I've hired Tyler and Liam and their excellent team twice in the past year. The first was for the roof, soffits, eavestroughing and siding on a small but complicated extension, and due to the low pitch, the bigger companies insisted on a commercial (and ugly solution). Finally one of them suggested I contact Parliament Contracting, as what I needed was a smaller owner-operation, and Tyler suggested a hidden fastener metal roof that has been terrific. The second job was for two small leaks in the main roof, and Parliament's quote was much more comprehensive and competitive that some of the bigger companies. While the others suggested either a bandaid solution on one end, or redoing the entire roof on the other, Parliament suggested replacing and redoing the south side to ensure the leaks were sorted. Even though a quarter of the roof is now new, they found a perfect match and it blends in perfectly. Overall I've been really happy with Tyler, Liam and their friendly/professional team. I'd highly recommend.

Tyler walked me through the process of installing a new roof, soffits, eavestroughs etc including the materials they use and the different options from which I could choose. Tyler, Liam and the crew were friendly, very efficient, and professional. The cleanup was impeccable. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship is excellent. They certainly went above and beyond my expectations. I would use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing repair or installation done. I would gladly give 10 stars out of 5 if it were an option.

Highly recommend Parliament Contracting, the company was great to work with from start to finish. This past summer they replaced all of the original siding and soffit on our home and installed continuous insulation behind all of the new finishes. Tyler was always responsive to any enquiry and constantly kept us up to date on project schedule. Liam and the entire crew were very hard working and paid attention to all the small details and it really shows in the finished product. We are thrilled with the final result.

Fantastic company from start to finish. Tyler and Liam both care about completing the work well, with great attention to detail. Our project involved recladding our entire house with metal siding - a big job! They handled it with ease. Very professional, always being punctual. The crew from Parliament did a super job replacing my roof. From quote through to cleanup, they were thorough and professional, fitting me in quickly, and doing a quality job with the installation and answering all my questions.
