جيداً تحياتي لنجلاء لقد منحوني غرفه واسعه في الادوار العلويه مطله على الابراج :برج خليفه ولسوى الحظ الزجاج متسخ الفندق ممتاج جداً هدوء تام و نظيف لديهم خدمات سبا و تصفيف الشعر لرجال و النساء سوبر ماركت قريب جدا و بداخله مغسلة ملابس عليه تسليم الملابس في فترة الصباح فقط لتتمكن من اخذها اليوم الثاني 20 درهم الى دبي مول عبر اوبر 23 درهم الى الفندق من دبي مول رغم سائقي اوبر يتعمدون في اخذ مسار اخر

After my recent experience, I must say that the staff at the hotel was exceptional. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially Mohamed at the front desk and the luggage team. Their service was truly amazing and made my stay all the more enjoyable.

The front staff is very rude and disrespectful specially towards Indians. The rooms are good and so is the location but felt very unwelcoming . The breakfast buffet is decent and worth the money. The front staff need training on hospitality for sure.

الفندق نظيف وموقعه كويس قريب من دبي مول، يعيبه مافيه تكاسي برا بسهولة لازم تطلب سيارة، ولا فيه مكينة قهوة، أخذت غرفتين نفس المواصفات بس وحدة طلعت أوسع من وحدة. لكن بصفة عامة اللي ماتهمه قعدة الأوتيل بيكون مناسب جدًا له. فيه صالون نسائي للشعر أسعاره كويسة وفيه سبا. والفطور جيد.

مكان رائع يستحق التجربه والاطلاله جميله قوبلت بخدمة رائعه من سعد وراجو

فندق مميز وجديد وسعره مناسب. أثاثه أنيق وخدمتهم سريعة وودوده. محمد وكمال ونجلا يحسسونك وكأنك ببيتك. نظافة الغرفة ودورة المياه شيء يستحق الإشادة. فيه مواقف للسيارات وقريب جداً من شاطيء لامير وسيتي ووك ودبي مول. حتماً سيكون خياري الوحيد عند زيارتي للمدينة المجنونة (دبي).

صراحه من اجمل الفنادق اللي بدبي فندق جميل ونظيف وموقعه قريب منك كل شي والموظفين يخدمونك بعيونهم وخاصه الاخ احمد المصري يحرجك بأسلوبه وراقي في تعامله انسان من كوكب ثاني الفطور جميل وفيه تنوع ما شاء الله كثير اما السلبيات التكيف موظف المطعم السوبر فايزر الفلبيني كررريه

معاملة سيئة من الاستقبال لدرجة غير متوقعة كأنك شخص بلا قيمة موظف الاستقبال ياشرلك على مكان الانتظار بدون حتى يطالع فيك ويقولك انتظرني اخلص الي بإيدي.. شي في حياتي ما صادفته فالفنادق موظف اسمه Sean الصراحة فاشل وبلا اي احترام

الصراحه الفندق ما يستاهل حتى النجمه تعاملهم سيئ جدا والنظافه سيئه و تعاملهم مع الزبائن بطيئ والخدمات ليست جيده

الفندق جميل وهادي اقمت 6 ايام وتمت ترقية الغرفه من قبل السيد كمال متوفر مواقف سيارات و ميني ماركت بجانب الفندق والنظافه ممتازه الفندق جيد لمن هو قادم لعمل في دبي وقريب نوعا ما من دبي مول ومدينة جميرا

فندق جديد وموقعه ممتاز وسعره معقول ولا زالت بعض الخدمات فيه غير متاحة مثل مركز الأعمال وأخرى تحت التحسين مثل سرعة الاستجابة من خدمة الغرف.. أقمت فيه لمدة ٥ أيام وبشكل عام أعطيه ٨ من ١٠

فندق غير احترافي وموظفي الاستقبال في غاية الوقاحة ، يتم تفضيل بدون ترتيب ، لا أنصح به أبداً ، وموقعه غير مناسب نهائياً ، لا أنصح به أبداً

الفندق رائع والموظفين محترمين اعطوني ترقيه لغرفه اطلالتها بانورامية كانت رائعة وجميله والسرير مريح لكن وسائد الرأس كانت كبيره بشكل مزعج

ذحين انا لو حجزت ٣ غرف هل يمكن يكون هناك ترقيه لانه جالس ادور فنادق ولفت نظري فندقكم

اشكر الاخوان .. في الاستقبال مهران.. وفي خدمه العملاء زهير.. شعرت معهم بحسن الضيافة
