This is my first ever bad review but couldn't not share my feedback. Do not use this alteration/dry cleaning service. I handed in two dresses, both to be altered (straps reinforced) and one to be dry cleaned. When I returned to pick them up only one was ready and the other wasn't even in the shop. The alteration was dreadful. It was a messy back and forth stitch that was visible and must have taken two seconds, no care was given at all. The second dress was delivered to me the following day as I was headed on holiday in the morning. I didn't realise until I was away that this alteration was even worse, again the straps were 'fixed' in the same way - visible manic stitching back and forth. But this time they'd also fixed the seam along the zip, but had sewed to far up so now the dress won't properly unzip and I can just get it on by putting it over my head. I take care of my clothes and was disheartened to see no care taken by the company. When I was picking up my dress another customer was complaining about the stitching on her item and was asking for it to be unpicked, this is clearly not an isolated incident. Hate having to write this but it was really disappointing.

Good experience, final result they did a really good job on leather jacket tear! Only reason not a 5* as I believe they could've initiate to discuss all options openly as I didn't mind paying the price. I was first told and only given one option that they will mend/repair it from outside and it will show. Had to suggest if the repair can be done from inside as its not a cheap leather. Could and can improve on customer service, smile etc, I phoned before hand with a query but not enough details given and the guy consultant put the down without proper explanation so had to call again just to get confirmation. I didn't even realise he ended the call abruptly! I was first hesitant not to go after poor phone queries but honestly it's not that bad. Just needs a friendly approach when not face to face. There was a lady who was lovely in there. Overall friendly in store.

I started using this service weekly over 2 months ago now and I have to say, this is by far the most trustworthy/consistent laundry service I’ve used. Not only do I get everything in good time and for a good price but I can say I am extremely satisfied by the quality of service they provide. Cleaning, drying and Ironing, these guys never let me down :) , thank you!

Local dry cleaning and alteration service I have been using for years. Customer service and pricing is 10/10 - I always can get something sorted last minute with no issues. They are understanding and helpful and can’t fault anything truly. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you guys :)

Asked for shirt to be altered and button to be put on and make new hole to big for button comes open when I put shirt on stiching very poor quality cost me £15 very sloppy job will not be going back women also has no customer service skills.
