I don't recommend this agency. It is not reliable, and the reservation manager is extremely rude. They didn't register me in the list of passengers for the relief flight to Yangon and I had to request help from Emirates to do the paperwork and take the flight on time at Paris CDG. Hotel booking is even worse. They made me stay in a hotel without electricity( 100$ / night), the swimming pool was green/brown, with people playing football around it. Oway refused to change my booking, refused to do a refund and forced me to deal with the hotel to cancel the rest of my trip. The reservation manager was very rude on the phone, she cut the communication twice then called me back to say: "my own manager went to the same hotel and didn't complain".

I have been sent a parcel containing, rather than a bag with two mop heads, only one mop head and one used disposable plastic glove. It is evident that someone had already opened the box and tried to use the mop. That was both disappointing and disgusting for me, also taking into account that the online order with them was my very first in Myanmar. After a series of unaddressed complaints, my case was eventually sorted out by the Customer Support Manager (i.e., Oway top management), who showed commitment to raise quality standards as well as problem-solving attitude. Therefore, I am amending my satisfaction from one star to three stars with this update; hopefully, it could improve up to five stars when I will rely on Oway again.

Imagine that you booked a ticket with this website way before your trip and you thought that your trip is secure. Then, a few days before your trip, the company emailed you,saying that it could not get a ticket for you and will refund you. This is exactly what happened to me!!! And this is how this website and company could ruin your trust and your trip. This company does not have accountability that customers can trust!!! It will just crush your dream trip plan at the last minute!!!

Used Oway to book Ballooning Experience in Bagan. Even though they are based in Yangon and I was in Sydney the communication from Zwa at Oway was great throughout. Unfortunately on the day of the Ballooning it was cancelled due to no wind. I contacted Zwa, who responded on a public holiday, and again the communication was excellent. Oway arranged a full refund minus a small agency fee. Will use them next time I travel to Myanmar and would highly recommend them

Had an urgent trip so we booked a ticket through Oway the two days before departure. Made payment according to their instruction on the following day. But when we arrive at the airport, there is no booking. Quite disappointing. Not sure where the money that we paid went. Bad booking website, bad service and pretty unreliable. Shouldn’t plan the trip around with this.

They work well done. Oway is famous travel tour agency in myanmar. They can arrange inbound and outbound touring. Now they changed to new address of lanmadaw township,near ocean shopping mall,on minyekyawswer road ,yangon.

Their customer service is terrible. I have to pay extra because their system is terrible and they just avoiding the issue. Totally not friendly and helpful Will not use this Oway anymore

Was there two times. Both times managers were not organized and needed very long to process a simple booking. Poor customer service!

It' giod place to buy domastic and international ticket but it would be better if customers can be served on Sunday also

It has the most ridiculous conversion rate USD -> MMK. Not recommended, more expensive than the market rate!
