I have always shopped Pandora online and had my purchases shipped to my house. Well unfortunately this Christmas Eve I had to make actual purchase inside the store and being new to using Apple Pay I was unaware that I had to move funds into my Apple Pay card to process the transaction…. Well after two attempts The cashier that was working with me gave me directions on how to get the Apple Pay to work to try again buy the 3rd time declined again and a notification popped up that said I needed verify I was of fact attempting making the transactions and it wasn’t fraudulent which I did …. By now the manager Diane or Diana came over and the cashier explained the situation as I was logging into my account verifying that I was trying to make the almost $500 purchase. We tried one more time and it still declined…. At this point I asked if I could just go online and purchase the items I selected online and select pick up and shop at the Pandora location I was at and the manager said no we are no longer doing that today…. Even though while waiting in line 45 minutes to get into the store there were people outside in a separate line doing just that …. So I just decided to give up pay with cash or card while the Manager was standing not even 2ft from me talking to another sales associate about how if it kept declining then I obviously did not have to money to purchase the items which I Ultimately did on my one of my Debit cards. Shame on Pandora for putting such a thoughtless, rude and unprofessional person in a management position that would be so Judge mental and talk about a customer to another employee right in front of that paying customer. Never will spend another dime at Pandora. I will just stick with James Avery moving forward. They always have the best customer Service and are always extremely polite.

I am being nice by giving my experience even one star. I walked into the store and stopped. I expected a sales person to see me and ask me if I needed help. There were 2 to 3 young women helping one family with a purchase. There was a girl at the cash register that made eye contact with me. I was looking for something special for my mother. My father was in the hospital and my mother is with him so he is unable to get out to purchase my mothers birthday gift. My daughter is a Pandora believer for its value and quality. She is the one that gave me the idea. I was finally approached by the young girl at the register behind the counter. When I say behind the counter I need to add that there is no one that she is helping. Okay to I tell her my story and tell her that money is no object. No response from her at all. I tell her that my mother likes diamonds and a lot of shine. Still no help or the desire to lead me to an area. I end up buying a beautiful bracelet with a few more items. Okay so while I am looking at the product I get a very strong urge to just walk out of the store. Have you ever had this feeling? Had I not needed to purchase this gift on this day then I would have. Okay so I tell her this is what I would like to get and walk up to the counter and as I am standing there another sales person walks behind her (looks like she just either got there or had gone to lunch) and glares at me as I am paying. I can still see her eyes in my mind. Least to say as a business owner myself I will never be back to this store. Absolutely horrible sales staff for such a beautiful product. Very disappointed! It is very seldom that I write reviews.

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR I WOULD. When I came in some chubby lady with pink hair was helping me. At first I was just looking around and then I decided to look for a ring I told the lady that I was looking for a ring but she was talking to her co workers ignoring me seeing that I was standing right in front of her. She helps me find a ring and I told her I didn’t know my ring size and she looked annoyed , then not only that but I ask her how can she tell the size of my ring just to start a conversation and she with a tone like I’m stupid tells me it’s in side the ring . After that I told her that I was looking for a specific bracelet but then the pulls out thin tennis bracelets that I didn’t want because I already had all of them so I told her no that’s fine , and then I pay for my rings but then my spouse tells me that he would pay for some earrings and so I apologize to the lady and I ask if I could look at earrings and she just looks at me and we both pause…the worst part is that she tells her other coworker to help me out.And the co worker in front of me was asking her what’s wrong .And when her coworker checked me out she also treated so poorly just because the girl didn’t like me ..For some reason I didn’t know why she got upset or why I was treated like so poorly if she didn’t want to help me out she could’ve just said that to my face .

This is not a good store. Getting inside and waiting in a line is difficult enough, then you receive poor service once you get inside. But the real reason for this review is what happened after the purchase. The girl who sold me my ring told me after the sale that my ring wasn’t actually the size I asked for (my size was out of stock) after I noted it was sliding on my finger. She assured me it’d be fine. It was not fine. The ring sat on my counter for over 2 weeks because I couldn’t wear it. I finally felt like returning it, this time the store closer to where I live. When I walked in, the lady gave a little chuckle and said she’d heard bad things about the Willowbrook location and that the girl rung my ring up for TWO sizes bigger than I purchased. It finally hit me that essentially what she was saying is that if any store chose to question my return, the ring and the receipt would not match. This made me FURIOUS. I’m not sure who runs this location, but they all seriously need to be retrained on their job duties and how to work with customers not just hit a sales goal. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION

My first time in a Pandora store and it was wonderful! Debbie was extremely patient with me as I had tons of questions and was quite unsure of what to get my mother-in-law. It was pretty late during the week when I went in so I was pretty apprehensive about the service I would get. The store was really busy, no surprise there as it was the week before mother's day. Debbie made some great reccomendations and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I did not feel rushed and she was attentive and focused on me the entire time. She must have looked through 10 of those drawers to find the types of charms I wanted! The only negative thing I could say was the card reader ipads were not working properly, so there was a bit of a wait there. I was really surprised to come here and find negative reviews about her. Maybe she turned over a new leaf? Anyway, I will be going back to this store to pick out my own bracelet soon and I will look for her.

This Pandora store needs to do better. My experience was just blah, it’s wasn’t like some of the other reviews that I’ve read about this store. But they def do not make your experience worth it. People come here to buy something that will be with them always and it means something to them. People should be treated better at this store. There was a customer next to me and her husband was buying her first bracelet and they were treated really poorly. The lady behind the counter acted like she didn’t want to help them. The people that work there act like you are bothering them. If you don’t want to interact with people or work in customer service, then the people you are hiring are def in the wrong profession. I was able to leave with my second bracelet, it’s nice and I’m happy with it but do better Pandora. Make beautiful memories not bad experiences.

I purchased two rings for Mother’s Day July 6 I went in to understand the warranty policy my rings started tarnishing and stone started falling out I walk into the store and no one greets me I asked someone if they can help me on the website it says two-year warranty I’m assuming the two women I spoke with were managers the older white lady with glasses let me know that’s only in Canada the Hispanic young lady has an attitude and tells me to take the rings off when I’m washing my hands or that I could’ve purchased the gold ones instead of the sterling silver ones she lets me know that she can only replace one of the rings and the other one I just have to deal with where is the customer service in that they just don’t care I asked everyone for their names no one would give me a name I will never shop at Pandora specially this location

VERY VERY VERY BAD Experience today... I stood in line at the door and waited till a few ppl came out even though no one asked me to do so but once about 2 ppl came out I went in soon after a clerk came over and ask who was next I pointed to a Hispanic guy that was there before me because I didn’t wanna skip anyone a minute later another clerk (Michelle) comes over and calls someone from the door an older white couple who clearly was after me (because they wasn’t even in the store yet) I tried to get the clerks attention to let her know I was next and she just ignored me so I go around the corner to tell her I was next and she responded I should’ve stayed at the door till it was my turn and at the point I felt discriminated against as if my money wasn’t good enough!!! She even continued to talk to the customer and have me wait!!!

Geesh wish I would have read the reviews before going to this Pandora! Lazy!!! The sales person Debbie blatantly lied about cleaning my jewelry. We asked that the charms be taken off to be cleaned as thats the way its suggested for cleaning. She took a picture and counted the charms. We came back an hour later the bracelet was not at all shiny like it usually is when we get it clean. She suggested we rub it with a clothe for thorough cleaning, dumbfounded we looked at each other because this was out "thorough" method for cleaning. We asked did she take them apart she stated that this Pandora does not do this. Again dumbfounded we looked at each other as we have been there a few time and all Pandoras we visit take charms off to clean the bracelet. Caught her in lie after lie , just lazy , no integrity, and poor service.

NANCY WAS HELPING OTHER PPL AS SHE WAS HELPING ME!!!!!! that’s unprofessional, I think. it’s As my two friends and myself went inside the store. They told the associate that they were with me and I was look to buy something. They totally ignored me. One girl don’t know her name said that we’re just looking in which we were not just looking. Then NANCY started to help me but another came in and she started talking to him while she was helping me. And then another customer came in and she start talking to that lady while she was helping me. We were not greeted with a hello or we will be right with you. I have bought over $500 charms from some Pandora’s places. After I got done by my stuff, she couldn’t wait to go help the other lady or anybody else that might still be in the store. I will not be back.

I went in today to get a gift for my mother. When I finally got in after an hour waiting, which was out of their control, I was “helped” by a woman with reddish colored hair and the ends. She didn’t wear her mask properly and posed a major safety threat to customers and to her co-workers. She also had a major attitude when serving me. I’d asked for something traditional, classic within a price range and then she tried to correct me saying I’d asked for “religious” and was very curt and short. Being someone who had worked retail before, during these stressful holiday seasons, I understand how awful it can be. At the same time you don’t be rude to people who aren’t giving you that energy. The young black woman wearing the green sweater was wonderful, as was the other employees from what I gathered.

I knew this store rude not good service but it closed to my home so I went for thanksgiving promotion.. anyway yes second time I went this store experience still rude not kind they don’t suggest anything just what I ask about answer it show it that’s all and no smile I don’t know what they so busy about don’t care customers I even help to move their table one lady dragged to move it make noise no other saleslady help her what?!? They just stand by ... and store is not good for walking around look ups guy move the packages to in the store for there products hit my baby stroller he was sleeping and stroller fall down to the floor no one worried or face even change ask about my baby is ok? I think next time if I need buy pandora products I’ll go other location ...

Went in with the intention of buying a ring and getting one I already have cleaned. To start off, you expect for them to greet you. I walked in and it was like there was no employees. There was 4 girls and no one even bothered to say hi. Ok sure maybe you weren't trained to greet your customers I don't know but common courtesy. Second I ask someone if they could clean my ring and she says there's probably not much they can do but takes it anyways. Brings it back and looks just the same. Like she rinsed it in water, I don't know. So that alone made me feel like they could care less about what I was there for so I ended up not purchasing anything. Quite disappointed!

Went to pickup a charm I ordered online. Waited in line for an hour because they were only letting 3 people into the store. When the young woman assisting me clarified I just needed to pickup an online order she said I shouldn't have waited in line but then told another woman she needed to. The saleswoman collected my order but not before she went and chatted with a manager for 5 minutes so she could log into the online order pickup. I got my bracelet as a gift and will not be going into any Pandora stores, I'll order online if this is how they allow their staff to operate in store.

I visited the location in Willowbrook yesterday and will never go back to this location. I understand that staff had complications with the air, the staff that I encountered not certain of her name because she didn't have a name tag, only identifier was her name on her gold name plate. As a customer I should not feel as if I'm a nuisance. After the nonchalant behavior, I informed the staff that I would take a picture of the product and left.

A girl was helping me with an online order and she asked me very rudely for the barcode needed to pick up the item. When she was packing the item she just threw it in the bag, with no plastic bag and didn’t even put wrapping paper in the bag. So the item I bought was just sitting at the bottom of the bag and not put inside a small plastic bag (which is how they’ve done it for me before). Hopefully my experience is better next time!

The lady was helping me. Then started helping another lady as well. And had the nerve to ask me was I okay with it. She knew that’s not good customer service. Meanwhile the other customer picked all the good charms. They didn’t have enough charms in stock. And then the lady with the glasses finessed me into buying a clasp her and the pregnancy mean lady. Bad customer service.

Jasmin N. was our salesperson and her initial interaction with us was very poor! Her attitude only changed once she knew that we were for sure going to purchase something. There definitely needs to be some sort of customer service training and adjustments of how to deal with customers whether they are purchasing something or simply window shopping for a future purchase!

My wife has 2 bracelets full of Pandora charms. One of the benefits is the free cleaning. They have had signs all over the store for SIX MONTHS saying the cleaning machine is broken. No reason to buy their overpriced crap if the are not going to provide the services. Not to mention that these are the rudest retail people I have EVER encountered.

I love Pandora Jewelry but it does not matter what you ask for at this location they always say they don't have it...then they actually look for it. Went there on 8/22...looking for a ring..immediately told me they did not have it. I asked to see ring tray anyway. THEY HAD SEVERAL SIZES OF THE RING I WAS LOOKING FOR.

They say they have sales but when you pay they come up with excuses that the sale ended or if the sale it’s current then they change it to while supply last.
