The worst physiotherapy centre. Please don't get fooled seeing reviews. Rather than focusing on root cause of the problem they just concentrate on only knots removal. Example is me , I visited the center seeing all good reviews. I had a issue with right neck pain , they said there's a knot and tried removing it through high pressure ultrasound , took for continues 3 days and I had hell pain than before. The very next day I started getting pain in my left neck with earache and headache. So I discontinued the treatment but again after with good hopes I went to take therapy again. Therapist again treated saying there's muscles tightness by putting pressure and gave me hopes. On the third day of my therapy I started getting more pain and pain aggravated to my face too. Because of the therapy I took I dunno what went wrong I am suffering like hell daily with neck , face , earache and severe headache. And I am a mother of 3 months old kid. Please do not visit this centre. They just ruined my health badly by diagnosing wrongly.

I went for physiotherapy to physio X10 in vijaynagar, near attiguppe metro station for treating L4 and L5 bulge problem. I had too much pain when I went there. I met Dr. FAHAMIDA who paitiently listened to my problemand promised me to solve it in next 15 days. She started ultrasound and ift along with few exercises. carefully dealt with my problem professionally and with most care. Dr.Fahamida gave personal attention to all my queries and problem that I had. THIS doctor is very good at observation of the problem and giving timely solution to it. She also corrects our sitting , walking and postures which helped me very much in changing my long term practice. I sincerely advise everyone to contact her for all your pain related issues. I thank Dr. Fahamida for treating me with patience and care.

<11-Aug> I want take a moment to thank Dr.Subodh who personally contacted me after reading my 6th Jul feedback and requested me to come over to clinic as he wanted to personally check and take corrective action. After diagnosing the pain on my chest ribs, he said there is some tenderness & he personally took me in his car to the Ortho hospital for x-ray to clear the doubt of any hairline fracture and it turned to be fine. I appreciate his time and courtesy for getting acted upon swiftly on my 6th Jul feedback. Thank you so much! *<6-Jul: Feedback>* I had visited last week for a backpain and was diagnosed by Dr.Bikash but ended up having severe pain on chest ribs due to the pressure he put to do the back cracking. I am unable to move, sit or bend due to chest ribs severe pain.

I would like to share my personal experience of the physio X10. I had been to consult about physio rehab for my post ACL arthroscopic surgery almost after 6 months. I had stiffness in the knee and was facing difficulty for my daily life activities. Dr. Subodh and Sushil was the one who made sure to get back my daily activities very smoothly. Clinic is well maintained but not that spacious but affordable price and individual care is taken which is at most priority that one can give to you. I appreciate for there awareness in the people about physiotherapy and other stuff. All the best for your team and way to go ahead with more successful reviews cheers.

Superb! Karma is superb! I was quite anxious starting physio, as I Had compression fracture (vertebrae), but she made me feel comfortable and her treatment helped me significantly. She’s very attentive to patient’s needs, and figured out what my problems were very quickly. The atmosphere in the clinic is great overall. Would highly recommend this clinic, as the practitioners are kind, courteous, and dealt with all my inquiries in a professional manner. Received treatment for my back and exercises I could do from home. I Would definitely be coming back here. Last but not the least, Dr. Fahmida and Dr. Subodh are very knowledgeable and very efficient.

Before I came to Physio X10 I was in terrible pain in shoulder Doctors had suggested me for arthroscopic surgery But at Physio X10 clinic I met Dr Subhodh and I am very thankful to Dr Subhodh Sir for figuring out of my shoulder pain treatment. I went there with muscle aches which made me totally immobile. I thank Shrujana who completely removed the muscle knots Then I shifted to morning session since I had a relaxed time. The experience was so soothing. Fahmidha was so patient and gave individual attention. She was so strict in correcting my mistakes. She taught every exercise so well. I had15 days therapy. Now I continue all the exercises so religiously. What a transformation in 15 days. She instilled confidence and that really works. Thank you Fahmidha for all that you did. I'm an athletic runner I was practicing in basaveswarnagar last 6years iwas not having any pain till 6years but one time I was practicing the leg was twisted but I not told to my dad for last 1year but he was observing me I was not running correctly but one day he asked I said the truth and I shown for sports hospital they gave tablets for one week but it was not went he suggested to go for PHYSIO X10 in vijaynagar Dr.RAHUL has treated me so well and make me better and IAM feeling so better and you want to must visit him.

I consulted physio x10 for my dad's intervertebral disc prolapse issue when we had almost lost hopes and was planning for surgery. It was very kind of Dr. Subodh who checked the MRI reports immediately and explained me the scenario. My dad had 8mm disc bulge in LS and was unable to walk or even sit for few minutes due to shooting pain in the leg. After 23 sessions of physio therapy by Dr. Karma who was very supportive now he is able to almost get back to normal. Thanks for the amazing service.

Doctor over there are very professional .Dr.subodh helped me to diagnosis trigger point on my groin region which was radiating to back to hip .Even MRI report was normal. I had been to this clinic for my shoulder pain and am very satisfied by the treatment given to me by the doctors. Dr. Subodh identified the root cause for my pain and suggested a 10 day session and follow up which really helped me alot. I had a shoulder injury. After visiting few doctors and they adviced me to take surgery but one of my friend suggested this physio clinic,Fathima and karma explained in depth about the injury and gave excellent treatment. I had cervical pain in my neck after visiting this center all my neck pain reduced. Here they will make us to do exercises first and then the therapy for the problem we have within a week my neck pain got reduced and now im feeling much better. Recieved physiotherapy treatment for my cervical spondylitis. Doctor did assessment and then explained my condition. I was amazed to see knowledge and experience of Dr. Subodh. This doctor misguided me from last 2 years they dont know how to treat n just simply they do therapy they will take money into their pocket they spoiled my health. i had vitamin d problem but this person said lumber lordosis. Detailed analysis is done on the pain and the root-cause of pain. Sushil sir has a lot of patience and treats the pain in the first 3 days and then guides on the exercises to be performed for the rest of the days. Subodh sir is at his best providing detailed treatment and guidance.

they dont know correct physio for critical situation go 3-4 days u ll realise.better to go experinced person not this fellow clinic.thats why senior is taklu lier their staffs are literally uneducated. no doctors r der only senior taklu completed physiotherapy but he is lier.
