Recommended to go only if you wanna pay POSH price for non-POSH service. I was looking for a place that could accommodate 4 persons at the same time, to book for my sis (the bride) and her bridesmaids. I was glad to find POSH was available, as I remember I had a really good experience there, but very long ago in year 2012. I hope they still maintained their level of service, and didn't mind the POSH price to give my sister a memorable time with her bridesmaids. I made the booking on 23 Dec 2021 for 8 Jan 2022 at SS2 branch. On the day, 2 arrived on time, and 2 of us were late, because of traffic, and we were very well punished by the staff. We were told that they only had one nail artist, so out of 4, only 1 could do nail art, as I did not mention how many people wanted nail art when I made my booking (but how many would actually do this?). And they had other customers coming in after us, which we observed only 2. The team did not seem too enthusiastic about their work, and we all felt like they were just going through the motions. No welcome greeting, no smiles, we did not feel welcomed but more like burdening them. For me personally, I still have very rough skin on my cracked heels after the pedicure, so it wasn't a good job done. Thank goodness the staff that did the manicure for the bride still did a good job and my sister was happy with the results. In conclusion, none of us truly enjoyed the session as we did not have a spa-like experience, and all 4 of us agreed we would not be keen to re-visit nor recommend to our friends.

I have never posted a bad review online but have had 2 unsatisfactory sessions here. (1) If you do not choose OPI, the nail polish quality may leave little to be desired (2 in my group had theirs smudged almost immediately). Have not had this issue with other salons. (2) Once you have signed up for the package, be wary of them trying to deplete your balance with the most expensive spa treatments subsequently without any heads up before the treatment. This may not have happened to a regular customer (e.g. I would have clarified upfront) but a non-regular customer may fall victim to this (e.g. an elderly person who is not familiar with the range of services - this happened). A professional salon would have explained and confirmed the treatment upfront before proceeding. So although others may have had a good experience here but am sharing this to warn others of the above.

absolutely horrible. i went in for a gel removal, and my nails were thinned almost to the point of breaking. they only use a nail file and shave off your nail, no gel remover or acetone at all. the nail where i tore off the gel was still thicker than the nails they removed the gel from. prices are entirely a scam for the services offered. an extra 20 for shaping, an extra 35 for cat eye polish. application of the cat eye polish was sloppy and looked nothing like the design on the sample. colour was entirely wrong and i wouldn’t be surprised if the wrong one was used. nails were left in the uv curer for far too long and it felt like my feet were burning (smelled like it too.) absolutely terrible, this is the 2nd time i’ve had this experience. 100% would NOT recommend. massive scam!

While we are quite satisfied with the manicure, price, and overall ambience, the service / attitude of the staff from the beginning put a dampener on the entire experience. Upon reaching, someone opened the door for us but not a single one of the four staff called out a greeting of any sort; extremely peculiar, unreceptive behaviour for a business. I don't need particularly friendly, talkative manicurists, but even the minimum level of expected courtesy was not met throughout our session. They were friendlier to a regular customer who entered the store later. Maybe the difference in main spoken language made them less comfortable but this is hardly the way to hold fast to potential repeat customers. We did not feel welcomed and will not be back.

Great service by the team here . It was my first time coming here. I came around 5.20pm and parking was easy to find. Was greeted with a warm welcome from Batti. Had a great service for my indulgence mani pedi by Batti and another lady. It’s the small things that really made the service great - the warm welcome , the drawing of curtains for a sense of privacy for each customer , how Batti would move when it’s the left or right hand to be done - don’t have to put both hands on one arm chair - sometimes of course due to space I’d put on one arm chair but no issues :) The hand &feet scrub + warm towel was great! I’ll definitely come back to this branch again to get mani pedi done . ☺️

The lovely owner Serene was beyond amazing. I had a gel mani pedi emergency (last salon screwed them up) and she slot me in at the very last minute despite the fact that its now the peak season for CNY! Thank you so much! Service is excellent, I had Ming Fong for my gel pedi and she paid so much attention to getting my toe nails done properly. She’s super friendly too! So is the other lady who did my gel mani! What I also love about this place is there’s no hard sell, clean and cozy and the atmosphere is a happy one. Highly recommend this place and definitely will be back!

It's my first time here at POSH NAIL SPA, and I have to say the service is tip-top and the nail technician really knows what I want! Just look for Carmen and request any nail designs that you desire, and she will be able to meet your needs. Apart from that, the sanitization for each visitors are also done accordingly, making customers feel safe and secure. The place is also so relaxing, and the aroma is sooo therapeutic!! Will definitely be a repeat customer. 10/10 highly recommended!

I always have good experience at this spa. I don't live around here but every year when I visit my mom, I am sure to come for a pedicure or two during my month long visit. It appears to be different employees each year but they have good people working for them. The place is a bit pricey but that's to be expected at SS2. I believe you can get better price if you buy package. I never do since I won't get to use it.

Not a friendly place. 3 of us went at the same time. My son was the last to get his pedicure done and only had 40 min instead of 60 min. Mine was done in 30 min, the rest of the 60 min was left to sit still and wait for the vanish to cure. My husband’s session ran for just over 60 min but was hushed to finish off by another attendant in the shop. Overall rating one star from me.

Came here for the manicure for my ROM. They have shortage for the manicurist, so better to have an appointment. Service here very nice, and spent almost 2 hours for my simple design. Really worth it as now almost 1 week but the nail still nice. So really worth it. Luckily I make manicure , as close up photography on the hand really nice .

They were quite full on a weekday afternoon, would recommend an appointment. WhatsApp was responsive and calls were picked up. Manicurist that was assigned to me was not the best, I said short nails and I got really short perhaps I should have elaborated or she should have showed a sample after cutting one nail. Other than that it was ok

Second time getting mani pedi done here. Arrived slightly late due to the traffic but they were kind enough to be extremely accommodating. Gel nail art was done by Ming Fong and pedi was done by Sally. The service provided by them were good. The place looks clean, neat and tidy. SOP for covid was top notch. Highly recommend!

Service is OK but it is a bit overpriced. For RM175 i didnt get much for my foot spa. Went to another nail service place in BU and was only charged RM118 for the foot spa, plus they even gave a massage and a pedicure. Think they really need to re-look their charges. Maybe if it was just RM100 it would have been OK.

My regular nail place as it’s only 2 mins away from my workplace. Value for money if you take up their packages. Parking is never really a problem around here. Excellent mani and pedi service with really good quality of nail polishes used. not forgetting their staff who always go out of their way

The service here is good. I made my appointment on the day itself and even though it was a hectic week the person on the line managed to fit me in the schedule. The lady who did my nails was very nice, she was very gentle too. Overall, I am very satisfied. Will definitely come back again!

Went for a gel manicure and it was easy enough to book an appointment and find a parking lot at 3:30pm on a Tuesday. A little bit on the expensive side (RM 125) but the nail technician did a thorough job. Includes tea, hand moisturising and massage afterwards, and gel removal.

They charged me RM195 for gel mani and it’s not even nice at all. Didn’t even clear the cuticles. No pre mani before colouring. They charge my friend for RM150 for mani pedi WITHOUT COLOUR and not even any gel or anything. This all happened in less than 5 days

I have heels cracked and my first thought is to come to POSH for the heels treatment. The service provided is excellent and the girls are very friendly and patience. I am glad that I came to POSH and would recommend those who have heels crack to POSH.

Very experienced manicurists available in Posh Nail Spa. They are very helpful in providing recommendations on what colour matches my skin colour and what designs suits for my events. Love my nails so much after going to Posh Nail Spa ss2 !!!

Elegant and clean. Not too crowded. Service was excellent. I went there with my grandfather for a pedicure. They're took care of him well. Their work is neat and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience including the hand scrub and massage.
