It's been about 2 weeks since we made our first trek to this place. We wanted to give it a whirl due to the fairly good reviews. Formerly known as Zizi's. The exterior is not really visible at night. Interior fairly basic, walls were painted purple with a smattering of anime themed wall scrolls/posters. For a small space it feels really open. Service was a bit underwhelming and the hostess/waitress was not versed in the food she was selling. She constantly had to go to the back to ask if they had a requested item and about prices. I will discuss more of this in the food section, but overall just getting a drink refill took too long with a bit of snarkiness. To be clear, we only had 1 refill. After we received our food, she vanished until the end of the meal. The food - we only ordered ramen, 1 Tonkotsu and 1 Chicken Katsu. The Katsu was brought out on a small plate drizzled with "Katsu" sauce and garnished with green onion. This is to keep the breading crispy, until you're ready to add it in the ramen. Portion of chicken was super thin and size was similar to a pattie on a small sandwich, tasted pleasant. Also ordered to it was the garlic oil, chili oil, kimchi, and kaedama(extra noodle). The bowl stock comes with corn, the meat you choose, noodles, boiled egg, and bamboo. The boiled egg was served hard, opposed to the standard for ramen which is yolk runny. The bamboo had a horrible sulfurous preserved flavor, and was still cold from a can. Very off putting both flavor and texture wise. Perhaps they might consider at least rinsing the bamboo in the future, if not par boiling it. Overall with the additions I ordered, the flavor was edible. The Tonkotsu was served the same way stock, but opted to substitute the corn for bokchoy. Was still charged for "substitution" as though it was an extra topping. The broth was the biggest let down. I couldn't believe in any way that this was being called bone broth, and hardly that there was chicken in it at all. Tonkotsu broth is supposed to be savory, creamy, and rich. What we got was watery, saltless, and devoid of any flavor. We then had to ask one of the cooks; who was the only personnel in sight; for soy sauce and chili/garlic oil to make it taste remotely appealing. The chashu pork was actually quite good, 4 square shaped cuts which were a decent thickness. The bowl size was also quite large and though we both ordered extra noodles, I would have done well without them. The ratio of noodle to broth was also appropriate. Theres potential here, but some things need to be worked out. They do not offer benishoga(salty pickled red ginger) or Togarashi/ichimi powder(red pepper/sesame seed multi spice), 2 very common staples of ramen. We asked, and were given puzzling looks. Not sure if this was due to the waitresses lack of knowledge or the restaurant itself not stocking them. Prices online also need to be updated to reflect instore costs. They charge twice the price for nigiri as Kura, at time of visit was 2 pieces for $6.50.

I kid you not, I paid $13.75 for the orange chicken with steamed rice. I barely got any orange chicken and the rice wasn't that much. I mean I could easily count how much chicken I was given. Definitely not worth $13.75. I was not happy. Then I had ordered the $6.50 mango smoothie that was in a small cup with boba and the boba was super soft almost like it was old or something. I'm used to soft, but chewy hardness. Overall probably won't be ordering from here again. Same day update: Don't bother ordering a smoothie. It's mostly just watered down slush. It barely tasted like mango and I thought because of the price I would be getting cup of a smoothie with real mango blended in it. The chicken wasn't bad tasting but like I said above they don't give you a lot of it. Update with Owner's response: "Miss Veronica, we are sorry about your experience. We see that mostly you are unhappy with the prices. And by your description, it looks like you ordered from a third party delivery platforms. Prices on these platforms are higher than our regular prices because it includes payment to the company that delivers the food to you. Also, depends on how long the company takes to deliver the smoothie to you, it might have become watered down as the ice melts. Please visit us in person next time to dine in or take out and enjoy the full experience with lower prices. Thank you for your understanding." Even if I paid $9 for the chicken and rice that would have been too much to pay. My problem was with the amount of the food compared to the price. I understand that delivery services charge a bit more for their deliveries, but I received barely anything. Also, I have ordered drinks with boba that had about the same distance from the store to my location and the boba was still nice and chewy. Same with the taste of the drinks. This just seems like the company doesn't really put much in their smoothies such as real fruit. The owner did not actually address any of my concerns.

At first driving up to this establishment you don't really think much of it, maybe a small hole in the wall place but upon entering the doors, the whole dining room kitchen is exposed and it it tranquil as far as the atmosphere and the waitstaff helped me get my order together. I got the seafood ramen noodle soup and also a side of crab Rangoons (5 per). I paid $22 dollars. So I noticed I paid $22 dollars when leaving and I was found asking my self "what the heck did I just order!?" I had received a quart container of soup and 2 other small boxes. One small box of ramen noodles and the crab rangoons in the other. As I bite into the crab Rangoon I notice it has something extra inside, as I investigate I notice it's actual crab meat in the crab Rangoon not just cream cheese. They also came with a side of spicy ginger sauce and it paired with the rangoons perfectly. The ramen noodles I mixed up into my soup and mixed it up. The food was so delicious and HOT! I got plenty of seafood in my soup and in every single bite. Not joking! Fresh big shrimp, mussels, small shrimp, octopus, calamari and a bunch of veggies. It was light but it certainly left me too full. I was not disappointed I will return to try other things out.

This place is a hole in the wall type of place, nothing pretentious and no frills to the atmosphere and they don't need it because the food speaks for itself. I got the black garlic tonkatsu ramen and the steamed buns. I would go back *just* for the steamed buns. They were unbelievably fluffy pillows and the crisp pork belly was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The ramen bone broth was flavorful and so rich with a generous portion of vegetables and sesame seeds. The bamboo shoots tasted fresh, not canned, and had a delightful nutty flavor. Only downside was that the pork was extremely fatty which would be fine if it was crisp, but it was soft and flavorless. My friend got the eel rolls and they were perfectly balanced with an excellent sauce. Service and staff was perfect and I would recommend this place to anybody who loves sushi and ramen. Can't wait to go back and try the bento boxes!

Zizi Ramen & Sushi is in a shopping strip center on Plano Road. It was close to where we attended a 40th Anniversary Reunion concert for 'Acappela' at the Highland Oaks Church of Christ on Walnut Hill Ln. So it IS conveniently located. The owner who multi-tasked as host, wait staff, and cook was extremely courteous and personable. ⿵ Outside and in • It appears like a 'hole-in-the-wall' restaurant, yet clean and orderly. While we waited for then ate our food, there were no other dine-in customers and by the time we left, only two take out customers came in to pick up their orders. So not very busy for Saturday at 6:00 pm dinner time. ⛩ My daughter and I both got Miso soup, I ordered yellowtail Nigril, crunchy roll (sushi) +, and she got Orange Chicken Bento. Pretty large portions, so we had a lot of take-home. 2️⃣ meals for ↝ $37.º⁸ + tip. ⌛ Were I to drive 1-½ hours into Dallas again to attend another function at Highland Oaks I might eat at Zizi Ramen & Sushi because I know where it is now, otherwise the meal was unremarkable. . ‍

After waiting 45 minutes for my fried rice, I asked again if it was going to be ready soon only to be told they were now out of fried rice… I hate leaving bad reviews but it is unacceptable to have a customer waiting for that long and not advice them that they no longer have something they ordered (the only thing I ordered as my siblings got something else). Also, as my sisters where checking out, they tried charging me for the fried rice I never received! I have been visiting this place for two years now but after they have switched owners the food is no longer good. The ramen does not taste the same, noddles too soft. The sushi is cut too thick to enjoy the bite. The oil also needs to be changed as the vegetable tempura was not enjoyable with the burnt oil aftertaste it gave. I tried giving the new owners another chance but it does not seam to be worth it.

The food was fantastic, I'll be a regular customer. The place is not fancy from the outside nor the inside. It's a calm place. Their strong point is definitely the wonderful food they make. They make you feel special because the food looks like it's from a cooking magazine and the flavors are fresh and delicious and balanced. I really liked that you can call the server by hitting a button (each table has an individual button), so the waiter doesn't bother you while you're eating your meal like at other places.

I’m giving it 5 out 5 because how great the ramen was and how close it’s to Lake Highlands. So I order to go, the fired calamari was not that great on its own. The batter didn’t have any favor and on top of that, it was $7 for how much it was served. However, once you dip it into the sauce, you won’t really taste the batter. Now the ramen, I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen, I think it’s #1. That’s was some tasty ramen. What really sealed the deal was the egg. It had flavor I never had with other ramen places. I can’t really describe, you will have to try it yourself. Also you can choose your spicy level from 1-3, I chose 2. It was good amount of spice. It was spicy, but not to point where I can’t breathe. Overall, it’s a good place to eat with friends and family.

Well based on my personal experience, I did not find anything wrong with my dine in. My server was courteous. As for meal, I ordered Chicken Fried Rice. Being a Rice connoisseur, I would know what to expect. The meal was both organized, and delivered in a timely manner.. The Rice was to my liking, with one exception; For the price, the portion was much to small.. I can’t fault the Restaurants economic status. What I can and will do, is compare my findings with other Restaurants. That will determine weather or not this Restaurant gets a second chance.. So with all that has been said, I would not rate my experience with this Restaurant, below a 4 ⭐️

It was hard to find a clean table when we walked in last night, the floors felt dirty, service was glacial. My $4.50 Vietnamese iced coffee, when it finally arrived, was served in a 12 ounce plastic cup. We had been sitting there for almost a full hour before our two bowls of ramen were served (it was obvious to-go orders were the priority as we watched the delivery drivers come and go). I ordered the black tonkotsu ramen, medium spicy; noodles were okay but spaghetti-like, and all I could taste was chili sauce. My son ordered the vegetarian ramen, and the broth had been boiled so heavily (industrial microwave??) that the bowl was still steaming after 15 minutes; we ended up taking it to go.

This place deserved 5stars!!! Just come and see for yourself. My friends invited me to go try this new restaurant so we went last Monday around 7pm. I hesitated a little to go in because it was set between and Autozone and Family Dollar. But do not let the location fool you. The food I ate here tastes exactly like some higher-end places I've been to. The best part is they don't charge you like the high-end restaurants do lol. I love their spicy seafood ramen and black dragon roll. I cannot wait to try everything else in the menu. I don't ever write review but I thought they needed the boost since they are so new and a lot of people does not know them yet. I am sure they will be very successful in the near future.

Saw this hole in the wall and decided to try it. My daughter's friend was celebrating her birthday. She had never tried sushi so we ordered a variety. It was good but the prices are like if this is a fancy restaurant. I went up to the gentleman to order orange chicken to go for my son and I wanted it hot so I asked him if he can prepare in about 15 mins. He said "if you want it you better order it now bc I won't have time later bc we will get busy" I'm like huh??? Ok paid almost 100 dollars and left. Got home and my son opened his food and I don't know what it was they prepared. There were literally giant pieces of oranges and it was not chicken, it was beef! I don't think I will be coming back.

I’m moving into the neighborhood and happen to pass by heading to Family Dollar and I am so thankful!!! The staff is extremely helpful and inviting. They took time to go over the menu, make suggestions, and offered substitutions. I took my food to go this time, but I will be dining in soon. The bento boxes look amazing(someone was being served one while I waited)!!! I ordered the #2 combo with chili paste on the side. Amazing!!! The black sesame seed oil is everything he said it would be, definitely understand why it is a best seller. The noodles were just right, broth very flavorful, and the sweetness of the corn added a nice balance. My daughter loved the edamame, it was steamed perfectly.

  • Misti Jameson

We happened into this place and glad we did. Everything was tasty. We had ramen and appetizers also rice dish. The spicy jalapeño chicken was to die for. Am be it a small serving size for the price. Most other Asian restaurants in the area offer much more for the cost. This being said it was very vet good. The steamed buns weren't my favorite but the dumplings were nice. Ramen was a treat. I like that you can pick your soccer level here and be careful, they dont play here. All in all a good experience. I will go back.

I found this place in the neighborhood and thought I'd try it. Service was not great - one person behind counter. My spicy miso bowl was flavorful but the broth and ingredients did not mesh together. It seemed like there is a base then ingredients are added and do not simmer together for full flavor. It was spicy and about 3 hours later thru the next 6 or so hours, I experienced the most horrible stomach ache. Chills went thru my body, accompanied w a small fever and w a feeling like an alien was trying to free itself from my abdomen. I have not been back. Also, they have different pricing for takeout and dine in. Not into that . ..

We gave Zizi a second chance after the new owners took over and we are so glad we did! We ordered the spring rolls (comes with 3), salad with ginger dressing (great ginger flavor), Tonkotsu ramen (ordered it #1 spicy which had my eyes watering, I would recommend no spicy if you're sensitive) and shrimp pho (the broth needed to be warmed up but it had the best flavor I've ever tasted). We are so happy to have found a pho and ramen spot right around the corner and will be ordering from them frequently. If you haven't, absolutely give them a try!

This restaurant does well with it's own style of presentation. Everything tasted good, but it did catch me a little off guard since I was expecting a more traditional Japanese style sushi. I went for the Crazy Dallas which doesn't have rice, another roll that I forgot the name of and two orders of shrimp tempura. Service here is really convenient cause you just press a buttpn to call for a server. I also tried their ramen on a separate occasion and it was also really good!

I live close to this place but never been able to go, because I would always pass it when driving. The place was fairly large and had a good ambiance to it. The TV was showing meal prepping of fish, so that was fun looking at. I loved the different options on the menu and how easy it was to look at the menu to choose. We started with dumpling and they were so delicious✨ Next, we had the Tonkatsu ramen and it was pretty good! I would want to try out another type of ramen the next time I go, they even offered bento box options. I'll be sure to go to this place again!

  • Sangarang

Stopped by for a quick bite on a Wednesday afternoon to check out this new restaurant. I didn't expect much, just thought it was another Panda Express, but man the quality is so much better. I had the Cowboy roll and it was so good! It's comparable to some of the higher end sushi restaurants like Blue Fish and Sushi Axiom but much more friendly on the wallet. The employees are also very sweet and polite, a little quiet but I think it might be because of language barriers. Service was quick and place was clean. Will definitely stop by again!

  • Erin Singleton

I feel nauseous after eating their sushi. The salmon roll was smothered in warm mayonnaise and the spicy tuna roll was a nearly tasteless mound of red mush that only left a mildly burning aftertaste. It took over 30 minutes for an order of two of their "beginner" rolls. I liked their ramen years ago but this was a terrible experience tonight. It's changed a lot and it's lit like a DMV. The people behind the counter seemed to be struggling.

First time I ever had "Authentic" Ramen, it was good, I had the Spicy Miso, I also had an appetizer of egg rolls. The egg rolls were great but small for the price. In my opinion the price was slightly high for a fancy bowl of soup, but all the same its hard to find well priced restaurants in the Dallas area. The customer service was good, though I came during a very dead lunch hour. I've yet to try anything else from Zizi but I will most likely be back to fill my Asian appetite while working in town.

  • zeas v

Boba Thai tea tasted off and on top of that, the boba was like chewing rocks. Beef fried rice also terrible... The beef was extremely dry. Also, why would anyone put peas, carrots, green beans, and corn in fried rice? Lol BBQ short rib bento box again nothing good to say... The salad was pretty much a soup, idk what happened there. The short ribs were 80% fat, what meat was on the was extremely dry. The flavor was good though just dry. Definitely not a place I will be eating at again.

Im sorry for giving 3 star. I dont know how this restaurant has good reviews. I ate sushi and ramen. We want sushi without crab, they made with crab. But taste very bad… i dont wanna complain about ramen.. just go get instant ramen… and i saw sushi station when im paying.. please clean you cutting board every different sushi!!!! So this place deserves a lot more love and clientele than it currently gets. It's a little Burmese restaurant that focuses on ramen with some traditional Burmese dish offerings as well. Price is fair for amount of food and quality of food. The only thing that they didn't get right was their spicy ramen, not spicy enough, wish they had something else to add for spice besides their little chili powder bottle. Got to try their dessert, especially the fried green tea fried ice cream.

  • Deborah Carey

My husband and I love this place and have been here multiple times since they opened. I finally branched out this last time and got something other than Ramen (you know how it's hard to leave something you know is amazing for the unknown) and I got the Hibachi Beef with steamed rice. Guys, it's so delicious they should rename their restaurant to Zizi Ramen, Sushi and Hibachi. Generous portion and just the right amount of everything. I already can't wait to go back again!

  • Ron Johns, Jr

Keep expectations reasonable. This excellent little restaurant serves authentic ramen with beautiful presentation in a clean friendly atmosphere. Neither high-end or especially romantic, but quiet and comfortable enough that deep meaningful conversations could be shared over excellent food. I ate the Spicy Cowboy ramen. The pork melted in my mouth. The broth delivered truckloads of flavor and the vegetables tasted fresh rather than canned. I will definitely be back!

  • Max Erin James

The employee there was really nice and was there to offer a lot of help. The place was not that busy when my friend and I were there. The ramen was decent but not to the standard I have. Maybe I'm just picky. The place was quiet and welcoming. When it comes to the bubble or boba tea, it was not really what is expected. There was a lot of milk and not much tea. Felt and tasted very slushi like. Not a fan. A good quick stop but not a place I see myself returning to.

  • Adrianne& WildFire

Best ramen you will ever eat that you can get in America / garland city ( not Exaggerating ). My #1 I would suggest for anyone to get is, the Blackened Tonkatsu or Blackened Cowboy. The egg is creamy gelatin inside (be sure to have the egg sit in your broth of the soup to get warm when getting to-go. ) the corn adds to the taste. Then green onions with 2 slices of pork as well as a few pieces of cooked pickled bamboo shoot. Best Ramen ever! You must eat here!

WONDERFUL!!! If you want amazing authentic Japanese and Asian cuisine Zizi Authentic Asian kitchen is the place! Whether you dine in at the pleasant and comfortable restaurant and enjoy the friendly customer service or order through Uber, expect an incredible experience. The dishes and sushi are all made with fresh and flavorful ingredients and prepared perfectly. Every bite was delicious. Thanks Sang and Nang for an excellent lunch. I will be back! :)

The food was incredible!! If you didn't know where this place was you may not see it but those are the best kinds of places which this one was! Ramen was delicious. Tempora and dumplings hit the spot. Plus the dumpling sauce was sooo good I had to ask for some to go. I'll be returning for my ramen fix quite often.

We came in for dine-in and after waiting 15 minutes for drinks we waited another half hour as they proceeded to fill take out orders right in front of us for people who came in and ordered after us. I am not sure why it was this way but watching people come in, place orders, and receive food multiple times before us after being seated and ordering made me feel like our business did not matter. The food was fine but I will not be coming back

This place served a fantastic meal today! We came for the combo they advertised where you buy 2 Phó and get an order of chicken wings for free and they were definitely the star of the show. The ramen options at this place are pretty great too. They also offer Bento box meals with a variety of fried items. Nonetheless we really enjoyed every item we ordered today.

A buddy of mine recommended I stop by here. I did'nt expect much but was really surprised when I tasted the food. I had the black tonkatsu and my girlfriend had the volcano roll. It was honestly one of the best ramen I had in Dallas so far. The best part is it was extremely cheap for a ramen and sushi place. Ended up only spending about 25 bucks! This will definitely be our new spot for when we are feeling some Japanese food.

OMG!! Where to start? Came here last night to take out my girlfriend for her Birthday and couldn't have been more impressed. Simple setting, great service and just phenomenal food. Hands down, the best Mohinghar (Burmese dish) I have ever tasted. When it came to dessert time, I was thrilled to find Shwe Yin Aye (Burmese Dessert) on the menu. The portion was big enough for the two of us. We will definitely be back.

The ramen was really good, my husband, who didn't know what a bento box was ordered that and ramen lol. So I helped him eat the bento box as well which the BBQ was great, sushi was awesome and I finally tried takoyaki . I didn't like the takoyaki personally lol, but I can finally say I tried it. The strawberry Boba smoothie was amazing, and our waitress was excellent. Will definitely be coming back some day.

We've tried a few ramen places and decided to check out this new place and it was DELICIOUS! The staff was so friendly from the moment we walked in until we were walking out. We tried the fried rice, ramen and some sushi and it was all amazing. The ONLY thing I think they could improve is that they didnt offer unsweet tea. We will definately be back, considering making it an every saturday thing.

I have been to this restaurant twice now and both have been great. The food is excellent quality, and the servers are attentive. I’m surprised it’s not full each time I visit. Definitely try the crazy Texan if you want some sushi. The spicy cowboy is good for the ramen. I have tried the takoyaki as well and it was really good. Definetely made ready to order, it was nice and hot when it came out.

I'm a foodie person and I like to try food at different areas, giving a chance to new restaurants and some that are hidden. I would say about the food from 1 to 5 I'm giving them at 3.5, it can be 4 but It needs something in the soup. We had sweet tea and bubba thai tea, good . The staff is friendly.

Visited this place with my wife yesterday and we were not disappointed at all. I had a huge craving for ramen and couldn’t find anything good around our area. We drove in from Royse City to check it out and left very happy. The service was fast, food was very tasty and hot. Will definitely be coming back for more!

I love Burmese food. They have the best mohinghar in Dallas area and the portion was very large. It was so worth paying $7.20 for lunch special price. Shwe Yin Aye is delicious here too. If you ever in Dallas, I highly recommend this restaurant. The owner was very nice and polite. He personally greeted everyone that came in. This place remind me of home.

Wow Oh Wow!!! The most delicious Ramen I have ever tried. ZiZi Ramen has definitely made it on my top 3 list of favorite ramen places I've been to. The staff are super friendly and definitely make everyone feel welcomed. I was in Tokyo for 7mos so I know good Ramen when I see one. Definitely will be back and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

  • Mike Geary

Zizi Ramen is always good. Every time we get food there, it’s always hot and fresh. It’s further away from us than another place and we purposely go there just because the quality. Staff are friendly as well. Highly recommend this place.

I don’t know about the food because I was close to vomiting when I saw how filthy everything was. Saw into the disaster area serving as their kitchen, holy cow, looked like my teenager’s bedroom. Basically empty at 6:00 on a Thursday. Good rule of thumb: struggling sushi places can’t afford to stock fresh fish. Save yourself a trip to the ER!

  • Anissa51488

Decided to get our meal to go this time. They juice and noodles were in separate containers, which was nice. Don't like that they put the soup in such a little container because not all the noodles fit in it. They were pretty fast with getting it together, and it was delicious as always.

If I could rate zero I would. This place is trash. Ordered through Uber and our driver arrived an hour after we ordered and had to wait an hour for our order. And they’re out of chicken? Now we have to reimburse the driver with tips for an hour of his time waiting for our order and dinner is an hour and a half late. Thanks Zizi! Never again

  • Irlanda “Narely” Pineda Peña

We got greeted right away, our food came out pretty quickly also. We were surprised with the portions of my bento box!! It was huge, I was expecting a small box the sushi rolls were great. The spicy cowboy was delicious. Our favorite part is that they deliver with GrubHub. Definitely our local ramen and sushi restaurant …

  • Mr Overkill

I had takoyaki and black tonkatsu ramen. It was pretty good. Speaking as someone who vacations in Japan regularly and eats authentic japanese food there, it was not bad. The ramen broth was bland but the pork belly was pretty soft and flavorful, and the noodles were good. The takoyaki was fine but the mayo is a little strong for me.

  • Arthur Joe

I ordered lunch for my guys at Eliteautowerks the food was great the customer service was spot on they were nice enough to label each ones lunch choices definitely would recommend this restaurant. Also had to call back for receipt they sent the text right away with the receipt.

New local ramen place is delicious! Really great broth and noodles, but the pork was just "ok". Haven't tried their other dishes, and I'm not sure I'll get a chance... This should be our new go-to for that ramen craving, so I'll probably be getting that every time now. Not much atmosphere, but who cares? I'm there for the ramen.

  • Elissia Garcia

I’ve only tried the sushi. Great place for inexpensive sushi!! Planning on trying the ramen soon! Of course and update will be made when I do. Haven’t dined it mostly order on Uber eats. I haven’t had any issues!

The food was so good and got out to us surprisingly fast! The Boba was excellent too, the ramen was actually just amazing but there was so much that I couldn't finish it all so I felt really bad about that. I also got sushi and the sushi was pretty tasty too.

Eggroll came with tasty sauce. I ordered kinchi raman and it came with kimchi on the side than in the soup. I prefer cooked with the soup for kimchi broth but it got 5 stars anyway for soup taste and cleanness. Thank goodness it's not salty!!! Def. A hole in the wall. Don't let the outside look judge the food.

  • Tommy Tokar

This is a little hole in the wall sushi place I thought I'd give them a try the prices on line are radically different than the ones on the menu I asked for extra wasabi and was given no wasabi the inside is disgusting And depressing if you're looking for sushi Hotbox right around the corner is much better

  • Kaitlin Klingemann

not impressed. everything was served on styrofoam plates, styrofoam cups, service was horrible. stopped in to try this place out based on reviews…what a huge disappointment. my husband had ramen and paid $3 extra to add chicken and had about 3 small pieces of chicken. definitely will not be returning.

  • Lindsey Olsen

This place doesn't have the cleanest seating area, however the food was delicious and made correctly. It took a very long time to get our order though. The prices are worth every bite!

I didn't like their boba because it was more like a slushie and the boba was a bit wrong (it wasn't done correctly. But the ramen was great and I loved it. I also got sushi there and the sushi was also good. I would definitely go back again sometime, just not for the boba

Food is good. Wait time is a little longer than expected but they are hospitable, so the wait isn't bad. Another problem is they have wavering opening times. You'd be lucky to catch them. I went there about 4 times before I was finally able to catch them open.

The best Ramen in Dallas and Plano area. The prices are budget friendly too. The staff goes above and beyond every time. I come here with my friends and they do not disappoint each time we go. We will definitely be back for more delicious ramen.

  • Chelsea Advani

Under new management and the portions have gotten smaller and have gone up in price. The first pic is the old jalapeño poppers and the second is the new version. They taste good but why pay $1 more for the new version that gives your less food.

Really wish this place had more visitors, it definitely deserves it. Every time I go in there I'm one of 2 people eating when it should be packed 100% of the time! I LOVE the ramen, especially the spicy cowboy. The sushi is top notch too!

  • Boruto Usamaki

The person who answer the phone needs to understand better what the customer wants, my whole order was wrong after repeating it 3 times. Plus the fried rice with shrimp had an awful taste and I end up throwing away. Bad service and food.

Great place to go. Quite and friendly (Saturday afternoon). Great food. Everything our family ordered was excellent. Black Dragon roll, bento box C, Philadelphia roll, fried dumplings and orange chicken.

I wasn't aware there was so much cabbage and broccoli in the ocean. The Tonkatsu was microwaved, barely warm on the crust, SCALDING hot inside. Just mediocre; not bad though. I'll definitely visit again.
