Some real lack of common sense, my item was arranged to arrive at this collection point, foolish shop owner refused item twice. Says they don’t recognise the name. Of course you don’t fool, you cant memorise all customers names who come to pick up their items. ITS MENT TO BE A COLLECTION. avoid

This store is selling fake Kinder eggs and passing them off as the genuine product. The plastic inner egg which should contain a toy or treat is completely empty! Spoken to extremely rudely when I raised it with them. Avoid if you don't want disappointed children!

This is the worst convenience store in Marks Gate- they sell expired goods and the lady that works here is so rude and racist. AVOID at all costs! If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Man is nicer than the lady. However avoid the shop at all costs, loads of out of date and gone off products. Lady is rude and disrespectful, will take my business elsewhere.

The Women that works at padnall stores is the rudest stale faced person Iv ever met. Never smiles and extremely unhelpful. Only excepts sending parcels when it suits her.
