They are always committed to our goals and help us in achieving it. My target was to reduce around 3-4 kgs weight within a month, so my personal trainer Mrs. Tahira Khan helped me achieving my goal, while taking Membership my weight was 94.60 and within 1 month it is 91.55 kgs ie I reduced 3.05 kgs in a month. Their trainings are also very systematic. Overall all the trainers are friendly and supportive, towards the workout session.

It's a nice gym with most of the amenities, situated on main S.V Road, Parle west. All the heavy weight machines are located on ground floor and cardio equipments on first. The area is well ventilated and doesn't feel like congested. Also, there are many trainers on the floor to guide you.
