I’d recommend Paengrum’s Books & Cafe to anyone in Bangkok searching for a cosy spot to enjoy a wholesome, home-cooked breakfast with the added pleasure of perusing an impressive collection of books and vintage postcards. Paengrum is incredibly sweet and friendly, and spending a morning at her cafe was easily one of my favourite experiences on this trip. Here are some gems I got to pick out of her collection! ♥️

Amazing little breakfast place with eclectic decor and very attentive service. Great stop for a quick morning bite and latte or Thai tea. Also sells international and Thai vintage postcards and books worth taking a look.

Lots of antique toys for kids to look at

Amazing small Unique cozy breakfast place. We had fried eggs which were prepare really good. And fine coffee to start your day. You Will be suprized by the book collection and all rare items. We even bought postcards and posted them in the same street. The experience is fun and the people are really nice.

ทางร้านบอกว่าทำสังขยาเอง เราเลยสั่งชิมดู บอกเลยว่ารสชาติคือดีงาม จนต้องสั่งเพิ่มเลยแหละ สังขยาชาไทยนี่หอมรสชาสุดๆ ส่วนสังขยาช็อคโกแลตนี่ก็เข้มข้น เป็นเมนูต้องห้ามพลาดเลย

ร้านอยู่ริมถนนตรงแยกนางเลิ้ง ฝั่งเดียวกับ ปณ.หลานหลวง เดินตรงมานิดนึง หน้าร้านไม่มีที่จอดรถ จอดรถหน้าร้านนี่เสี่ยงกับการโดนล็อคล้อสุดๆ สามารถจอดรถได้ที่การบินไทยตรงราชดำเนิน ภายในร้านมีขายหนังสือเก่า และ โชว์ของสะสมที่หาดูได้ยาก คนชอบของเก่าๆไม่ควรพลาดในการมาร้านนี้

Nettes Cafe in welchem viele Bücher ausgestellt sind, auch Postkarten aus aller Welt kann man hier kaufen. Die Besitzer sind sehr, sehr freundlich und der Kaffee ist lecker

I was looking for a place to rest after visiting the bookshops along this alley. I was delighted to find this cozy cafe. The shop has toys, books and postcard from days gone by. The plum soda drink is the best medicine for a hot day. The service is the best.

This is the loveliest cafe in Bangkok! The owner of the cafe is so kind and friendly. I really like the vintage decoration. The coffees were really nice. I hope to come back again one day!
