It's social distance-y safe because it's ghostly empty. It is very clean, except the doorways smell a bit of human waste (homelessness crisis, etc.), so hold your breathe on entry :-(. Not much more to say while COVID times are with us. Very quiet. Too bad that they've lost stores including cafěs/restos, anchoring Barnes & Noble and, puzzlingly, J Crew. Wha?! There are almost no local businesses, telling me that rents here must be absurdly high. Yay Corporate USA! It's a bright, pleasant, Saturday-night filled space, especially after their recent remodel. There is still a good multiplex AMC theatre for film here. Lululemon's overpriced offerings? Here, too. And, overrated, overpriced but decent, especially for carnivores Din Tai Fung restaurant, among the others.

The mall is a ghost town. Second and third floors are practically vacant. Barnes and Noble is gone Majority of restaurants have closed. Little reason to visit. Update - most of the stores on the first floor are closed now too. A series of recent stabbings and shootings three blocks from the mall have left the building mostly vacant. 2022 Update. Things are so bad at this mall that they've failed to pay for their website hosting services. There website no longer works! 2023 Update : This is the best mall in the world. Full of stores. Amazing. Nope, still empty. Just echoing some of the other , paid by owner, five star reviews.

Very fun. They show movies on large screens on the top floor. The establishment prefers you stay in one theater for the entire duration of your stay, and that you do not sample a little of each movie showing. Popcorn is served for a large fee, but there is a water fountain free of charge in case of thirst. The bathrooms are single gendered and on opposite sides of the theater from each other which is hard if your child or any members of your party happen to be transgender, or have to urinate badly. The staff were mostly nice, and the building is beautiful forever. AMEN. THE END

This "shopping center" is nearly dead. I don't know why some reviewers give it four or five stars without comment, or a brief generic comment like, "This place is great!" Maybe they're getting paid by the Pacific Place owner to try and prop up the rating. Lol. Anyways, there is nothing here to make it four or five star-worthy. The only real places of interest are the AMC theater, Din Tai Fung, and Haidilao Hot Pot. That's why I give it two stars. Without those places, this shopping center would definitely get one star. Pacific Place was much better before the renovation.

Mix-use bldg. right downtown. I am giving it a 4 for Din Tai Fung's presence in the bldg.. Other dining options are Thai Ginger, Johnny Rockets, a Hotpot and Chowder restaurants. There is AMC movie theaters as well and even a Tiffany's! It is clean and the 2x we went there, was not crowded at all. There were quite a few boarded up/closed retail spaces, understandable due to the pandemic effect. For tourists like us, a great spot for pictures on the ground floor by one of the entrances/exits. Backdrop provided simply too good to pass.

Oops! It's summer, it's Seattle, it's buzzing with tourists and this place is going through some tenant improvements renovations. Really? What happened? Translate the lost revenue into $$$ and one could feel the pain. Irrespective of ongoing tenant improvements, this place is a great Seattle stop for its light filled atrium, variety of brand name stores, restaurants, a movie theater, brewery and simply the experience that is unique from the street life outside. It's almost a refuge from the intensity of life on the streets outside.

This mall is so quiet, whispers will be heard. Theatre doesn't have public washroom, they require a ticket. Aside from eateries the "shopping" here doesn't exist. It looks great, but just too empty. As for parking, the lot will charge you after your stay before exit instead of upon entry. Also, this place really attracts... interesting people. Be careful, some dude starting belly dancing in front of a couple enjoying their burger at johnny rogers. Yikes. Definitely will not visit again, if not for Din Tai Fung, and the cookie shop.

I've been coming here most of my life for one reason or another. When it slowly declined and all the shops started to leave it was honestly a bit sad to watch. Once I heard/saw they were doing all this remodeling I thought it would be nice to have a mall-like situation downtown again. Post-remodel I'm a little confused what the point was since it's mostly vacant still except for the movie theater on the top floor. I'm sure you must be trying but get some shops in there folks...

After redecorating, the atrium space looks brighter and more modern, I would say it's quite a pleased place to hang out with your friends. However, there were not lots of people when I went there because of Coronavirus, everything looked very deserted maybe also because AMC was still closed. Anyway, I hope this place can recover as soon as possible. (By the way, the chowder restaurant is still opening, taste as good as before, but you can only pick up the order).

High end shopping. The food court is on the fourth floor. Not the most convenient thing in the world. I ate at pike chowder. I require gluten free put of necessities over choice. I requested gluten free options. Unfortunately staff didn't take my requests to seriously and provided and answer to answer my questions. Luckily I had spoke to staff prior and had told me the Manhattan chowder was gluten free. Unable to sign in the free wifi

It's alright... but it's now the type of place you yo to if you know for sure that you want something specific from one of the few remaining stores. Out of 5 floors, the most full floor is only about half full, there are two floors that only have a couple of shops left. It is a very nice place, well kept, very clean and I feel safe being in there (truly an accomplishment given the current condition of downtown Seattle as a whole)

Pacific Place Mall is BEAUTIFUL! The center open atrium area is filled with lots of light and has a gorgeous hanging mobile in the middle. The mall has a clean and inviting atmosphere, and they host wonderful community events and workshops. I look forward to seeing downtown Seattle come alive again after the pandemic and Pacific Place mall becoming the booming epicenter of food, fun, gathering, and creating.

I love going to Johnny Rockets, but this this location is just too cramped. It gets to many people and can only seat so many people, not to mention they are severely understaffed from when I visited. Hopefully, they will get more staff working at this location soon. Also disappointed that they no longer do the nickel machines to change the music and that it's all operated through your cellular device.

Pacific Place has undergone renovations over the past couple years to make it seem more appealing inside, but I think it just feels sterile now. Many of the most interesting stores are gone, and the unusual pop up fashion spots that are there now are kinda pricey. The parking deck is still useful, free if you're a motorcycle, and most of the restaurants remain on the top floor near the AMC theater.

This place is severely understaffed. There were only three people working and a line out the door when we visited. I felt bad for the employees who were running around like crazy trying to keep up. They were really nice but since they were very overworked, things were kind of missed. The food wasn't super great either. Overall, it was okay but this restaurant really needs more help and staffing.

It's a decent store in an excellent location. Really, parts are still under construction... otherwise, 5 stars. Although all of their stores are great, the top floor has great restaurants and a movie theater with contemporary hits. This is a great place to spend a couple of hours, and even more if you plan to eat or watch a movie. They currently have some holiday specials going on.

They renovated this place and still not finished with some of it. Most of the shops are not open yet but you can go to the great dining places inside like Din Tai Fung, Hai Di Lau, Johnny Rockets, Pike's Place Chowder and Thai restaurant. There is an AMC at the top floor where you can see a movie too. I can't wait for the shops to open. This place is so clean, nice and classy.

It's now basically a parking garage and a movie theater on the top floor. It's really sad I used to love coming here. I have been coming here since it was built . Currently it looks like a morgue most shops are gone or are closing renovations seem to be taking a long time . Read a couple "recent" reviews that can't be true since the mall has been in this state for a while now.

Consider this mall as a parking lot plus amc and nothing more. Post pandemic this mall has become very secluded and people barely visit it . This is in the middle of Seattle downtown. Most often I myself come here only for amc to watch movies . Otherwise I would totally avoid it . Mid ight cookies is another place to come for. Otherwise you can avoid this mall . .

If you are going fir the pre pandemic experience of lots of high end shops, restaurants and fun forget it. It is now a remodeled shell that looks like a mental institution. You can hear you own voice and it is so sad. It is still a good parking garage with access to Nordstrom so I guess it has a purpose?? Lol! So sad what has happened to our downtown.

Really quaint place if you do WFH....but there's isn't a lot of stores anymore or at all.....only place for Lululemon in seattle as far as I know, and I'm hoping AMC theaters is here to stay, the transients make it a little interesting but I feel like if you don't work from home then thus place is more a waste of space with a lot of light

Great place for after the movies or before depending on your time availability. We always eat at the Hamburger place Jonny Rockets? I think. The fries are always great and the burgers do not disappoint. They're incredible. My son loves the hotdogs and fries. I opt for the burger...and eat off of his fries...he hates that …

It is a really nice shopping center with a lot of boutique stores and Barnes and Noble. There is a movie theater on the top floor. Though it is expensive to park because the stores don't validated the ticket. Currently being renovated. They do have late night restaurants that are still open for quick pickup.

In the heart of downtown, this AMC theater was once a jewel, when new, it was unique and beautiful. Now, it has wear, been somewhat neglected (avoid the restrooms if you can) and seems to have suffered from the pandemic, still the movies are first run, the concessions are tidy and the staff are friendly.

This is the worst shopping center in Seattle, I am convinced. Many stores I haven't heard of, and many are just boarded up but in a glamorous way. Feels like a big empty unused space. The pillars of plants are cool tho. And the theatre is nice. And of course Din Thai Fung is here. Lights in the dark.

Pacific Place is an interesting mall. It's very low-key and not flashy from the outside. However, the stores are much, much better on average than nearby Westlake Center. There are also a few good restaurants, while the food at Westlake is uninspiring. I plan to visit again next time I'm in Seattle.

Pacific Place has a beautiful interior after their re-model, but I really only find it useful for parking. Great, easy parking for downtown, but most of the best stores left and are now vacant, leaving empty room. Barnes & Noble used to be the centerpiece of Pacific Place, but now it’s gone.

It was renovated before the lockdown and it was beautifully done. Some stores remained open throughout and are doing more business now. It needs more stores to open, including a place to eat and drink on the ground floor. People are wanting to shop and there's not much open.

I've only been to the theater here...and it is OK I guess. It's an AMC theater...only big budget blockbusters get any screen time here. I personally do not like the feel of major chains...I much prefer an independent cinema that focuses on the b-rate counterculture films.

Wow.. so sad. This place used to be alive and full of energy. Rona and Inslee killed this place. Hard to tell if it will come back or if they should just let use it for an indoor tent city.. at least that would get them off the sidewalks.. downtown sure has gone to hell.

Walked over to this place to do some shopping, only to find that most of this mall is closed or in transition. Anything open was sitting at the upper most level, just a couple of restaurants. Din Tai Fung and a decent theater are the only redeemable factors.

Pros: This Place is amazing. It’s like a wonderland with a lot of levels. I got a great deal at Nordstrom’s and Clark’s! The Art Deco was inspiring despite the renovations. Cons: Limited dining choices, but “Pike Place Chowder” was delicious!

This place is massive and beautiful. If you are down at pikes place and just need to get some place warm or dry i recommend walking the few blocks here. There is so much going on inside this place that you have to see it to truly believe it.

Fun mall with lots of fun photo ops. Good food choices, we love Din Tai Fung and Midnight Cookie Co. It’s the perfect place for date night- dinner and a movie. the movie theater has two stories, each floor has its own concession bar!

1st in theater movie in nearly 18 months. Space was clean and well maintained. Lots of room between all parties. Tickets had to be purchased online in advance. All in all a good experience. So nice to get out with just a few friends.

We stay in Westin hotel. It just 5 min walk to Pacific Place Mall. It should be a nice upscale shopping mall but it was half empty. The whole downtown Seattle half of the retail was closed down. Beautiful city but looks sad!

Currently a work in progress due to construction. The pandemic plus the construction drove out most of the stores. It’s eerily empty now and hopefully will be back soon. There’s still a cinema upstairs and some restaurants.

Beautiful building, but this mall has absolutely withered in recent years. Most of each floor is entirely empty. There are still many restaurants and several boutiques, but it is a shadow of what it was 5 years ago.

It is decent but not nearly as much is available as there used to be. Eerily kind of a ghost town in the food court area, I felt terrible for that Ginger restaurant when we were the only ones there for half an hour!

Extremely clean, high end Mall with good food options. A few empty spots. It would be a shame if Seattle lost such a nice Mall, as have many cities. I believe Seattle is"urban centric" enough to keep such a jewel.

Looks slow as far as population but a cozy location near pike place to get Indian food . I haven't been in yet. But I think they have T.Vs for some games. It's not like a sports bar at all more like a restaurant

More recommend for spring and and fall. Expect a crowd of slow walkers hobbling directly in front of you and some where nearby a child's cry ringing in your ear. Great place to find gifts for loved ones.

Molly moon cookies are pretty delicious! Also had dinner at the seafood place. Had the salmon chowder bread bowl, so good! I think they are planning on making some changes soon ish to the mall itself.

This place has changed so much. Not a whole lot of stores left after the looting from a few years back. It looks so empty now. It's so sad to see how it's never going to be the same as it was before.

Definitely not worth to shop here the biggest store they had was Nordstrom everything else was empty as you can see from the photos not worth the time to go here as business is obviously slow.

It's a short cut from 4th to 5th/pike to pine where you can avoid getting bludgeoned by a hammer or getting wet, all while warming up for a minute! Is that Yo-yo Ma playing over the PA system?

We bought the AMC tickets ahead of time, and I took my grandkids to see SPIDERMAN, SPIDERVERSE!!! We had a great time and no one complained about them being too loud!!!❤️❤️

This mall reminded me of another mall back home (Sunrise Mall in California). Mostly dead but being held on by a few stores. In this case, the random Tiffany's and AMC.

Not a lot of options. I thought there would be more things to see. West lake is more fun but they are right next to each other so stop by if you want to check it out.

A well positioned mall with easy access to the light rail and monorail. Plenty of options for food, stores and a theater on the top floor. Also it’s pretty clean.

For tourists-Mall closes early as per the time but restaurants inside will stay open so you can still go in. Good food options. Thai Ginger, Din Tai Fung etc.

It was very clean and had some pretty good food options. Most of them are sit down restaurants though, so make sure to plan for that if you plan to get food.

More than half of the stores here are closed. Otherwise, gorgeous Central atrium. This mall is empty. So if you want a quiet, relaxing space then come here.

A very nice place for shopping. The place has small boutique stores to big brands. You will also few nice eating places in the shopping center.

As of today (2019/11) it's pretty much a construction site, but some good restaurants are open already on the top floor, with more to come.

This mall is definitely coming back! I love the new installations, but love that classics like Johnny Rockets and the AMC are still here!

Looks nice, but beyond the AMC there isn’t much in terms of attraction and there is alot of vacany (about half the bays).

It was great service. The food was excellent! The prices are good, not too expensive like in neighbourhood restaurants .

We had an amazing lunch here at Din Tai Fung. The wait staff were perfectly attentive and the food was amazing.

They only have MMs and beef jerky. I wish I was kidding. They also have old fabric chairs that smell so weird.
