I went to Optimal Rehab for the first time to get my wrist movement fixed after those painful and inconvenient weeks and removal of the cast. I did join other rehabs before but the caring and comfortable atmosphere I felt here, was at nowhere else. The chiropractor Dr. Paul and the physiotherapist Dr. Ranjita are both very knowledgeable and professional. Rhea on the front desk is doing a great job. Please remember.. that if we expect full recovery, then we need to follow each of their important advices, specially exercise routine in our home. I first came to Optimal Rehabilitation Centre after a car accident. My neighbour was attending Optimal at the time. I am very happy that I came to Optimal . They are not only very professional but they are very kind and considerate. They are very helpful with all your personal and Healthcare needs. Dr. Paul is the Chiropractor, Ranjeeta is the Physiotherapist there , she does a super job helping me improve my movements and strength. They have a very good massage Therapist as well . I got into a minor accident that caused neck pains and headache. Had the opportunity of have Dr. Paul, and Rhea who helped me through my physiotherapy/Chiropractor session. This environment is extremely welcoming and rest assured they make sure you leave better than you came. I am about 2 months in and my neck pains are gone. Me and my husband were taking physiotherapy sessions at Optimal Rehab after a car accident. The staff is polite and warm at all times. Special mention to Dr. Paul, Ranjitha and Rhea. Dr. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and gives his 100% to treat the patients. Ranjitha and Rhea always ready to help with a smile. I have an infant who I used to get at the centre. This place is really good. I took my uncle to this place who was suffering from back pain and wasn't able to walk or stand properly. The whole staff was so good and helpful. The chiropractor and the physiotherapist had done a great job. And within a week my uncle was able to stand straight and walk properly with the help of suggested exercises and therapies. I would really like to recommend this place if someone is struggling with a body or joint pain.

I recently had a few sessions for my wrist pain I can see the difference in 3 visits. Professional staff with excellent skills. Dr Ranjeeta, she is kind and caring, draw attention to my every problem. Chiropractor Dr Paul is truly great and Amazing person I have ever come across. Clinic is well equipped and organized.
