The owner keeps coughing and does not wear a mask. The cashier is so slow, there were only 2 people in front of me but I waited for 15 minutes while she counted cash and cleared up file storage (and while the owner coughs continuous which is very concerning in the covid situation!)

Shop is amazingly stocked, reasonably priced and staff on tills and floor are extremely polite and friendly. However, the woman who works at the post office is super moody all the time,

Super moody elderly woman who serves at rhe PO Counter. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. A pity. Customer service skills really need to improve.
